[00:00:22] [SPEAKER_03]: And welcome to episode 588.

[00:00:36] [SPEAKER_03]: Humans have besmirched everything bestowed upon them.

[00:00:41] [SPEAKER_03]: They were given paradise, they threw it away.

[00:00:44] [SPEAKER_03]: They were given this planet, they destroyed it.

[00:00:48] [SPEAKER_03]: They were favored best amongst all his endeavors and some of them don't even believe he exists

[00:00:53] [SPEAKER_03]: and in spite of it all, he's shown an infinite fucking patience at every turn.

[00:01:00] [SPEAKER_03]: What about us?

[00:01:02] [SPEAKER_03]: I asked you once to lay down the sword because I felt sorry for them and what was the result?

[00:01:09] [SPEAKER_03]: Our expulsion from paradise.

[00:01:11] [SPEAKER_03]: Where was this infinite fucking patience then?

[00:01:14] [SPEAKER_03]: It's not right, it's not fair.

[00:01:17] [SPEAKER_03]: We paid our debt.

[00:01:19] [SPEAKER_03]: Don't you think it's time?

[00:01:21] [SPEAKER_03]: Don't you think it's time to win home?

[00:01:24] [SPEAKER_03]: And to do that I think we have to dispatch our would-be dispatchers.

[00:01:30] [SPEAKER_03]: Nice.

[00:01:31] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:01:32] [SPEAKER_03]: It's from your all-time favorite Kevin Smith movie.

[00:01:35] [SPEAKER_03]: Dogma.

[00:01:36] [SPEAKER_01]: I love dogma.

[00:01:41] [SPEAKER_03]: It's one of those movies they, it's hard to find.

[00:01:48] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:01:50] [SPEAKER_03]: Because it's like tied up with all sorts of different rights issues.

[00:01:56] [SPEAKER_03]: I'm lucky, I have it on DVD and I have a special edition that looks like a Bible and

[00:02:03] [SPEAKER_03]: everything.

[00:02:04] [SPEAKER_04]: Oh yeah.

[00:02:04] [SPEAKER_03]: But it's one of those movies you never find it streaming anywhere.

[00:02:08] [SPEAKER_03]: You never find it on a premium channel because of the rights that, who holds the rights to

[00:02:17] [SPEAKER_03]: what because of all the controversy that's surrounded that movie at the time it was released.

[00:02:22] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:02:22] [SPEAKER_03]: It was supposed to be a Miramax film and Miramax that they go but they held on to certain

[00:02:27] [SPEAKER_03]: rights and then it was released by I think Lionsgate.

[00:02:35] [SPEAKER_03]: They did the distribution and it's like all sorts of strange things that you just, for whatever

[00:02:46] [SPEAKER_03]: reason will never be probably ever on Blu-ray.

[00:02:50] [SPEAKER_03]: Right.

[00:02:50] [SPEAKER_03]: And you'll never see it on streaming services because of how the rights are with that

[00:02:55] [SPEAKER_03]: movie.

[00:02:55] [SPEAKER_03]: Right.

[00:02:56] [SPEAKER_03]: Odd.

[00:02:56] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:02:57] [SPEAKER_01]: It is on.

[00:02:57] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:02:59] [SPEAKER_03]: But it was all because of all the controversy that surrounded it.

[00:03:05] [SPEAKER_03]: Because they got all the anti-Catholic backlash.

[00:03:09] [SPEAKER_03]: Right.

[00:03:10] [SPEAKER_03]: Disney was like, yeah, we can't release this because at the time Miramax was owned by Disney.

[00:03:15] [SPEAKER_03]: Right.

[00:03:15] [SPEAKER_03]: So the Weinstein's had to kind of throw their hands up in the air even though they

[00:03:18] [SPEAKER_03]: invested in it but they still held on.

[00:03:22] [SPEAKER_03]: It's like this weird whole weird.

[00:03:25] [SPEAKER_03]: I read an article about it one time and it was like so much legalese involved with

[00:03:30] [SPEAKER_03]: it.

[00:03:31] [SPEAKER_03]: This is starting to hurt my head.

[00:03:32] [SPEAKER_03]: You know, too much.

[00:03:37] [SPEAKER_00]: This one's hurt my head.

[00:03:39] [SPEAKER_00]: Awesome, Dean.

[00:03:44] [SPEAKER_02]: That wouldn't have nothing to do with you now.

[00:03:48] [SPEAKER_00]: Don't touch me.

[00:03:49] [SPEAKER_00]: I will fuck you up.

[00:03:54] [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, look at her face.

[00:04:00] [SPEAKER_00]: Anyway.

[00:04:00] [SPEAKER_00]: How are you, sir?

[00:04:02] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm good.

[00:04:02] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:04:03] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:04:04] [SPEAKER_01]: Hang in there.

[00:04:05] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:04:06] [SPEAKER_01]: Working up in the area.

[00:04:09] [SPEAKER_01]: How's that been?

[00:04:11] [SPEAKER_01]: I think you've been there before.

[00:04:11] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:04:12] [SPEAKER_03]: I like it.

[00:04:13] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:04:14] [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I like the working, like where I'm working.

[00:04:17] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:04:20] [SPEAKER_01]: It's a nice place to work but I don't like to drive.

[00:04:26] [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, about two hours and 15 minutes.

[00:04:29] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:04:31] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I'm there for three days and come on.

[00:04:33] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:04:35] [SPEAKER_01]: But it's not too bad.

[00:04:36] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:04:39] [SPEAKER_01]: With my work schedule though, I'm always leaving at night so I'm always driving

[00:04:42] [SPEAKER_01]: at night.

[00:04:44] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:04:44] [SPEAKER_01]: Do you know what I mean?

[00:04:45] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, you're like leaving the night before to get up there and then driving home when

[00:04:51] [SPEAKER_03]: you're done.

[00:04:51] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I know.

[00:04:52] [SPEAKER_01]: One person leaves at 3.30 in the morning to get there and start a work day at 6.30

[00:04:58] [SPEAKER_01]: or something.

[00:04:59] [SPEAKER_01]: That's rough.

[00:04:59] [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, all right.

[00:05:01] [SPEAKER_01]: On an eight-hour shift, it wouldn't be too bad but on a 12-hour shift, it sucks.

[00:05:05] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:05:06] [SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?

[00:05:07] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:05:10] [SPEAKER_01]: But I can't do all that.

[00:05:12] [SPEAKER_01]: No.

[00:05:12] [SPEAKER_01]: It just, what it does, I mean, I get it.

[00:05:15] [SPEAKER_01]: It saves you 17 bucks in the hotel, you know what I mean?

[00:05:19] [SPEAKER_01]: But still, that's rough.

[00:05:26] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:05:26] [SPEAKER_03]: No, I mean, that's too much.

[00:05:28] [SPEAKER_03]: That would be...

[00:05:31] [SPEAKER_01]: Driving two and a half hours and then working for 12 hours.

[00:05:35] [SPEAKER_03]: And then two and a half hours at home.

[00:05:36] [SPEAKER_01]: No, not driving home.

