[00:00:11] Hi there. Is this your first trip to the dentist? You a little scared? No? Good. Give me five.
[00:00:20] Dr. Alan Finestone's a renowned dentist who's got it all.
[00:00:25] Happy anniversary. A beautiful wife, a thriving practice, and an impeccable reputation.
[00:00:32] I know I'm early. Couldn't wait, huh? No more braces, thank God. You're not quite a practice, doctor.
[00:00:37] Decay is always busy, so we're always busy. But behind the success is a man who's feeling the pressure.
[00:00:46] The IRS? You got real tax problems. When I tell you to do something, you do it.
[00:00:51] As short staffed as it is. Do you dress like that in front of the pool, man?
[00:00:55] Would you like to make another appointment? I had an appointment. You're not wearing anything.
[00:00:59] Now, Dr. Finestone's gone over the edge.
[00:01:05] This is my wife! Please, please, help!
[00:01:12] All that you've done to me. Maybe we should close up until things are under control.
[00:01:18] Things are under control! Everything is under control!
[00:01:20] What we've got here is a seriously drilled train, a man over the edge.
[00:01:26] Open wide.
[00:02:00] We missed.
[00:02:02] We loaded it.
[00:02:04] We edited it.
[00:02:08] Sometimes we get so deep into conversation that we have separate segments worthy of their own place in the sun.
[00:02:16] The reshuffled mini-episode.
[00:02:38] I take it you're a fan of Brian Usna?
[00:02:40] Brian Usna? Oh, yeah.
[00:02:43] Yeah.
[00:02:44] So, for those who don't know, Return of the Living Dead Free and Phosphor on Sci-Fi Channel all the time.
[00:02:48] I got into college.
[00:02:49] I saw Society, the Reanimators, Necronomicon, the Dentist movies.
[00:02:55] And I was like, see, I think this dude, he's an equal opportunist.
[00:03:02] He's able to make something creepy like Dolls or Progeny or Dagon.
[00:03:07] Or even Honey, I Shruck the Kids in Crime Freeman.
[00:03:10] And then he can also, again, he can mix all kinds of material together.
[00:03:16] You know, he can, he's making both a B-picture as well as an involving, you know, monster film and creepy scenario.
[00:03:27] You know, there's something for everybody instead of I'm just sticking around with a budget because of my friends.
[00:03:32] You know?
[00:03:35] I see so many who don't.
[00:03:37] I'm talking.
[00:03:38] Oh, sorry.
[00:03:40] No, I was just saying on that note, the Dentist movies.
[00:03:44] I've been trying to convince my girlfriend to sit down and watch them.
[00:03:49] Yeah.
[00:03:51] Yeah.
[00:03:51] Any favorite moments of those movies?
[00:03:53] I mean, talk about a change of pace for Corbin Bernson.
[00:03:59] Oh, my God.
[00:04:00] Yeah.
[00:04:01] Well, that one and then wasn't that then shortly around there, Cold Assets?
[00:04:09] Cold Assets.
[00:04:12] Oh, my God.
[00:04:12] Have you not seen that one?
[00:04:14] I have not.
[00:04:14] Oh, Frozen Assets.
[00:04:16] Or Frozen Assets.
[00:04:18] Oh, wow.
[00:04:20] I have never seen that movie.
[00:04:24] Wow.
[00:04:25] Oh, that movie is something.
[00:04:31] Yeah, with, oh, help me out.
[00:04:37] What's her name?
[00:04:38] Shelley Long.
[00:04:39] Yeah.
[00:04:40] Shelley Long.
[00:04:42] Mm-hmm.
[00:04:43] Wow.
[00:04:44] Yeah, Shelley Long.
[00:04:50] That sounds pretty wacky and goofy, but I guess, I don't know, man.
[00:04:55] There's so many free stooges and Monty Python-influenced comedies that came out in the 80s and 90s that had people getting creeped out and they didn't want anything to do with it.
