[00:00:06] It's a Jacked Up Review Show, It's a Jacked Up Review Show It's a Jacked Up Review Show, It's a Jacked Up Review Show Oh, Jacked Up Review Show I'm your host Sully and as we've been changing up on this variety show a bit
[00:00:48] We've been having a bunch more different kinds of interviews, different types of topics We've gone into even deeper political and pop culture subjects But lately we've been doing a bunch of social topics
[00:01:00] So I figured with a bunch of other mutual pals and people I have been networked with lately It was probably time to just kind of have some actual people experienced with the modeling and photography industry
[00:01:13] And weigh their two cents on their personal experience with it, what they would do to change it And I'll cite a few statistics here Welcoming to the show for this part of the panel is Lumen Fox, welcome Hello, thank you Anytime
[00:01:30] And you've been both a model and a dancer and repped by Stace Bernard Yes Very nice, very nice It's been interesting just kind of getting everyone's take on things Because many people can try doing a modeling kind of career if they want to
[00:01:47] But it seems like aside from the stress of going to auditions Seeing who wants to rep you, what you will or won't do and the different art forms associated with it
[00:01:57] It seems like there's a lot of other stuff that still needs to be a little formatted and reconfigured What would you say has been your personal experience? Well I decided pretty much right from the get-go I was going to be a freelance artist
[00:02:13] Which would mean that I'm my own boss so I'm not going by agency I book all of my own work, I'm my own manager at this point in time I've considered in the next few months getting an assistant to help Because it's been wonderfully overwhelming
[00:02:28] I could use it but we'll see how that goes But it's been an amazing experience I definitely prefer being a freelance and working for myself Then I've, you know, the thing is I'm not made for that Yeah, no, that's...
[00:02:45] Yeah and it's easier to balance with my dance career too Very nice Who was your mentor in the dancing industry? Oh man, so I have a mentor from when I was a teenager who helped me a lot get to where I am today
[00:03:05] His name is Steve Brooks, he's on the chair at Vassar College for the dance program He was also in Martha Graham's company as a soloist and principal dancer, amazing person Right now I'm in a dance company in Boston, contracted And it's a contemporary modern ballet company
[00:03:27] So currently we have seasons from August through early spring So my season just ended with them last weekend And I immediately got on the road as soon as it was over So now I have a couple months to myself Congrats
[00:03:46] And you've been working with Stace Bernard photography for a while About two years Two years, okay Yeah Very cool, very cool Yeah, he was a big part of the beginning stages of my modeling
[00:04:02] And I would definitely call him a friend now because I've worked with him so much You know It's what it's about, that's cool So I did some brief modeling, I want to say briefly in the 2010s It was never anything successful
[00:04:18] I would help out even just some art classes in college And it seems like there's just always a different layer to it Sometimes the people at the auditions won't tell you what they're looking for I was often told, hey, you got to have abs
[00:04:35] And then they're told, oh, but it can't be macho, you got to be still skinny And so I was very confused, I'm like, so what look do you want from me? I just got an average look I'm a slim gem, but I'm not Right
[00:04:50] That doesn't tell me anything and I don't go to the gym, so no Would you say it's gotten easier to just Are the people hosting these auditions getting better at saving everyone time
[00:05:06] And describing what they're looking for before people apply or is it still a little confusing at times? Well, so what I've done For myself being a freelancer I've pretty much created a brand of what I offer And I've built upon that
[00:05:24] And I've gone into a direction or two And I've pulled out of that and not really love it And kind of branched into something else So basically at this point, I put out there who I am And see what people are wanting as well
[00:05:39] See if I can meet those needs or not And kind of work from there So it's a little like, I don't really necessarily have to show up to a casting or anything It's pretty clear I have a website
[00:05:52] I try to promote constantly what I'm doing and who I am So as a freelancer, at least for me, it's different than going to castings or anything like that In the dance world, I think it's gotten a lot better though That's good That's good
[00:06:12] What would you recommend in terms of I know sometimes people can break their feet if they're not careful with how Whatever dance move they're using Is there anything you recommend in terms of just making sure you're not straining your bones?