[00:05:37] [SPEAKER_01]: Just staying there for two days.

[00:05:39] [SPEAKER_01]: But still.

[00:05:40] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:05:40] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, you'd better off just getting there the night before getting...

[00:05:43] [SPEAKER_01]: If it was an hour away, it's no big deal.

[00:05:44] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, but not three.

[00:05:48] [SPEAKER_03]: Okay.

[00:05:49] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, you'd better off getting there the night before getting a good night's sleep.

[00:05:54] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and being ready for the day.

[00:06:00] [SPEAKER_01]: So what else have you been going on?

[00:06:00] [SPEAKER_01]: What are you doing?

[00:06:01] [SPEAKER_01]: I've been fucking sucking on fantasy.

[00:06:04] [SPEAKER_01]: Thought I had a good draft.

[00:06:06] [SPEAKER_01]: Didn't win one yet.

[00:06:08] [SPEAKER_01]: Well, I mean...

[00:06:10] [SPEAKER_01]: I had some injuries.

[00:06:11] [SPEAKER_03]: That's the thing.

[00:06:14] [SPEAKER_03]: We poke fun at that.

[00:06:18] [SPEAKER_03]: But like half of his draft, which...

[00:06:22] [SPEAKER_03]: He got an A plus in the draft.

[00:06:25] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:06:26] [SPEAKER_03]: And he had the number one overall pick in the draft.

[00:06:29] [SPEAKER_03]: And like four of his top six draft picks are injured.

[00:06:35] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:06:37] [SPEAKER_03]: And it's that thing of like, man, he just got screwed.

[00:06:42] [SPEAKER_03]: But it also says something about his lack of backups.

[00:06:48] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.

[00:06:49] [SPEAKER_03]: You know?

[00:06:50] [SPEAKER_03]: It is a problem when you're picking at that point in the draft because there's so many

[00:06:55] [SPEAKER_03]: picks to go after you.

[00:06:57] [SPEAKER_03]: Right.

[00:06:57] [SPEAKER_03]: If you're picking number one, you're not picking again until pick 20.

[00:07:03] [SPEAKER_03]: So 19 picks are going on after you.

[00:07:06] [SPEAKER_03]: So it's a tough thing to do when you're in that spot.

[00:07:13] [SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I picked ninth and I thought picking ninth was difficult because again, like,

[00:07:18] [SPEAKER_03]: once you get it and you like, you get those two like almost back-to-back

[00:07:24] [SPEAKER_03]: pits.

[00:07:25] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:07:26] [SPEAKER_03]: It's a long time until you see the...

[00:07:30] [SPEAKER_03]: I've always felt like picking like five or six or four, like somewhere in that middle

[00:07:35] [SPEAKER_03]: spot.

[00:07:35] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, seven sucks.

[00:07:36] [SPEAKER_03]: I can tell you that.

[00:07:37] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:07:38] [SPEAKER_03]: I didn't like picking seven.

[00:07:39] [SPEAKER_03]: Like seven is when it kind of starts to suck a bit.

[00:07:42] [SPEAKER_03]: But like picking in that middle spot is like...

[00:07:45] [SPEAKER_01]: I thought picking seven sucked because I just felt like, okay, everybody's

[00:07:50] [SPEAKER_01]: going.

[00:07:51] [SPEAKER_01]: I picked my guy and then now everybody's gone.

[00:07:55] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:07:55] [SPEAKER_03]: If there's a run, like if you're like, okay, next time looking at getting the

[00:08:00] [SPEAKER_03]: tight end and all of a sudden there is a run on tight ends.

[00:08:03] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:08:03] [SPEAKER_03]: You suddenly have like...

[00:08:08] [SPEAKER_03]: And tight end, like good tight ends, there's very few in the NFL.

[00:08:12] [SPEAKER_03]: Like those top guys who are going to get you 10, 12, 13 points again.

[00:08:18] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, right.

[00:08:18] [SPEAKER_03]: There's like two, maybe three of those guys.

[00:08:22] [SPEAKER_03]: And if you miss out on them, like, and you miss out on the second tier guys

[00:08:26] [SPEAKER_03]: who will get you like six or seven consistently.

[00:08:28] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:08:29] [SPEAKER_03]: Like you're stuck with a guy who like gets like three catches again.

[00:08:32] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, exactly.

[00:08:33] [SPEAKER_03]: You know, three catches for 30 yards.

[00:08:37] [SPEAKER_03]: There's your four and a half points.

[00:08:39] [SPEAKER_03]: Thanks a lot.

[00:08:40] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:08:41] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm just a bit woldered.

[00:08:47] [SPEAKER_01]: I didn't like where I was picking.

[00:08:49] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:08:50] [SPEAKER_01]: I just didn't like...

[00:08:52] [SPEAKER_01]: It seems like everybody I wanted was gone.

[00:08:55] [SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?

[00:08:56] [SPEAKER_01]: I just didn't like it.

[00:08:57] [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I got Mahomes.

[00:08:59] [SPEAKER_01]: I got St. Brown.

[00:09:02] [SPEAKER_01]: I mean my single tier, my Giants running back got me four points.

[00:09:07] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:09:07] [SPEAKER_01]: How many?

[00:09:09] [SPEAKER_03]: Like Mahomes is not having a Mahomes like season.

[00:09:12] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm not having a great season so far.

[00:09:14] [SPEAKER_03]: I'm on Ross St. Brown.

[00:09:16] [SPEAKER_03]: He's been drawing double teams.

[00:09:18] [SPEAKER_01]: Nekua is on IR.

[00:09:20] [SPEAKER_03]: Pukinakui, yeah.

[00:09:22] [SPEAKER_01]: Nixon's questionable.

[00:09:23] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:09:24] [SPEAKER_01]: And he's injured.

[00:09:26] [SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?

[00:09:27] [SPEAKER_01]: Like it's just not a great...

[00:09:31] [SPEAKER_01]: It's just not great.

[00:09:33] [SPEAKER_03]: No, I agree.

[00:09:34] [SPEAKER_03]: Like I've had...

[00:09:35] [SPEAKER_01]: I did take Fire Muth and it's been opening up somewhat for him.

[00:09:40] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:09:41] [SPEAKER_01]: I mean at least six or seven points.

[00:09:43] [SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?

[00:09:44] [SPEAKER_01]: Right.

[00:09:44] [SPEAKER_01]: He's going to get a touchdown here and there.

[00:09:46] [SPEAKER_01]: I hope.

[00:09:47] [SPEAKER_01]: But I just really don't have many people.

[00:09:50] [SPEAKER_01]: And there's not really anybody on the board to get.

[00:09:54] [SPEAKER_01]: No, you got to start looking deep.

[00:09:56] [SPEAKER_01]: You got to start doing the research on the...

[00:09:58] [SPEAKER_01]: I did get flowers but he didn't have a good week last week.

[00:10:00] [SPEAKER_03]: No, it was eight flowers.

[00:10:02] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:10:03] [SPEAKER_01]: It's just not a good...

[00:10:05] [SPEAKER_01]: I thought I would give me a little bit more than what he's been giving me.