[00:05:08] And truth be told, you got to take what actors say with a grain of salt, too, because, I mean, you'll see critics take back what they said in Nutterwise.
[00:05:20] Good review.
[00:05:21] They're like, well, I wouldn't think that way now.
[00:05:23] I'm like, uh-uh.
[00:05:24] You liked it at the time.
[00:05:25] Don't.
[00:05:26] Why are you changing your opinion?
[00:05:27] And then you'll see actors, if it doesn't do well, they disown it.
[00:05:32] I'm like, well, hold on.
[00:05:34] You thought it was good enough to sign up for and get paid?
[00:05:37] What's going on?
[00:05:41] But yeah, I do vaguely remember hearing how that was one of Siskel and Ebert's least favorite movies.
[00:05:47] I never knew why, because people don't like to elaborate and say why they do or don't like something.
[00:05:59] Oh, I love going back to some of their episodes.
[00:06:02] Oh, yeah.
[00:06:02] It's interesting.
[00:06:04] It's a time capsule to be sure.
[00:06:10] But, God, take me back a second.
[00:06:20] What was the last movie we were talking about?
[00:06:23] Oh, the dentist.
[00:06:27] Oh, dentist.
[00:06:28] Yeah, yeah.
[00:06:29] Yeah.
[00:06:29] Yeah, thank you.
[00:06:31] It feels like it tells from the Crip episode at times.
[00:06:34] And they even heard it on HBO back in the day.
[00:06:37] I think it was, actually.
[00:06:41] Well, I didn't see any connection to Tales from the Crip, but they premiered it on HBO.
[00:06:45] Well, didn't Brian Yusina direct a couple of episodes of Tales from the Crip?
[00:06:49] Nope.
[00:06:49] But I wish he had.
[00:06:51] Oh.
[00:06:51] Then maybe I'm crazy.
[00:06:53] Apparently in Fangore.
[00:06:54] But it does feel like one.
[00:06:56] That's what I'm getting at.
[00:06:58] It feels like it could have been an episode of that show, given how it's for the most part.
[00:07:03] I mean, it's not listed as a comedy, but there's a lot of dark comedic.
[00:07:06] Oh, my God.
[00:07:07] I laughed so hard throughout the whole movie.
[00:07:10] I mean.
[00:07:11] Oh, even the second one.
[00:07:12] The second one made me laugh even harder.
[00:07:14] And see, why do you think the second one gets so much hate?
[00:07:17] I'm like, it feels like it's doing what it should be doing.
[00:07:19] Well, because the second one goes down the redemption arc.
[00:07:27] Right.
[00:07:28] But he's trying to.
[00:07:30] It of course has to falter at the end.
[00:07:34] And it does kind of the same thing.
[00:07:39] He's more of a con man.
[00:07:40] Psycho 2 did.
[00:07:42] And I like the Norman Bates comparison.
[00:07:45] Because, yeah, part one is so funny because he's just going around getting away with this shit until he's caught.
[00:07:52] And then it's a revenge tale for him because he finds out his wife is cheating on him and he wants to kill her, you know, adulterer.
[00:08:00] And it's so funny how.
[00:08:04] Yeah.
[00:08:08] Just in part two, he's like, I'm getting away.
[00:08:11] I'm getting away.
[00:08:11] But instead of being like Cannibal Lecter, he is kind of more like Norman Bates where he's like, I apologize for nothing, but I'm not so bad.
[00:08:19] Like, I just want to be a dentist.
[00:08:23] Please, everyone, just let me be a dentist.
[00:08:26] They kind of give away a lot in the trailer to where you're like, dude, you gave away the movie.
[00:08:36] It's funny.
[00:08:36] It's funny.
[00:08:37] It predates freaking American Psycho.
[00:08:42] There's a no gun to the face.
[00:08:45] Mm-hmm.
[00:08:48] They almost have to, though, in a way, because how do you sell the dentist to you without showing anything from the end?