[00:06:32] Oh yeah, like I do a lot of strengthening Outside of dance and modeling, I try to go to the gym once a day Or have some type of movement quality in my life So I'm constantly trying to strengthen myself to prevent injury
[00:06:51] And I do point form in which ballet on the toes So that itself is a lot of strength building But I don't know, running on the treadmill, anything that keeps your feet moving
[00:07:04] And as a model that are always in heels, that's its own form of workout, just saying True I feel you on that I'm doing a lot of resistance training now But that's just so I actually sleep So I saw that there's this cool piece by the Academy Advocate
[00:07:26] And they were showing a bunch of different stats on stuff that could be reformatted in the modeling industry And they talked about a lot of stuff I had known for probably the last three decades Which was how sometimes when you're first getting into that
[00:07:43] You hear all about how many models are trying to lose weight And they got a lot of malnourishment and they're not eating properly 40% appear to still be impacted by that And looking at these other stats, there's a lot of not so me too friendly stuff
[00:08:00] Which is just still very sad to hear that that has still been the case What do you make of it? Have you had a pretty positive experience with this industry? Yes, yeah, I personally have I mean, there's always something in everything that isn't quite right or perfect
[00:08:21] But when I started this journey, I made a promise to myself that I wouldn't Like if I started to be too strict with my diet Or if I started to get a little negative about images I saw of myself Then I need to quit
[00:08:38] This is supposed to bring me joy It's okay to look at something and critique yourself and be like And then think what's this to like burn yourself down over it So I was like if I ever catch myself doing that, you gotta quit It's not worth it
[00:08:52] So I've been really great about not doing that because I don't want to quit And as far as the other parts of it Again, it's just the whole being your own boss, being the freelance part I think if I catch a weird anything from somebody
[00:09:12] That their intentions to create or shoot aren't sincere I address it pretty quickly And if they don't clarify or it seems still off Then I just back out of it I personally haven't had any issues Yeah, yeah, yeah So I personally haven't had any issues
[00:09:36] But I am like my own boss That's good We've had some models occasionally on our film sets And they would often sometimes be for a visual piece where there wasn't much dialogue or even a stand-in Which is basically someone who sits in for another person
[00:09:54] Making sure the lighting and cameras are capturing the person Especially with lighting But yeah, we've had a similar kind of thing If they can't give you a time frame Whether it's paid or not And they're shying away from any kind of detail
[00:10:14] It's like okay, even if you are a legit person You're not checking off the boxes that I looked for in them Any kind of production independent Exactly Yeah, exactly A $5 shoot, you told me it was two Yeah, exactly Oh my gosh
[00:10:34] That kind of happened a little while ago But it's fine It was just one of those things that it was like I guess that happened Everybody talked it out and we're all good I hope Those things Unpredictable whether things happen That can set things back
[00:10:51] But I do tell anybody who asked me about modeling That they have to be One, kind of thick skin But also two, you have to be very What's the right word? Assertive or confident in yourself to say no You have to be okay with confrontation
[00:11:12] Not okay with healthy confrontation Then you're going to suffer in this industry Because there are going to be people who push you If you're not firm in who you are Then you're going to have a horrible experience It's just how it's going to happen
[00:11:29] I'm not saying necessarily push people into bad things either Maybe they don't want to do it in my place They might be a control freak Yeah, so you've got to be like No, I don't do this kind of modeling It's not my thing Exactly
[00:11:48] What's in their comfort zone Not what's in somebody else's comfort zone That's my biggest if you want to have a positive experience If that is not who you are Then do not do this job Totally Definitely see if they're cool at a networking event
[00:12:08] But if they seem like they're just putting on an act Then that can be a turn off Yeah, absolutely But I know what you mean It is kind of unpredictable at times It's like well that guy was perfect to work with on another film set
[00:12:30] But here they were creeping everybody out Making inappropriate jokes Yeah Isn't that cool That can be, yeah Environment For sure A little underwhelming at times in a way Altogether I think what I look for is do they have a vision
[00:12:57] Or they just, again, do they just want someone who has a look Or has a certain kind of art form Because I have seen people who have tried out their camera work But they don't seem to really want to have anything artistic
[00:13:11] Then we need someone who does sexy or nude photos And is in the forest at this closed off film set It's like okay, but is there something more to it Like are we doing a wedding photography Are we doing a cool kind of abstract artwork