[00:10:09] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, he's...

[00:10:11] [SPEAKER_01]: I went with the wide receiver drafts because there was nobody left as far as running backs.

[00:10:19] [SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?

[00:10:19] [SPEAKER_01]: Like I didn't really have good choices on running backs when it came to me.

[00:10:27] [SPEAKER_01]: So I was like, what the fuck?

[00:10:29] [SPEAKER_01]: I mean I did get...

[00:10:33] [SPEAKER_01]: I did get Nixon but...

[00:10:36] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:10:37] [SPEAKER_01]: Now he's questionable.

[00:10:39] [SPEAKER_00]: It's just frustrating.

[00:10:41] [SPEAKER_00]: I got Montgomery.

[00:10:46] [SPEAKER_01]: And I got Mahomes but Mahomes isn't throwing up crazy points.

[00:10:50] [SPEAKER_03]: No, he hasn't just here.

[00:10:52] [SPEAKER_01]: Uh-uh.

[00:10:54] [SPEAKER_03]: So I don't know.

[00:10:55] [SPEAKER_03]: But that may change with, I mean, with Isaiah Pacheco being injured.

[00:11:00] [SPEAKER_01]: Right.

[00:11:01] [SPEAKER_01]: They're gonna go to the zero.

[00:11:03] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I mean...

[00:11:04] [SPEAKER_01]: Is he out?

[00:11:05] [SPEAKER_01]: He's out, yeah.

[00:11:06] [SPEAKER_01]: For the rate of year?

[00:11:07] [SPEAKER_01]: For the year.

[00:11:07] [SPEAKER_01]: No shit.

[00:11:08] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:11:09] [SPEAKER_01]: Wow.

[00:11:11] [SPEAKER_03]: I picked up Samarjee P. Ryan because he was one of the backups and I...

[00:11:17] [SPEAKER_03]: So to see who...

[00:11:19] [SPEAKER_03]: You know if he becomes the guy...

[00:11:22] [SPEAKER_03]: Right.

[00:11:23] [SPEAKER_03]: Then I've got a guy.

[00:11:25] [SPEAKER_03]: You know?

[00:11:25] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:11:26] [SPEAKER_03]: But I mean for me like, I mean Rashid Rice has been okay.

[00:11:34] [SPEAKER_03]: He had a really good game the first game.

[00:11:37] [SPEAKER_03]: And then the second and third week he's been okay.

[00:11:44] [SPEAKER_03]: AJ Brown getting injured is what hurt but I've got Williams from Detroit who's been sucking up all the catches from Almodron to say Brown.

[00:11:51] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:11:52] [SPEAKER_03]: Because he...

[00:11:54] [SPEAKER_03]: St. Brown's getting double teamed.

[00:11:57] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:11:58] [SPEAKER_03]: He's gonna say, well we're not gonna let this guy beat him while Williams is like okay I'll be more than happy to.

[00:12:09] [SPEAKER_04]: But it's you know...

[00:12:11] [SPEAKER_04]: It's what it is.

[00:12:14] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah it is.

[00:12:17] [SPEAKER_00]: So what else is going on?

[00:12:22] Um...

[00:12:22] [SPEAKER_03]: I watched a few things this week.

[00:12:25] [SPEAKER_03]: Some interesting things.

[00:12:27] [SPEAKER_03]: Okay.

[00:12:28] [SPEAKER_03]: I watched a docu-series called Mr. McMahon.

[00:12:34] [SPEAKER_03]: Okay.

[00:12:35] [SPEAKER_03]: It was about Vince McMahon.

[00:12:36] [SPEAKER_03]: Okay.

[00:12:38] [SPEAKER_03]: And it's a six-part docu-series.

[00:12:41] [SPEAKER_03]: It covers essentially his life.

[00:12:45] [SPEAKER_03]: Okay.

[00:12:46] [SPEAKER_03]: Like the first episode a lot of is about him growing up, going with his father, buying the WWF at the time.

[00:12:59] [SPEAKER_04]: Uh huh.

[00:13:01] [SPEAKER_03]: You know everything kind of leading up to WrestleMania one.

[00:13:04] [SPEAKER_03]: And then...

[00:13:07] [SPEAKER_03]: And it goes on and on and on.

[00:13:09] [SPEAKER_03]: They tell you at the beginning, the majority of these interviews took place before the 2022 when the allegations started coming out about him with the hush money for the affairs.

[00:13:26] [SPEAKER_01]: Okay.

[00:13:27] [SPEAKER_03]: And that's even well before it all came out about you know the possible abuse and sexual trafficking that was taking place.

[00:13:40] [SPEAKER_03]: Um...

[00:13:40] [SPEAKER_03]: So there's a lot of people who participated in these interviews before all of that came out including Vince.

[00:13:51] [SPEAKER_03]: There's a lot of Vince.

[00:13:54] [SPEAKER_03]: And it was some of it was very disturbing to hear him talk about.

[00:13:59] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:14:01] [SPEAKER_03]: Like at one point, they were talking about like this alleged rape like in like 1990 that he was accused of.

[00:14:15] [SPEAKER_03]: Around the same time that the steroid allegations were coming out.

[00:14:19] [SPEAKER_03]: He's also involved in this scandal.

[00:14:22] [SPEAKER_03]: And it kind of got dismissed.

[00:14:26] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:14:27] [SPEAKER_03]: And in the interview, they're asking him like, did you what happened here?

[00:14:35] [SPEAKER_03]: Like he's like it was completely consensual relationship.

[00:14:37] [SPEAKER_03]: And even if I did rape or the statute of limitations.

[00:14:43] [SPEAKER_03]: Like that.

[00:14:44] [SPEAKER_03]: You're like, holy shit.

[00:14:47] [SPEAKER_03]: You know, um...

[00:14:49] [SPEAKER_03]: And then at the end of that episode, they show like when there was a wave from the statute of limitations, Vince settled with her out of court.

[00:14:57] [SPEAKER_04]: Oh really?

[00:14:58] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:14:59] [SPEAKER_03]: You know, they start talking about like the Chris Benoit stuff.

[00:15:12] [SPEAKER_03]: And a lot of that, like the media focused on the wrong thing after it came out to Chris Benoit, murdered his wife and his son and then hung himself.

[00:15:22] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:15:24] [SPEAKER_03]: They were focusing on steroids.

[00:15:26] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:15:27] [SPEAKER_03]: And the reality was it was probably CTE.

[00:15:31] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:15:34] [SPEAKER_03]: And Chris Nowinski, Dr. Chris Nowinski who at one time was a professional wrestler for the WWE.

[00:15:41] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:15:41] [SPEAKER_03]: He's a Harvard graduate.

[00:15:43] [SPEAKER_03]: He was an athlete.

[00:15:44] [SPEAKER_03]: I think he played quarterback for Harvard.

[00:15:46] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, he was on tough enough, which was like their like reality show competition to get a contract with the WWE.

[00:15:53] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:15:54] [SPEAKER_03]: And even though I don't think he won it, I think that he was good enough that they thought, well, let's give him a try anyway.