[00:08:59] And Julian Mick, we're, oh my goodness, what a gorgeous woman.
[00:09:05] But she's been a Roger Corman favorite and been in some of those cheesy movies like Blood Fist, PM Entertainment stuff, and even a few other TV movies with Corbin.
[00:09:17] But I think Corbin was just having the time of his life like he has for a while been trying to come up with a third movie just for fun.
[00:09:23] And I feel like, you know, when he wasn't playing a private eye or a husband, you know, trying to protect his family or an abusive asshole, you know, he, you know, it's just, I think it'll always be one of his favorite roles along with Psych, L.A. Law and Major League.
[00:09:43] Because he just has that kind of, this is what he was doing when he wasn't doing like Westerns and kids movies.
[00:09:52] He was like, hey, I can have some fun being a bad apple.
[00:09:56] Mm-hmm.
[00:09:58] Yeah, just watch Major League on that note, too, over the weekend.
[00:10:03] Hey.
[00:10:04] And watch that one in forever.
[00:10:06] Oh, hell, the dude is freaking married to Amanda Page from Max Headroom, so he's doing all right.
[00:10:16] That there's a cyberpunk movie.
[00:10:17] They should have crossed that over with Cube.
[00:10:20] Jesus.
[00:10:24] But that's a fun side tangent, because I feel like Brian Usna, like, some people have seen a lot of his stuff, but he's kind of like Paul Verhoeven.
[00:10:34] Some people only like him in a trashy kind of way, and there's others who are like, no, he's exactly what he's set out to be.
[00:10:39] And for me, I was just like, he's an unapologetic B-movie guy with some cool concepts.
[00:10:46] Dr. Alan Feinstone is back in business.
[00:10:49] Just a small country practice.
[00:10:51] Doing what he does best.
[00:10:53] Want open wine?
[00:10:53] He's practicing under a new name.
[00:10:56] Jamie Devers and Dr. Lawrence Kane.
[00:10:58] Hi.
[00:10:59] Larry's just moved here to paradise.
[00:11:01] Think I'm going to like it here.
[00:11:02] And he's giving his patients...
[00:11:03] Smile.
[00:11:04] ...the care they deserve.
[00:11:07] I got a feeling he's going to be real good for this town.
[00:11:10] What's wrong?
[00:11:11] No toothache.
[00:11:12] May I look at it?
[00:11:13] Is it going to hurt?
[00:11:16] Shouldn't.
[00:11:17] The motel guy said the only dentist in town was dead?
[00:11:20] I had to track him down.
[00:11:23] But his past won't stay buried.
[00:11:25] He looks familiar.
[00:11:26] What do you know about me?
[00:11:29] And his sanity...
[00:11:30] Are you okay, Larry?
[00:11:31] ...has started to decay.
[00:11:33] You didn't tell me about Robbie, did you?
[00:11:35] Small town girl.
[00:11:36] Nice honest small town little girl.
[00:11:39] Are you not crazy?
[00:11:40] Fine stone it.
[00:11:43] Fine stone the bitch.
[00:11:46] He's your worst nightmare.
[00:11:48] Oh, my God.
[00:11:49] And he's going to drill you with fear.
[00:11:52] You're looking much better already.
[00:11:56] Your discolored tooth was a problem.
[00:11:58] Not a problem anymore.
[00:12:00] On the threshold of a new, patient, friendly era of dentistry.
[00:12:04] Now I'm going to get you a new smile.
[00:12:07] You'd be surprised how people neglect their teeth.
[00:12:25] Sliperating.
[00:12:26] The dentist, too.
[00:12:28] Have you had your checkup?
[00:12:30] Open wide.
[00:12:30] I have liked him except for Dagon.
[00:12:36] Yeah, that was rough.
[00:12:38] I hated Dagon so much.
[00:12:42] Especially the old man.
[00:12:44] And it's a shame, too.