[00:13:30] Are we doing a reenactment of another painting That would be cool Yeah, yeah, that would be cool Something fantasy kind of glowing Yeah, that's kind of what I look for Just with anything really Any kind of entertainment And if they're just testing out their new camera
[00:13:47] That's kind of a turn off for me And like, eh Yeah I'm sure it's a good camera Well, you know, I look at Yeah, you know, I look at it this way though Like every job you have Like what I call eating your vegetables Personally, I love vegetables
[00:14:03] So that's not a great term But you know No, I know what you mean The part of the food you have to eat Like every job has that So like, yes The more creative fun part Like fun shoots where you're like Going like what you said Something cool
[00:14:16] You're painted in gold from head to toe Like as a concept Yes, those are amazing And those are what I live for But I am a full time model This is my full time income So sometimes you have to have the shoots That are eating your vegetables
[00:14:31] Which is allowing people to just practice Using their camera Because they need a model And they need to learn how to use their light I mean, I've literally been in a shoot for two hours Just standing in one place While they learn how to use their light
[00:14:43] And I'm like, okay They didn't test it before you got there But it's like, well, they gotta They gotta learn all this stuff They're just like, they're brand new You know, and I'm okay with that Like I'm very patient And I want to encourage people
[00:14:57] To have to learn So, you know I've been in workshops where They're literally Yeah, where they sign up Literally just to learn how to shoot a model Or a person, you know And I'm just like Standing there for like two hours In like the same pose
[00:15:12] Where the photographers are like Now if you do this angle And you turn this that way And this lens And I'm like, oof Yeah You know It's a little overwhelming But I know what you mean, yeah Yeah So I mean, I've learned a lot
[00:15:27] From listening to these people So Man So, you know I think I think They make the really exciting, creative shoots All that more like worth it too Because it's like Oh, I can do this That's good No So, yeah Good, good
[00:15:45] I mean, I was a beginner for once And there were some photographers That had to deal with me Figuring out what to do So I could return the favor to people That are trying to figure out what to do As long as they're kind
[00:15:55] As long as they're not creepy Like my boundary is creepy That's my boundary I'm like, no bueno Don't have it be like a bad movie, yeah Yeah, no thanks Yeah And I think I would like to think that If someone makes an inappropriate joke
[00:16:15] That's already a red light That's a red sign It's like, hey You're not Pesco Yeah, yeah, yeah I mean It happens occasionally And I'm just like Ha ha Ha ha I'm like, no water Just make a really awkward transition So they understand that I'm good Let's move on
[00:16:39] Move, move past it Absolutely Yeah How about you? In your modeling experience Have you had any like Funny things like that happen to you Or like sideways comments? A lot of the It's a mixture of film and Modeling and even Helping out people at
[00:17:02] Live concert events and runway shows Basically It was kind of a matter of Yes, this person is taking longer than they want But I'm seeing a lot of stuff get done So I'm going to I'm going to be the bigger person And just You know Not say anything
[00:17:18] Right, yeah But I did have You know Some occasional people who were making You know Had a motor mouth And were making Pretty lame remarks And fortunately they were asked by the cameraman And director to leave Saying, hey Oh good You're a douche bag And
[00:17:37] But it was annoying for me Because they had been on Good Behavior on another set And it was like It was almost like Dealing with someone who was kind of a schizophrenic It was like, well Is this the real you? Oh it is Wow Yeah I feel sad
[00:17:51] That's crazy And I don't know why you decided to be on Good Behavior that day Other than You had no one to pester But he was talking while people were trying to do something And I think he didn't respect the director Just because she was a woman
[00:18:01] So he was a pig But He Yeah Was unfortunately no longer with us Because COVID took him out recently I saw on social media So Huh That's how these things work Oh boy Wow Karma My condolences Yeah I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry
[00:18:22] I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry But yeah No The most If anything The only time I want to ever walk off any kind of production The last big thing I did was a music video And that was a lot of fun
[00:18:37] Because the extras were really having fun Having a dancing scene And Really contributing a lot And the energy of the other guys Who happened to be friends of the band Were just The energy was infectious And It was better for me personally
[00:18:55] Because I was in good day job standing And A music video You know it will be seen everywhere on the internet You know it's not going to be a matter of Where do you put this short film? Where do you put this experimental photography? Where do you