[00:16:00] [SPEAKER_03]: He lasted a year, suffered concussion and quit.

[00:16:05] [SPEAKER_03]: And because they wouldn't believe him.

[00:16:07] [SPEAKER_03]: And so he went and he became a neurologist and stud has been studying.

[00:16:14] [SPEAKER_03]: He's one of the leading researchers on brain injury and CTE.

[00:16:20] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh huh.

[00:16:21] [SPEAKER_03]: And he was like, I've looked at the slides, the brain slides of Chris Benoit.

[00:16:31] [SPEAKER_03]: He had CTE in the worst way possible.

[00:16:35] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:16:35] [SPEAKER_03]: Like it was amazing that his brain even functioned.

[00:16:38] [SPEAKER_03]: Wow.

[00:16:40] [SPEAKER_03]: You know?

[00:16:41] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:16:41] [SPEAKER_03]: And so McMahon was kind of like trying to blow that off a little bit, but yet at the same time he and the whiskey even says like they came to me.

[00:16:52] [SPEAKER_03]: And because I was attacking them.

[00:16:56] [SPEAKER_03]: And as a former professional wrestler, they ended up listening to me and we ended up forming a coalition where I teach wrestlers about the effects of brain damage and CTE.

[00:17:08] [SPEAKER_03]: They took the headshot with a chair out of the game.

[00:17:13] [SPEAKER_03]: That was for years that was just part of professional wrestling was a guy you see with a steel chair.

[00:17:18] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:17:18] [SPEAKER_03]: You know, in the head.

[00:17:20] [SPEAKER_03]: Hard.

[00:17:20] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:17:21] [SPEAKER_03]: You know, they took that that's no longer allowed.

[00:17:24] [SPEAKER_03]: Like if you watch W. W.

[00:17:25] [SPEAKER_03]: That's still you still chairs, but it's usually on the back.

[00:17:28] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:17:28] [SPEAKER_03]: Like they hit you with the flat of the chair on the flat of the back.

[00:17:31] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:17:32] [SPEAKER_03]: Never did a head anymore.

[00:17:33] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:17:34] [SPEAKER_03]: At least in W. W. A. E. W.

[00:17:36] [SPEAKER_03]: That's still the wild fucking west.

[00:17:37] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:17:38] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, but then they have stone cold on there and stone cold is like I got dropped on my head one time where I got a concussion.

[00:17:50] [SPEAKER_03]: Well, no, Steve, you know, did you have a concussion but you also damaged your spine because somebody fucked up a power driver?

[00:17:57] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:17:57] [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, and art fucked up a power driver and dropped you on your head.

[00:18:01] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:18:01] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, he's like my belief is if you're suffered from concussions, you're doing it wrong.

[00:18:09] [SPEAKER_03]: And I'm not a CTE guy.

[00:18:13] [SPEAKER_03]: I'm like, oh, fuck.

[00:18:17] [SPEAKER_03]: Like I like you, Steve.

[00:18:18] [SPEAKER_03]: You're a cool guy for the most part.

[00:18:20] [SPEAKER_03]: But that's some bullshit right there.

[00:18:22] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:18:22] [SPEAKER_03]: You know, I mean, more and more this is coming out that this is a problem not only in professional wrestling but in other sports.

[00:18:30] [SPEAKER_03]: Right.

[00:18:30] [SPEAKER_03]: Like football is taking it relatively seriously.

[00:18:34] [SPEAKER_03]: Like, you know, to a tie ofungalow got dropped on his head again and they put him on four week IR.

[00:18:41] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:18:42] [SPEAKER_03]: Because he had a history of concussions.

[00:18:44] [SPEAKER_03]: Right.

[00:18:44] [SPEAKER_03]: You know, like this is a real thing and I'm like Steve Austin are respected for a wrestler that people still revere holding higher guard to be like, yeah, I don't believe in CTE.

[00:18:57] [SPEAKER_03]: Like, mmm, that is a bad look.

[00:19:00] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:19:01] [SPEAKER_03]: And then like Vince is talking about like WrestleMania 30.

[00:19:09] [SPEAKER_03]: I mean, it was WrestleMania 30 when the Undertaker lost to Brock Lesnar to break the streak.

[00:19:15] [SPEAKER_05]: Mm hmm.

[00:19:18] [SPEAKER_03]: Vince, they both tell a story like Vince came to Undertaker that day because he originally it was supposed to be Undertaker was supposed to win that match.

[00:19:27] [SPEAKER_05]: Right.

[00:19:27] [SPEAKER_03]: Vince came to him that day, the day of WrestleMania said, I think Brock should go over instead.

[00:19:35] [SPEAKER_03]: Okay.

[00:19:36] [SPEAKER_03]: Now in that match, which is a brutal match, it's hard hitting because taker is a hard hitting guy and Brock Lesnar is fucking Brock Lesnar.

[00:19:45] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:19:47] [SPEAKER_03]: Taker gets dropped on his head and it's like, I don't remember the match.

[00:19:54] [SPEAKER_03]: There's nothing about this match I remember.

[00:19:57] [SPEAKER_03]: If I watch it, I'm watching it from a third person view because I have no memory of this match.

[00:20:03] [SPEAKER_03]: Wow.

[00:20:04] [SPEAKER_03]: I was concussed.

[00:20:06] [SPEAKER_03]: There's not a doubt my how I got through the match.

[00:20:09] [SPEAKER_03]: I don't know looking at it as it looks like I was on autopilot.

[00:20:16] [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yeah.

[00:20:18] [SPEAKER_03]: Which is amazing to think about.

[00:20:20] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:20:20] [SPEAKER_03]: You know, after the match, Taker makes his way back behind the curtain and collapses.

[00:20:29] [SPEAKER_03]: He is rushed to the hospital.

[00:20:31] [SPEAKER_03]: Vince McMahon leaves WrestleMania to be in the ambulance with Mark Callaway, the undertaker to get him to the hospital.

[00:20:41] [SPEAKER_03]: But in this interview, when he's asked about it, I don't think he was concussed.

[00:20:48] [SPEAKER_03]: I think he was in shock because I told him, get the fuck out of here.

[00:20:56] [SPEAKER_03]: He might have been upset with the man as a professional.

[00:20:59] [SPEAKER_03]: Like, he knows what the deal is.

[00:21:00] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, he's not that dramatic.

[00:21:02] [SPEAKER_03]: Right.

[00:21:04] [SPEAKER_03]: You know what I mean?

[00:21:06] [SPEAKER_03]: I was just like, some of the things that are said throughout this documentary just stick out as like, wow.

[00:21:19] [SPEAKER_03]: You know, and like one of the fifth episode is a bit of the sixth episode, the final episode.

[00:21:28] [SPEAKER_03]: They talk about like Shane McMahon becomes like a prominent person at the interview from this point forward.

[00:21:37] [SPEAKER_03]: And like him talking about like, I did all the shit I did for my father's approval.

[00:21:49] [SPEAKER_03]: Like there is a match against Kurt Angle.

[00:21:53] [SPEAKER_03]: It's a no-holes barred match.