[00:12:45] Because he's like the right...
[00:12:47] He had the right style for it.
[00:12:49] But yet, somehow, it just didn't ignite.
[00:12:51] And that's kind of...
[00:12:52] In the 2000s, you know, post-Foss,
[00:12:55] that's kind of where he gets into movies
[00:12:56] that feel like a mix between like a giallo mystery
[00:12:59] and too many investors coming up
[00:13:02] with some kind of cheapo creepy movie
[00:13:06] that doesn't really creep you out.
[00:13:07] It just bores you.
[00:13:08] How ironic you mentioned giallo.
[00:13:12] Okay.
[00:13:13] Remember, those investors were Italian.
[00:13:17] Right?
[00:13:18] That's why he's got bills.
[00:13:20] It could easily be an Argento.
[00:13:22] Well, and that's the thing with that old guy in...
[00:13:28] In Dagon.
[00:13:31] Is...
[00:13:32] I had to turn on the subtitles at that point.
[00:13:35] Just to understand his whole monologue.
[00:13:39] Oh, Lord.
[00:13:40] Because, you know, his accent was so thick.
[00:13:47] And the sound mixing was so horrible
[00:13:51] that it was impossible to understand him without them.
[00:13:56] He didn't have much range.
[00:13:58] I know he's been in some better movies,
[00:14:00] but it was one of those where I'm like,
[00:14:01] what's going on here?
[00:14:04] Yeah.
[00:14:05] And he's literally telling the whole fish people story.
[00:14:12] Yep.
[00:14:13] Plenty of that.
[00:14:15] And...
[00:14:16] It's like, wait, wait.
[00:14:17] No.
[00:14:17] I can't hear him.
[00:14:18] He's telling...
[00:14:19] He's literally telling the story.
[00:14:20] He's literally telling the story.
[00:14:22] Can you turn up...
[00:14:24] Can you turn down the static?
[00:14:26] Can you turn down the dramatic news?
[00:14:28] I...
[00:14:29] I can't hear.
[00:14:31] It was a very weird mix of a movie,
[00:14:33] and it's interesting, too,
[00:14:36] how Yuzna...
[00:14:37] Unlike with, like,
[00:14:40] Sam Raimi,
[00:14:41] where it's like,
[00:14:41] everyone kind of saw Evil Dead trilogy first,
[00:14:43] then his other stuff,
[00:14:44] or Joe Dante,
[00:14:45] they saw his Roger Corman,
[00:14:46] and Creature Features,
[00:14:48] and then his Spielberg,
[00:14:49] and mid-budget stuff.
[00:14:52] And with Yuzna,
[00:14:54] he's kind of just a pin.
[00:14:55] Some people have first saw,
[00:14:57] you know,
[00:14:57] like some of his later stuff,
[00:14:59] or early stuff,
[00:14:59] like Society.
[00:15:00] And you're just like...
[00:15:02] He's interesting.
[00:15:03] He's like,
[00:15:03] you work with Charles Band,
[00:15:04] and then you do your own thing,
[00:15:06] and then...
[00:15:07] It's just kind of word of mouth.
[00:15:10] And he just always had these movies
[00:15:12] at festivals,
[00:15:14] and on TV,
[00:15:15] and he's like,
[00:15:16] oh,
[00:15:16] I definitely saw that.
[00:15:17] That was creepy.
[00:15:21] Even if he's just a producer on it.
[00:15:23] He still always has at least one streaming right now.
[00:15:25] Eh,
[00:15:26] there you go.
[00:15:29] There's plenty of his movies
[00:15:30] I have yet to see,
[00:15:32] but I still want to,
[00:15:33] just because...
[00:15:34] Oh.
[00:15:35] I always feel like
[00:15:36] from beyond his streaming,
[00:15:38] at least on one platform.
[00:15:40] That Blu-ray was so expensive
[00:15:42] to track down.