[00:19:09] Put this feature film that you work on for two years? It wasn't The destination was already known Right So it was just a matter of Let's get it done in a 48 hour time frame And Kudos to that gaffer for Figuring it out and being a team player
[00:19:24] And using some of my equipment too But Once we're short It was just cool to just Again get You really got to have The tone be contagious You really want to have Instead of just babysitting people And letting them whine You want to make sure they are
[00:19:46] They are good That they're all in a great head space And it's not I'm waiting till You know My eyelids drop Right Yeah exactly Boredom you will feel it Especially if someone else is totally bored But Yeah no Any other Films I've been on
[00:20:08] Generally if someone just is Wasting so much time Not knowing where anyone is supposed to go Or refusing to Tell the models, actors or dancers what to do That's a turn off That tells me I don't know what to do
[00:20:21] So I'm just barking at you to leave me alone Not let you inside my head It's not like I'm asking you a very personal Question only to tell your friends I'm like what do you want me to do? Yeah Yeah But Altogether
[00:20:47] What are some good model sites that you still use? I used Model Mayhem briefly And that doesn't seem to be as Kept up Nowadays I guess Yeah the site itself sucks It really needs help Like whoever invented it back in Dinosaur It was big in the 2010
[00:21:05] Yeah it just kind of Yeah it needs 14 years of upgrading That's for sure But I still use it And I get I want to say close to half and half Between Well let's divide it into maybe three I get work Mostly from my Instagram actually
[00:21:26] And I direct a lot of those people to my website So I get a lot of work through Instagram, my website, Model Mayhem And sometimes Model Society Sweet Model Society Yeah I kind of divvy up In between these different ones
[00:21:42] Which can be a lot to manage as to sometimes Like it'll be a couple days Until I can come back to Some of the platforms because I'm like Driving Shooting Yeah It's there Yeah do you use Model Society or have you heard of it?
[00:21:58] I have not so I But I'm glad to know that There's all these other alternate sites So Model Society I have a Beautiful site For like art modeling Oh sweet Very cool Yeah I see what you mean now Yeah There were some other art
[00:22:21] Model sites I saw briefly and they were good at Just kind of picking out who was local Versus who Did what kind of artwork Actually I might have seen a variation on this site Did it retitle itself or? I don't think so I think this one goes there
[00:22:36] But there are a few different ones Gotcha Yeah I just hit my max of like how many I can mentally Keep track of Gotcha, gotcha And yeah I wish there was a way to vet photographers more I find the most efficient way Is to look at like
[00:23:00] To see who they've worked with And the only time I say absolutely no to somebody Is if They can't give me a reference So if I don't see anybody on their page I know Or oh like can I see like you have a reference
[00:23:16] Or whatever or if they haven't tagged the models That's usually the biggest red flag ever Because if I don't recognize somebody They can still like click on their page and go And be like hey what was your experience Like there is a good way to vet
[00:23:29] But you do have to put the time into it And that can be like a little difficult Gotcha I think networking is a huge Like it is your best friend In this industry so Totally Yeah if you know somebody who knows somebody
[00:23:46] Who knows somebody then you know everybody It's almost a tongue twister kind of yeah Like this would be like that Right yeah Nice All together I mean What would you like to see change the most in this industry What would I like to see change the most
[00:24:14] Whether it's how networking happens Or new sites Vetting You know I just feel like I've even like I've seen a lot of improvement Within the community What I would like to see more of Is actually that word Community Because there's sometimes some divisions That happen between
[00:24:37] For whatever reason Model to models Groups to groups and Just differences of opinions perhaps Things like that but I would just love for people to just Put all that aside and just focus on the fact That we love what we're doing and supporting each other
[00:24:52] Because by doing that we then Overall have a safer Space to work in Mentally But also physically because we're all Looking out for each other and helping each other One thing I would love to see Improve from model to photographer From model side to photographer Side
[00:25:13] Is I feel like a lot of models I shouldn't say a lot It can be a thing that models do That they jump to conclusion And they For petty reasons and try to Blacklist photographers who don't deserve it Things like that
[00:25:29] And I wish that would just stop happening Like unless if somebody actually Does something You know awful to you Or whatever like I think it's just some people Some people can be especially artists Can be very impulsive So I would love to see less Of that