[00:21:55] [SPEAKER_03]: And at one point they made their way up the ramp and this was back in the day of like, paid reviews had their own special sets and stuff.

[00:22:04] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:22:04] [SPEAKER_03]: And not only WrestleMania really gets one.

[00:22:07] [SPEAKER_03]: But back then like every paper if you had a special set and this one had it set up where there were like these windows and Kurt Angle grabs Shane McMahon and tries to give him a belly-to-belly throw suplex so he goes through a window.

[00:22:25] [SPEAKER_03]: Shane hits the window, it doesn't break and he drops straight down onto his neck.

[00:22:32] [SPEAKER_01]: Oh my God.

[00:22:33] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:22:36] [SPEAKER_03]: Now Shane gets up and he says that you can kind of see it in the video.

[00:22:41] [SPEAKER_03]: He calls Kurt a fucking pussy for not being able to put him through a window.

[00:22:44] [SPEAKER_04]: Really?

[00:22:45] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:22:46] [SPEAKER_03]: So Kurt grabs him again and they do it again and this time he goes through.

[00:22:50] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, yeah.

[00:22:51] [SPEAKER_03]: And from the inside, they're supposed to throw him back out.

[00:22:54] [SPEAKER_03]: They do it two more times and the window doesn't break.

[00:22:57] [SPEAKER_03]: So Kurt finally just grabs him by the back of the neck and throws him head first through the window.

[00:23:02] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's ridiculous.

[00:23:04] [SPEAKER_03]: But he's like after that my dad gave me a pat on the back and told me I did a good job and that was the only thing I wanted.

[00:23:13] [SPEAKER_03]: Like it's that dynamic of fathers and sons and it was just like the whole thing at the end of it is like you watch it.

[00:23:23] [SPEAKER_03]: It's almost traumatic to like watch but then you hear the shit like Bruce Pritchard has been off and on with the WWE for 30 plus years.

[00:23:34] [SPEAKER_03]: And they asked him like well have you seen the episode that we sent?

[00:23:39] [SPEAKER_03]: He was like yeah and I felt like it was a gotcha.

[00:23:41] [SPEAKER_03]: You were just everything was just cut to make Vince look bad.

[00:23:45] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:23:46] [SPEAKER_03]: He's like I will tell you now.

[00:23:48] [SPEAKER_03]: Vince McMahon when my wife was diagnosed with cancer and she was given four years to live 20 years ago.

[00:23:56] [SPEAKER_03]: Vince McMahon made sure my wife saw the best doctors this country could offer to make sure she survived and she did.

[00:24:07] [SPEAKER_03]: It's because of Vince McMahon and that's the man I know.

[00:24:11] [SPEAKER_03]: So like this is like interesting dichotomy of what an absolute horrible human being Vince McMahon is.

[00:24:19] [SPEAKER_03]: But if you are part of his inner circle which even that isn't like really that tight.

[00:24:26] [SPEAKER_03]: But if he's somebody he cares enough about like it's clear he will do whatever it takes to help you.

[00:24:33] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:24:34] [SPEAKER_03]: Like it was like this monster of a human being but at the same time like doing whatever he can to help Bruce Pritchard's wife.

[00:24:46] [SPEAKER_01]: Right.

[00:24:47] [SPEAKER_03]: Was an interesting you know.

[00:24:50] [SPEAKER_01]: I mean I think there's a good side to him and that inner circle.

[00:24:54] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:24:54] [SPEAKER_01]: But at the same like I think Mark Calloway is probably in that inner circle to a certain extent.

[00:25:01] [SPEAKER_03]: Well you talk to some of those guys like Mark Calloway the undertaker John Cena, Austin they will all tell you like I had like a father son relationship with them.

[00:25:15] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:25:17] [SPEAKER_03]: Like and a few of my I'll take a bullet for that guy.

[00:25:21] [SPEAKER_03]: I get it because like he's the guy who made you.

[00:25:26] [SPEAKER_03]: Right.

[00:25:26] [SPEAKER_03]: And once you reach a certain level he takes care of you.

[00:25:31] [SPEAKER_03]: Right.

[00:25:32] [SPEAKER_03]: You know what I mean like if you're the top guy you are going to be financially set or close to it.

[00:25:40] [SPEAKER_03]: You know what I mean.

[00:25:40] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:25:41] [SPEAKER_03]: Like and you look at it like take take her like when from one time he debuted in I think 1990 all the way up to I mean his retirement never left WWE.

[00:25:58] [SPEAKER_03]: Right.

[00:25:58] [SPEAKER_03]: Like and now we're talking about a time when like WCW was starting around guaranteed contracts and working less dates and he still stayed with the WWE.

[00:26:12] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:26:12] [SPEAKER_03]: Like that was where his loyalty line because Vince was the guy who made him.

[00:26:16] [SPEAKER_03]: Right.

[00:26:17] [SPEAKER_03]: You know so you know Austin and the rock and Cena like those guys have a level of loyalty to Vince because Vince is the guy who made him.

[00:26:29] [SPEAKER_03]: Vince made them into household names.

[00:26:36] [SPEAKER_03]: You know and even Hogan to a certain extent was kind of like you know it bums me out I left it bums me out that I worked against him but at the end of the day you know when I was in like in the 80s he took care of me.

[00:26:58] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:26:58] [SPEAKER_03]: You know like that was like it was it was it was an interesting watch that and it's a Netflix documentary and I will tell you like even if you're not really in the wrestling you might enjoy this.

[00:27:15] [SPEAKER_03]: I shouldn't say enjoy it you'll find it interesting because I feel like so much of this is what business is right like this is like there are horrible people running it.

[00:27:26] [SPEAKER_03]: You know what I mean like and it's like the but why do you like it.

[00:27:34] [SPEAKER_03]: If you know it's being run by somebody got awful.

[00:27:38] [SPEAKER_03]: Right.

[00:27:39] [SPEAKER_03]: Like I'll never forget the night Vince resigned as a CEO of WWE.

[00:27:50] [SPEAKER_03]: And like Stephanie came out that night on SmackDown and she got the crowd chanting and they weren't happy to thank you Vince.

[00:28:04] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:28:05] [SPEAKER_03]: Like it's coming out that this man is paying hush money to women to stay quiet about affairs that they had with him.

[00:28:12] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:28:13] [SPEAKER_03]: Over 10 years.

[00:28:14] [SPEAKER_03]: Right.

[00:28:14] [SPEAKER_03]: $13 million and this crowd is still chanting thank you Vince.

[00:28:21] [SPEAKER_03]: You know what I mean like it's a strange like and you think about it like it comes out and this comes out at a time where like we're talking about like you know Sean Puffy combs.

[00:28:38] [SPEAKER_04]: Right.

[00:28:38] [SPEAKER_03]: And the thousand bottles of baby oil and the 750 sex toys and you know everything else and the freakouts and it's like we kind of knew he was a monster.

[00:28:52] [SPEAKER_03]: You know we got a new but we still listen to his music.

[00:28:56] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:28:56] [SPEAKER_03]: You know and it's a lot of that anymore and like what entertains us well man I know that person is an awful human being but fuck they can act.