[00:15:43] It's like,
[00:15:43] good grief.
[00:15:45] Yeah.
[00:15:47] Why is it so hard to find?
[00:15:50] Return of the Living Dead Free
[00:15:52] is apparently getting re-released.
[00:15:53] They found...
[00:15:54] Oh, nice.
[00:15:54] Someone found some
[00:15:55] deleted footage
[00:15:56] that they're remastering
[00:15:57] and inserting back into the movie.
[00:15:59] I'm like,
[00:15:59] I can only imagine.
[00:16:02] Oh.
[00:16:03] I actually
[00:16:04] enjoyed it.
[00:16:06] It...
[00:16:06] No, it...
[00:16:08] I actually like it.
[00:16:09] Of the 90s.
[00:16:12] Absolutely.
[00:16:12] No, they're not the original.
[00:16:14] They're not, but...
[00:16:16] They have...
[00:16:17] They have charm.
[00:16:19] One of the first zombie films
[00:16:21] I think I saw on TV
[00:16:22] and I was like,
[00:16:23] I love this chick.
[00:16:24] I love this hero.
[00:16:26] I like these evil military guys.
[00:16:27] It's a lot of fun.
[00:16:29] Mm-hmm.
[00:16:31] But, yeah,
[00:16:32] Dentist was interesting
[00:16:32] because, like,
[00:16:34] for a movie
[00:16:35] that's kind of obscure now,
[00:16:37] I almost always
[00:16:38] would see someone
[00:16:39] who had seen it
[00:16:40] or heard of it
[00:16:41] or, like,
[00:16:42] oh, I saw that
[00:16:43] on the movie channels
[00:16:44] back in the day.
[00:16:44] Like, it was just...
[00:16:46] Kind of like we've been talking
[00:16:47] about how Cube's
[00:16:48] kind of a word of mouth.
[00:16:49] Like, Dentist was just
[00:16:50] definitely, like...
[00:16:52] Well, that cover
[00:16:54] was hard to miss.
[00:16:56] Oh, yeah.
[00:16:56] It's such a creepy cover
[00:16:57] compared to the UK one
[00:16:59] and Dr. Alan Feinstein.
[00:17:03] And, yeah,
[00:17:03] it's just like...
[00:17:04] And even though
[00:17:07] there's some shitty things
[00:17:08] that happen in it,
[00:17:10] I think just that level
[00:17:11] of the director cameo
[00:17:14] and Ken Forry
[00:17:16] from Dawn of the Dead
[00:17:17] is the main cop
[00:17:19] and Earl Bowen
[00:17:21] from The Terminator,
[00:17:22] a then unknown
[00:17:23] Mark Ruffalo,
[00:17:24] and just...
[00:17:26] It was more than
[00:17:27] just the deaths
[00:17:28] or...
[00:17:28] I mean,
[00:17:29] I wanted to see it
[00:17:30] the longest time
[00:17:31] and I hate going
[00:17:32] to the dentist.
[00:17:33] It had nothing to do...
[00:17:35] But I guess...
[00:17:38] That could be
[00:17:38] maybe a detractor,
[00:17:40] I guess.
[00:17:40] Some people think
[00:17:41] that if they don't like
[00:17:42] something in real life,
[00:17:43] they therefore
[00:17:44] won't like anything
[00:17:45] dealing with an infection.
[00:17:46] It's like,
[00:17:46] that's not true.
[00:17:47] I'm not a sports guy,
[00:17:48] but I'll watch
[00:17:49] a good sports movie
[00:17:50] if it's captivating
[00:17:53] and has emotion
[00:17:54] instead of just
[00:17:55] B-roll footage
[00:17:56] of a game
[00:17:56] I don't give a shit about.
[00:17:57] You know,
[00:17:57] and same thing
[00:17:58] with spiders.
[00:17:59] I fucking hate spiders
[00:18:00] in real life,
[00:18:00] but I will watch
[00:18:01] a giant creature feature
[00:18:02] with a spider.