[00:25:49] If there's less of that Less of crying wolf Then we actually know who the wolves are I was in a few modeling groups And there were a lot of Admins who were very helpful at like Pointing out people they had had a bad Experience with but everyone's wild
[00:26:07] I would say on a pre-vacation There was one that popped up And someone was like really? I thought he or She was cool and was like well Yeah and you know I want To say like nine out of ten like they're Usually great like good people like good
[00:26:23] Enough to work with you know And then there's that one wolf That gets by because you can't isolate It because there's too many crying Wolves going on so I'm like if we just really Put it down then we'll all be safer You know
[00:26:37] Definitely tell us where the location is Yeah yeah that's my personal Opinion on how that could Improve Yeah I'm not a big fan of Gurtcha I'm definitely gonna say And if they Refuse to allow you to bring a friend Or bodyguard that's when I know Okay probably
[00:27:01] Not legit That is true See I'm one of those Like I don't know one of those like I've never Really This is my opinion if you think you need To bring an escort or somebody To the shoot then you haven't done your Research
[00:27:21] If you think you need to bring Somebody to a shoot that means you probably Should be shooting with them That is my personal opinion I mean if Ninety-five percent of my Shoes I do not bring anybody with me Because I feel secure in the fact That they're professional
[00:27:39] I've done my homework Yeah I just at least want to maybe even Offers say hey this person can also Do some video behind the scenes It's a trade off but Oh sure No every photographer Let's meet Of course every like one of my
[00:27:59] Things that I do like one of my brand Things is I do stories for behind the scenes And stuff and every Photography as long as That doesn't become a distraction In the shoot So I usually set my camera up off To the side and it films almost the
[00:28:15] Entire shoot Because it's trust I'm trusting Them and they're trusting me so Yeah I'll definitely be a little Nervous if it's a couple or a Boyfriend girlfriend thing because I don't want them to you know end up Bickering if they don't like it Right I know
[00:28:35] So photographers have told me they don't They really don't want like a boyfriend To come like a relationship or a Partner because it makes them feel a little Uncomfortable that they're shooting the Girl and I've heard horror stories Of like a boyfriend getting
[00:28:49] Upset during a shoot and starting a Fight yeah so they like most people Are like yeah bring your friend Just like not a romantic partner Yeah you know So Yeah and as long as the Friend's not a distraction either You know and they're just
[00:29:10] There to observe or be an assistant Absolutely Anything that just shows This is what's going on but This also isn't just a place To just party and prevent anything from Getting done Exactly exactly yeah Yeah all right well So yeah I sometimes think I have like
[00:29:39] Somewhat of a differing opinion on How to do things but We all do we all learn from each other That's fine It's your take on it There are no wrong opinions Mainly I just worry about just kind of You brought up a good point On figuring out if
[00:29:59] Someone got wrongfully Blacklisted or if They're talented but they're Paying to work with That too It's definitely Something to know about yeah Altogether I guess I just mainly look for What are they going to do with the artwork And Now that everything has changed everything is all
[00:30:29] Digital but some people still want You know physical posters and everything For whatever the event I talked to Raquel Rockstar and She talked about How She did cable access type TV hosting as well as car shows Like she was the main model and host And
[00:30:51] It was interesting how Those can work too Where You know people are great to work With but they're taking forever for you to You to them to give you Your material that you worked on Like I need Something for my You know my resume My photo gallery
[00:31:13] Where is it? Yeah Yeah My portfolio Glad you paid me on time but I still need my work Yeah Yeah That's one of the reasons Why I'm very picky with trade Like I maybe do like Five trade shoots a year If that
[00:31:35] And it has to be somebody I feel like that's Adding but I've had somebody take like A year to give me back stuff And I'm like okay Like you know That's a good point I'm very picky about it
[00:31:49] If you're going to trade with somebody it has to be You know I've already let's say Me and you doing trade I've already given you my time So now you have to give me yours in return For giving me those photos Correct So
[00:32:05] I think that's the word trade If I'm going to do a trade with someone It better be someone I have known for like Five years now I know they're just beginning Yeah the majority of people Have done trade with Pretty much all of them
[00:32:21] Again very limited people but They've been so fast with their delivery It's just one or two that I'm like Hello Don't forget about me What's going on Yeah I would like some pictures please But you know I try to be Patient because like you said there's not