[00:29:06] [SPEAKER_03]: You know what the fuck they can say you know but fuck they can throw a football.

[00:29:13] [SPEAKER_03]: You know I mean that that's how I'll hardly admit that Ben Roffelsberger probably a horrible human being.

[00:29:21] [SPEAKER_03]: Thank God he played quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

[00:29:24] [SPEAKER_03]: You know one two Super Bowl's got us to three never want to meet him.

[00:29:34] [SPEAKER_03]: You know.

[00:29:40] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm not defending him but I don't know.

[00:29:43] [SPEAKER_01]: Right.

[00:29:44] [SPEAKER_01]: When he was young he was just young.

[00:29:49] [SPEAKER_03]: He was young asshole.

[00:29:51] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:29:51] [SPEAKER_03]: Like he may be different now.

[00:29:54] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:29:54] [SPEAKER_03]: I'm not but I mean like you know obviously back then between the sexual misconduct allegations which again pale in comparison to the Sean Watson.

[00:30:10] [SPEAKER_01]: I don't even know what the Sean Watson.

[00:30:12] [SPEAKER_01]: I don't even know.

[00:30:13] [SPEAKER_01]: I can't believe I don't know but I don't know.

[00:30:15] [SPEAKER_03]: I mean it was like traveling around the country and trying to get happy endings.

[00:30:21] [SPEAKER_03]: That's essentially it.

[00:30:23] [SPEAKER_03]: Like really.

[00:30:23] [SPEAKER_03]: Like 30 different masseuses or five like Kate or like he settled many like I guess more allegations are not coming out like they came out last week.

[00:30:33] [SPEAKER_03]: But like you know just getting a massage and that massage comes with a happy ending right.

[00:30:41] [SPEAKER_03]: You know.

[00:30:45] [SPEAKER_01]: So he's getting in trouble for the proposition.

[00:30:47] [SPEAKER_03]: Well I mean it's not even the proposition.

[00:30:52] [SPEAKER_03]: It's I mean I guess they're saying it was like forced.

[00:31:05] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah I think so.

[00:31:07] [SPEAKER_03]: Like sexual predator like antics.

[00:31:13] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah but he's got a guaranteed $250 million contract.

[00:31:19] [SPEAKER_03]: You know crazy right.

[00:31:21] [SPEAKER_03]: And on top of that he's not playing very well.

[00:31:23] [SPEAKER_03]: Maybe he needs a massage.

[00:31:25] [SPEAKER_03]: You know.

[00:31:31] [SPEAKER_01]: That's price grafted and tried to get it.

[00:31:34] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:31:35] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:31:37] [SPEAKER_01]: That's the awful human being.

[00:31:39] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:31:41] [SPEAKER_03]: You know I love a good massage.

[00:31:47] [SPEAKER_03]: Anyway.

[00:31:50] [SPEAKER_01]: Go to one of crafts massage parlors.

[00:31:53] [SPEAKER_03]: Allegedly.

[00:31:54] [SPEAKER_01]: It's all.

[00:31:55] [SPEAKER_03]: Allegedly even though there was film footage of the act taking place.

[00:32:01] [SPEAKER_03]: Right.

[00:32:01] [SPEAKER_03]: I know.

[00:32:01] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:32:02] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.

[00:32:05] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:32:08] [SPEAKER_01]: Anyway.

[00:32:09] [SPEAKER_01]: How is he solving job.

[00:32:11] [SPEAKER_01]: I mean like.

[00:32:12] [SPEAKER_01]: Ow.

[00:32:16] [SPEAKER_01]: The thing that never minds you.

[00:32:19] [SPEAKER_01]: It's almost like every time I think about the crafts incident.

[00:32:25] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:32:26] [SPEAKER_01]: Or I'm sure many incidents.

[00:32:28] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:32:28] [SPEAKER_01]: I always think of.

[00:32:32] [SPEAKER_01]: The fucking mayor and little.

[00:32:35] [SPEAKER_01]: Best overall in Texas.

[00:32:37] [SPEAKER_03]: Oh yeah.

[00:32:38] [SPEAKER_03]: Every time.

[00:32:38] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah every time.

[00:32:39] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:32:40] [SPEAKER_01]: Every time I get to see you doing that going in there.

[00:32:50] [SPEAKER_01]: Song and dance.

[00:32:51] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:32:56] [SPEAKER_01]: I mean essentially that's what was going on.

[00:33:01] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah essentially yeah.

[00:33:02] [SPEAKER_01]: I think when you get that much money dude.

[00:33:06] [SPEAKER_01]: I think reality becomes warped.

[00:33:10] [SPEAKER_01]: I do.

[00:33:11] [SPEAKER_01]: Oh yeah.

[00:33:12] [SPEAKER_01]: I think they live in a warped reality.

[00:33:14] [SPEAKER_03]: Truly.

[00:33:18] [SPEAKER_03]: No I 100% agree with that.

[00:33:20] [SPEAKER_03]: I feel like you reach a point.

[00:33:24] [SPEAKER_03]: Like and like the funny thing is like people are putting pieces of the puzzle together

[00:33:29] [SPEAKER_03]: and again this is all conspiracy theory and.

[00:33:34] [SPEAKER_03]: Allegation.

[00:33:35] [SPEAKER_03]: Right.

[00:33:35] [SPEAKER_03]: Right.

[00:33:36] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:33:37] [SPEAKER_03]: One of the ring leaders of this always Oprah.

[00:33:41] [SPEAKER_03]: Like you have pictures of Oprah.

[00:33:45] [SPEAKER_03]: With Jeffrey Epstein.

[00:33:48] [SPEAKER_03]: Harvey Weinstein.

[00:33:50] [SPEAKER_03]: Diddy.

[00:33:52] [SPEAKER_03]: Like anybody who has ever been accused of like.

[00:33:57] [SPEAKER_03]: God awful sexual crimes at a level of like.

[00:34:03] [SPEAKER_03]: You can't believe this is happening.

[00:34:06] [SPEAKER_03]: There's Oprah.

[00:34:08] [SPEAKER_03]: Weird.

[00:34:12] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:34:15] [SPEAKER_03]: Self made billionaire Oprah.

[00:34:18] [SPEAKER_03]: Corey Fulman's right.

[00:34:21] [SPEAKER_03]: Like that's what's that's what's scary.

[00:34:25] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:34:26] [SPEAKER_03]: Is like.

[00:34:28] [SPEAKER_03]: The people we blew off.

[00:34:31] [SPEAKER_03]: As cooks.

[00:34:34] [SPEAKER_03]: May have been right all along.

[00:34:36] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.

[00:34:38] [SPEAKER_01]: I know.

[00:34:39] [SPEAKER_01]: You know I mean like.

[00:34:41] [SPEAKER_01]: There's you know there's this wild stories of people just going off the edge.

[00:34:46] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:34:47] [SPEAKER_01]: Like remember when Britney Spears just went off the edge.

[00:34:49] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.

[00:34:50] [SPEAKER_01]: Right.