[00:18:04] You know,
[00:18:04] it's just...
[00:18:04] I don't know.
[00:18:05] We're all wired differently.
[00:18:07] I don't get it,
[00:18:09] but...
[00:18:10] I give almost
[00:18:12] any movie
[00:18:14] a shot
[00:18:14] at least once
[00:18:16] as long as
[00:18:16] it seems creative.
[00:18:18] Like I said,
[00:18:21] you know,
[00:18:22] it...
[00:18:24] The golden age
[00:18:26] of the VHS cover
[00:18:29] is like,
[00:18:29] okay,
[00:18:29] is this the good one?
[00:18:30] Do I want
[00:18:31] that awesome movie?
[00:18:33] Like,
[00:18:33] oh my God.
[00:18:35] What's an amazing one?
[00:18:38] Return to Horror High.
[00:18:41] I'm gonna
[00:18:42] probably get smacked
[00:18:43] later for bringing up
[00:18:44] this one.
[00:18:45] Street Trash.
[00:18:47] Yeah.
[00:18:48] Oh,
[00:18:49] I showed that
[00:18:50] once to my girlfriend
[00:18:52] and
[00:18:54] I have been punished
[00:18:55] for that severely
[00:18:56] ever since.
[00:18:57] In my defense,
[00:18:58] I hadn't watched it
[00:19:00] in
[00:19:01] almost
[00:19:03] 20 years
[00:19:04] and had forgotten
[00:19:05] almost
[00:19:06] all of the worst
[00:19:07] parts of it.
[00:19:11] and
[00:19:12] afterwards,
[00:19:13] I'm like,
[00:19:14] oh,
[00:19:15] I'm sorry.
[00:19:18] I played
[00:19:19] the 50.
[00:19:20] I...
[00:19:21] It's hard
[00:19:22] to entertain
[00:19:22] everybody,
[00:19:23] especially
[00:19:25] half the time
[00:19:26] people like,
[00:19:27] I mean,
[00:19:27] you were bringing up
[00:19:28] Inc.
[00:19:28] There's a movie
[00:19:29] with multiple
[00:19:29] different genres,
[00:19:31] you know,
[00:19:31] and so,
[00:19:32] I mean,
[00:19:32] I see other people
[00:19:33] who like to predict
[00:19:34] what they consider
[00:19:35] to be part of a genre
[00:19:36] and like,
[00:19:36] truth be told,
[00:19:38] every movie
[00:19:39] you can fit into
[00:19:39] at least three
[00:19:40] different categories,
[00:19:42] you know,
[00:19:43] regardless of if
[00:19:44] that's the main reason
[00:19:45] you're watching it for
[00:19:46] and I don't know,
[00:19:49] I do feel like
[00:19:51] sometimes you should
[00:19:52] judge a movie
[00:19:53] based on like
[00:19:54] what kind of books
[00:19:54] or TV shows
[00:19:55] you're into.
[00:19:56] Like,
[00:19:56] hey,
[00:19:56] if you're a
[00:19:57] Joseph Campbell guy,
[00:19:58] you're going to like
[00:19:58] Star Wars.
[00:19:59] If you're
[00:20:00] a Tells of the Crypt guy,
[00:20:01] then you're going to
[00:20:02] probably like some of
[00:20:02] these other anthology
[00:20:03] movies or
[00:20:05] amusing,
[00:20:06] darkly violent,
[00:20:07] but somewhat amusing
[00:20:09] morality tells,
[00:20:11] morality plays
[00:20:11] and I mean,
[00:20:14] the dentist character,
[00:20:14] I feel like you can go
[00:20:15] many ways with him
[00:20:17] just because he is
[00:20:19] walking into his own
[00:20:20] mousetraps for lack
[00:20:21] of a better comparison
[00:20:23] and
[00:20:24] yeah,
[00:20:25] it's just,
[00:20:26] it's hysterical.
