[00:01:39] It contains L-theanine which is a stress relieving amino acid.

[00:02:12] Parsley is a nutritious herb packed with antioxidants.
[00:02:17] Sunflower seeds made the list.
[00:02:19] They're an important part of vitamin E.
[00:02:22] They're also high in zinc and vitamin B.
[00:02:25] I remember eating those a lot as a kid.
[00:02:29] Not so much now for some reason.
[00:02:32] Think I may get back to that.
[00:02:33] Another favorite on the list was chamomile tea.
[00:02:37] My mom used to drink it often and introduced me to it as well.
[00:02:42] It's an herb that's been known to reduce stress.
[00:02:45] It's also known to reduce depression and is one of my favorite teas.
[00:02:51] Fatty fish like salmon and sardines are known to reduce stress and improve your mood.
[00:02:57] It's also rich in vitamin D.
[00:03:00] A food that I haven't had in years made the list and that is chickpeas.
[00:03:08] They include zinc, vitamin D and potassium.
[00:03:13] They also boost brain health.
[00:03:17] Garlic made the list.
[00:03:19] I've always heard good things about garlic.
[00:03:23] It can be used as your first line of defense against stress.
[00:03:28] Coming in at number 10 are blueberries.
[00:03:32] I'm not a fan but they are known to improve your mood.
[00:03:36] They also help reduce stress related inflammation.

[00:04:01] Old Harbor High School known as the School of Twins
[00:04:04] only requires parents to cover the cost of one child's tuition
[00:04:07] if they have twins or two children if they have triplets.
[00:04:12] Principal Weir said he just allows parents to pay for one of the school fees.
[00:04:17] Weir said that the school had altered policies to account for having 30 sets of twins.
[00:04:23] Principal Linton Weir's thoughtful approach reflects the heart of learning
[00:04:26] proving that at this school of twins unity and education is celebrated.
[00:04:32] You imagine going to the school of twins.
[00:04:35] Imagine having, well they would have to wear name tags
[00:04:37] because how can you tell them apart?
[00:04:40] And it's pretty rude to call someone else's name too
[00:04:43] but that would be such an interesting, I would love to be a fly on the wall
[00:04:46] or even a substitute at that school.
[00:04:49] But good for him for implementing that.