[00:34:51] [SPEAKER_01]: Amanda Bynes.

[00:34:51] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.

[00:34:52] [SPEAKER_01]: Completely not crazy.

[00:34:54] [SPEAKER_01]: Because of things that were going on.

[00:34:56] [SPEAKER_01]: Right.

[00:34:57] [SPEAKER_01]: The Nickelodeon dude.

[00:34:59] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:35:00] [SPEAKER_01]: Like.

[00:35:02] [SPEAKER_01]: What I'm saying is like.

[00:35:05] [SPEAKER_01]: Corey Feldman.

[00:35:06] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:35:08] [SPEAKER_01]: Michael Jackson.

[00:35:09] [SPEAKER_01]: Right.

[00:35:11] [SPEAKER_01]: You know I'm not I'm not that I'm not comparing the two of them in the same instance but

[00:35:15] [SPEAKER_01]: just.

[00:35:16] [SPEAKER_01]: That whole Michael Jackson incident.

[00:35:18] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:35:19] [SPEAKER_01]: And separate Corey Feldman.

[00:35:21] [SPEAKER_02]: Right.

[00:35:22] [SPEAKER_01]: Outside of Michael Jackson there was stuff going on with Corey Feldman.

[00:35:25] [SPEAKER_04]: Right.

[00:35:26] [SPEAKER_01]: You understand what I mean.

[00:35:27] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:35:27] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:35:27] [SPEAKER_01]: Golly Culkin.

[00:35:28] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:35:29] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:35:29] [SPEAKER_01]: There's just some people just went.

[00:35:33] [SPEAKER_01]: You know.

[00:35:34] [SPEAKER_01]: And I think it's been going on for years and I do think there's some Charlie Sheen.

[00:35:39] [SPEAKER_01]: There's some kind of underground shit that's going on in Hollywood industry that's like.

[00:35:47] [SPEAKER_01]: The fuck.

[00:35:48] [SPEAKER_01]: There's just so much money that their version of reality is just.

[00:35:54] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.

[00:35:55] [SPEAKER_00]: Orps.

[00:35:55] [SPEAKER_01]: Weinstein's.

[00:35:56] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.

[00:35:57] [SPEAKER_00]: I mean Harvey Weinstein.

[00:36:00] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.

[00:36:03] [SPEAKER_00]: It's crazy.

[00:36:04] [SPEAKER_00]: Like I remember.

[00:36:06] [SPEAKER_03]: Like.

[00:36:08] [SPEAKER_03]: Years ago I think it was.

[00:36:12] [SPEAKER_03]: I think it was an interview.

[00:36:16] [SPEAKER_03]: I can't remember.

[00:36:18] [SPEAKER_03]: But it was Kevin Smith and he was talking about like.

[00:36:22] [SPEAKER_03]: You know you reach a certain point and you've been in Hollywood long enough you start to hear shit.

[00:36:26] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:36:27] [SPEAKER_03]: And you start to hear about the freaks like you know the guy who wants you to.

[00:36:35] [SPEAKER_03]: You sit on a toilet in his living room and shit on him.

[00:36:39] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:36:39] [SPEAKER_03]: You know and stuff like you hear this stuff and you're like this can't be fucking real.

[00:36:44] [SPEAKER_03]: You know and you're just like.

[00:36:46] [SPEAKER_03]: I mean that was like I was I mean I was I heard Kevin Smith talk about that like.

[00:36:51] [SPEAKER_03]: The late 90s early 2000s.

[00:36:53] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:36:53] [SPEAKER_03]: You know like it was and it was like that thing of just like.

[00:36:58] [SPEAKER_03]: Do you do you just reach a point of like.

[00:37:04] [SPEAKER_03]: You know.

[00:37:06] [SPEAKER_03]: This is what I'm just at this point where this is what I need.

[00:37:10] [SPEAKER_03]: Like you know.

[00:37:11] [SPEAKER_03]: I am so.

[00:37:14] [SPEAKER_03]: Calloused.

[00:37:15] [SPEAKER_03]: To.

[00:37:16] [SPEAKER_03]: Everything else that.

[00:37:19] [SPEAKER_03]: I just need you to drop a do so on me.

[00:37:22] [SPEAKER_03]: You know.

[00:37:23] [SPEAKER_03]: Fuck yeah.

[00:37:24] [SPEAKER_03]: You know I bought I bought a potty chair.

[00:37:27] [SPEAKER_03]: I'm going to lay down some plastic and you're just gonna write right on my chest.

[00:37:35] [SPEAKER_03]: You know or even worse.

[00:37:39] [SPEAKER_03]: You're going to lay down.

[00:37:41] [SPEAKER_01]: And I'm going to give you the Cleveland state.

[00:37:45] [SPEAKER_03]: You're going to like it exactly.

[00:37:49] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to give you this sponge like Christian bail.

[00:37:52] [SPEAKER_03]: Oh yeah.

[00:37:55] [SPEAKER_03]: Like it is like and.

[00:37:59] [SPEAKER_03]: And you just you wonder.

[00:38:04] [SPEAKER_00]: Like.

[00:38:09] [SPEAKER_03]: You're like what level of wealth do you have to reach where you think.

[00:38:16] [SPEAKER_03]: I'm above it all.

[00:38:18] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.

[00:38:19] [SPEAKER_00]: Like you're untouchable.

[00:38:20] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:38:22] [SPEAKER_00]: It's not.

[00:38:28] [SPEAKER_00]: It is it's it's insanity and you know.

[00:38:31] [SPEAKER_01]: We get what's his name.

[00:38:34] [SPEAKER_01]: Oh my.

[00:38:35] [SPEAKER_01]: Was it ludicrous.

[00:38:38] [SPEAKER_01]: Not really.

[00:38:39] [SPEAKER_01]: He's the guy that was piss on everybody.

[00:38:42] [SPEAKER_03]: Oh.

[00:38:43] [SPEAKER_03]: Oh.

[00:38:44] [SPEAKER_03]: Or Kelly.

[00:38:46] [SPEAKER_01]: Jesus Christ.

[00:38:47] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:38:51] [SPEAKER_03]: No man.

[00:38:51] [SPEAKER_03]: I mean Chappelle was making that joke how long ago.

[00:38:55] [SPEAKER_03]: I know.

[00:39:01] [SPEAKER_03]: Like there are there are a guy like Kat Williams and Dave Chappelle are like two guys that

[00:39:06] [SPEAKER_03]: like maybe we should be listening to a little bit more closely.

[00:39:11] [SPEAKER_03]: Because they're kind of telling you what's going on without telling you what's going

[00:39:14] [SPEAKER_03]: on.

[00:39:14] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah they know.

[00:39:15] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:39:15] [SPEAKER_01]: They know inside stuff.

[00:39:17] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:39:18] [SPEAKER_01]: It's like I get to see Chappelle just shaking his head like what the fuck.

[00:39:23] [SPEAKER_00]: I told these motherfuckers.

[00:39:27] [SPEAKER_01]: I know.

[00:39:29] [SPEAKER_01]: I'd like to see an interview between Chappelle and Kevin Smith.