[00:20:27] You're,
[00:20:27] you're just like,
[00:20:28] man,
[00:20:30] imagine if he was
[00:20:31] in a room with
[00:20:32] Patrick Bateman
[00:20:32] from American Psycho.
[00:20:34] I also love how
[00:20:36] he's always just
[00:20:37] kind of outwitting
[00:20:37] everybody and
[00:20:38] he's always got a
[00:20:39] reason for everything.
[00:20:40] He's like,
[00:20:41] oh no,
[00:20:41] I'm just late
[00:20:42] today or I'm
[00:20:43] getting someone,
[00:20:44] you know,
[00:20:44] for dinner
[00:20:44] and really he's
[00:20:46] there to kill
[00:20:47] someone who he
[00:20:48] can't stand
[00:20:49] or who's wronged
[00:20:50] him or
[00:20:50] yeah,
[00:20:51] or he wants
[00:20:53] to kill them
[00:20:53] for their identity
[00:20:54] and so I feel
[00:20:55] like because
[00:20:57] of the insanity
[00:20:58] that makes up
[00:20:59] for all
[00:21:01] these horrific
[00:21:02] events that are
[00:21:03] going to happen
[00:21:03] instead of just
[00:21:05] and again,
[00:21:06] kind of like
[00:21:07] with Q,
[00:21:07] we were talking
[00:21:08] about,
[00:21:08] hey,
[00:21:09] there's some
[00:21:10] cool deaths
[00:21:10] but there's more
[00:21:11] than just we're
[00:21:12] looking forward
[00:21:12] to the next death
[00:21:13] and same thing
[00:21:14] here,
[00:21:14] like this is
[00:21:15] just,
[00:21:16] we're in such
[00:21:17] an outrageous
[00:21:17] moment,
[00:21:18] like you're
[00:21:19] going to get
[00:21:19] all kinds of
[00:21:20] people watching
[00:21:20] it.
[00:21:21] I mean,
[00:21:21] it was by the
[00:21:22] producer of
[00:21:23] Wishmaster
[00:21:24] and Cronenberg
[00:21:24] films.
[00:21:25] Well,
[00:21:26] yeah,
[00:21:27] we'll return
[00:21:28] after these
[00:21:29] messages.
[00:21:32] Do you ever
[00:21:33] find yourself
[00:21:34] thinking about
[00:21:34] who would win
[00:21:35] a fight between
[00:21:35] Goku and Superman?
[00:21:37] Hi,
[00:21:37] I'm James Gavsey
[00:21:38] and on the
[00:21:39] Who Would Win
[00:21:39] show,
[00:21:40] me and my
[00:21:40] co-host Ray
[00:21:41] ignore anything
[00:21:41] important happening
[00:21:42] in the outside
[00:21:43] world and debate
[00:21:44] fictional battles
[00:21:44] between characters
[00:21:45] from comics,
[00:21:46] movies,
[00:21:46] and video games.
[00:21:47] We got a new
[00:21:48] show every week
[00:21:49] and almost always
[00:21:50] am I the winner.
[00:21:51] Yeah,
[00:21:51] not true,
[00:21:52] Ray.
[00:21:52] In the past,
[00:21:53] we've discussed
[00:21:53] such matches as
[00:21:54] Captain America
[00:21:55] versus Darth Vader,
[00:21:57] Solid Snake
[00:21:57] versus the Iron
[00:21:58] Giant,
[00:21:59] classic matchups
[00:22:00] like Robocop
[00:22:01] versus Terminator
[00:22:02] and even the
[00:22:03] Muppets versus
[00:22:04] Sesame Street.
[00:22:05] That one was
[00:22:06] crazy.
[00:22:06] So if you're a fan
[00:22:07] of geek culture
[00:22:08] and love a
[00:22:09] spirited debate,
[00:22:10] check out the
[00:22:10] Who Would Win