[00:32:43] Enough patience in this world so Life happens But if it's been two months you know Then it's okay Or one year Oh lord Alright I had somebody almost take A year off I was like oh man Patience this is a strong character
[00:33:07] Building time in my life right now So true All together What is your Bucket list What is going to be a photographer you're going to want to work Oh I don't think I have A specific one in mind I've definitely just been kind of like Following the dream
[00:33:35] And just going from one thing to the next I am my big goal this year Is to go international So right now I'm working on a trip to Greece And hopefully something Else but I'm not sure So I won't say what it is yet
[00:33:51] But Greece is pretty much like for certain So yeah It's more about where I'm going Now like where I'm taking it Because I've been touring the east and west coast A good bit So I'm like August will make my third
[00:34:07] Year so I kind of want to get out Congratulations to that Thank you And fortunately we're all in the time Where we can decide how we want to Self publish our work And determine our career Instead of wait for the phone To ring
[00:34:25] Exactly what a time to be alive Right Hell of a time So we got Another fellow model In the group now Cynthia Long for this segment She also owns a CBD company And welcome We've been meaning to meet up for a while And
[00:34:51] A few networking events I think We'll return After these messages On Florida Man Podcast That's Florida Men plural On Florida Man Podcast Listen at Brenfas.com, Apple Podcasts Or wherever fine podcasts are found The Jacked Up Review Show Podcast It's honored to be part of the Blind

[00:36:33] Kind of the unwritten manners In fact speaking of phones It is kind of wild how you can do some really good artwork On their phones And you would never know I take a lot of Set photos for anything Any event But then it's just kind of like
[00:36:51] How do I select what was legit Versus what needs some touch up How do you fall on that Because it seems like Photoshop can really You can tell who's experienced with it Versus who isn't I don't have any experience With Photoshop
[00:37:07] I don't like the camera, there's going to be a lot of raw images And I don't touch them I usually tell them If I want to use one I ask permission But I tend to Just take the edited that they give me And use that
[00:37:23] So I have no experience In some ways we're going to have a leg to stand on When I have to talk about it But I do prefer Less edited More me looking If anything maybe different Lighting but not
[00:37:39] To the point where you're like hey you digitally touched me up a bit I like still seeing That I have real skin, that's for sure You know Yeah But you know Again it's a learning A learning process
[00:37:57] So some people are learning, sometimes you have to over do it To know you've overdone it So you can pull it back in There's things like that For me There's some models who are really great at it And they love editing their photos
[00:38:11] I honestly don't even have the time To consider it I'm not good with Adobe or anything But for those who do You still want to make sure That looks very cheap and needs more of a touch up I'm talking more like say Hey you took a very cool
[00:38:29] Outdoor shot And then you mixed it with me where I was He or her Was photographed against a green screen And it just doesn't It doesn't look like either image is in the same room I'm not sure if it's the same room Right I've seen that
[00:38:47] All it would take is a little extra rendering And you don't know how much of it is Their hard drive crashed Or maybe it was a good image But I mean I do this with the show I have to reselect images And sometimes
[00:39:01] Despite touching it up a few times It still looks like it's rendered At a different size than it should be Yeah Yeah As long as it's not blurry I mean I see it With movie posters Totally There was a few articles that had some famous
[00:39:21] The focus is key We had a Norwegian Cinematographer who was teaching A class for us once upon a time And we all loved him so much When he was being let go by the department That we got him a light meter I've never seen that No
[00:39:41] It looks like a little I don't know how to say it It looks almost like a vape pen But has a little digital circular Thing at the end It reads all the light in the room And you have to divide it by whatever Light you're doing
[00:39:57] To see how Darker or lighter You got to light the room And it's kind of And give it to a photographer of any magnitude Whether they do magazines or whatever That is the ultimate kind of gift for them Because those things are not cheap No
[00:40:15] It could be 40 to 50 bucks Yeah That's hilarious Well I hate To have to excuse myself No it's all good It's 10 o'clock here And I have a morning beach shoot I'm going to go to bed soon I wanted to meet our friend Who is trying to join us
[00:40:39] It looks like we're gonna We'll see what happens here I might have to stitch the chat together Honestly, realistically Alright Well, Godspeed to you Thank you so much It was so nice to meet you Absolutely Keep painting forward And safe travels I'm not legit Thank you so much
[00:41:05] Alright I wish you the best on getting some shut eye Alright, have a good night Godspeed It's a Jack Dumb Review Show