[00:39:33] [SPEAKER_01]: I'd like to see how that went.

[00:39:37] [SPEAKER_03]: That would that would be interesting.

[00:39:39] [SPEAKER_01]: Just the them kind of going off each other.

[00:39:42] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:39:43] [SPEAKER_01]: See what happened.

[00:39:44] [SPEAKER_01]: Two different people.

[00:39:46] [SPEAKER_01]: They're very funny in there.

[00:39:48] [SPEAKER_01]: Right.

[00:39:49] [SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean.

[00:39:50] [SPEAKER_01]: Right.

[00:39:51] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:39:54] [SPEAKER_01]: They still think Chappelle is one of the funniest men on earth.

[00:39:57] [SPEAKER_04]: Oh so do I.

[00:39:58] [SPEAKER_01]: He's probably one of the best comedians ever put on this planet.

[00:40:01] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:40:02] [SPEAKER_03]: Like he is on the Mount Rushmore of.

[00:40:04] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:40:06] [SPEAKER_03]: Like it's like it's him prior Williams.

[00:40:12] [SPEAKER_01]: Murphy.

[00:40:13] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:40:13] [SPEAKER_01]: He was funny.

[00:40:14] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:40:15] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:40:16] [SPEAKER_03]: Probably those four that's your Mount Rushmore probably of.

[00:40:19] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:40:20] [SPEAKER_01]: Stand up comedy right there.

[00:40:21] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:40:21] [SPEAKER_01]: I mean he's just so good.

[00:40:24] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:40:27] [SPEAKER_01]: The cool thing about it is like all the comedians maybe it was the time period that they

[00:40:31] [SPEAKER_01]: were doing stand up.

[00:40:32] [SPEAKER_01]: Like prior and right being so they were.

[00:40:37] [SPEAKER_01]: They funny to listen to right.

[00:40:40] [SPEAKER_01]: Right.

[00:40:41] [SPEAKER_01]: You can take deeper meaning from what they're saying.

[00:40:43] [SPEAKER_02]: Right.

[00:40:43] [SPEAKER_01]: But Chappelle makes you think.

[00:40:47] [SPEAKER_01]: Like when he's doing his comedy.

[00:40:49] [SPEAKER_01]: Like you're like one after one of his jokes you're like.

[00:40:54] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:40:55] [SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean.

[00:40:56] [SPEAKER_01]: I didn't get that was with prior or Murphy.

[00:41:00] [SPEAKER_01]: But when Chappelle when Chappelle is done doing his joke you're like.

[00:41:04] [SPEAKER_01]: I see where he's coming from.

[00:41:06] [SPEAKER_01]: I see his angle.

[00:41:08] [SPEAKER_01]: I think the problem is.

[00:41:10] [SPEAKER_03]: I'm not going to call it a problem.

[00:41:14] [SPEAKER_03]: Dave has to bury it a little bit.

[00:41:17] [SPEAKER_03]: Like those guys didn't have to like if you think about it if you go back and you

[00:41:21] [SPEAKER_03]: really listen like Richard prior like you know live on Sunset Stripping stuff like

[00:41:25] [SPEAKER_03]: that he was just being raw.

[00:41:27] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:41:28] [SPEAKER_03]: Like this is like you know this is how shit was you know he was telling he was

[00:41:34] [SPEAKER_03]: making you think without you realizing your thinking because he could.

[00:41:40] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:41:40] [SPEAKER_03]: Like he could be just that.

[00:41:43] [SPEAKER_03]: That raw about what he was trying to tell you.

[00:41:50] [SPEAKER_03]: Where I think Chappelle.

[00:41:52] [SPEAKER_03]: I mean Eddie too like to a certain way you look at like Eddie's early stuff and

[00:42:02] [SPEAKER_03]: you're just like you know yeah it was kind of there.

[00:42:05] [SPEAKER_03]: But it was still.

[00:42:08] [SPEAKER_03]: Like with Chappelle it's like because of like the PC crowd and everything and

[00:42:13] [SPEAKER_03]: I mean not that he like he kind of you know flips his finger off to those

[00:42:17] [SPEAKER_03]: people anyway.

[00:42:18] [SPEAKER_03]: Right.

[00:42:19] [SPEAKER_03]: But still it's like I think you're right.

[00:42:22] [SPEAKER_03]: It's a part of the times that like his humor.

[00:42:27] [SPEAKER_03]: Is meant to make you think right like you know.

[00:42:32] [SPEAKER_03]: I think I think I prior did too.

[00:42:35] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:42:37] [SPEAKER_03]: But like Eddie is like not Eddie.

[00:42:40] [SPEAKER_03]: Dave the chappelle it is it's kind of like.

[00:42:44] [SPEAKER_03]: Because we're more PC.

[00:42:46] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:42:47] [SPEAKER_03]: So he's making you think about how PC we are we're prior prior was talking

[00:42:52] [SPEAKER_03]: about racial relations.

[00:42:53] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:42:54] [SPEAKER_03]: You know like he was he was talking about drug addiction and all the stuff

[00:42:59] [SPEAKER_03]: that he was going through where Dave is kind of telling what he's going

[00:43:03] [SPEAKER_03]: through but is being in a PC environment.

[00:43:05] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:43:06] [SPEAKER_03]: That I don't want to say prior wouldn't survive and I'm sure he would but

[00:43:12] [SPEAKER_03]: it's just different.

[00:43:15] [SPEAKER_03]: Like you know I mean.

[00:43:17] [SPEAKER_01]: Oh well Dave always has a story to tell.

[00:43:20] [SPEAKER_01]: He does.

[00:43:21] [SPEAKER_01]: And I'm there right I'm right there listening.

[00:43:23] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:43:25] [SPEAKER_01]: 100% four years.

[00:43:27] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:43:27] [SPEAKER_01]: I wanted to tell him the story.

[00:43:29] [SPEAKER_01]: That's like watching I love watching interviews with Chappelle.

[00:43:32] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:43:33] [SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean.

[00:43:34] [SPEAKER_01]: Oh yeah 100%.

[00:43:35] [SPEAKER_01]: Anything that Chappelle does I'll watch.

[00:43:38] [SPEAKER_01]: And I know it's probably not right to certain extent.

[00:43:42] [SPEAKER_01]: I guess but at the same time.

[00:43:47] [SPEAKER_01]: He has a story to tell and I want to hear that story.

[00:43:50] [SPEAKER_02]: Right.

[00:43:51] [SPEAKER_01]: Every single time and when he tells a story I'm going to laugh my

[00:43:54] [SPEAKER_01]: fucking ass off because he's just so good at it.

[00:43:57] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:43:58] [SPEAKER_01]: And then at the end of this story and even at the end of the

[00:44:01] [SPEAKER_01]: show you make sure think about something.

[00:44:04] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.

[00:44:04] [SPEAKER_01]: You know and then I'll crack a chip or what.

[00:44:06] [SPEAKER_01]: But I mean like he makes you think and I think that's what good

[00:44:10] [SPEAKER_01]: storytellers do right.

[00:44:11] [SPEAKER_02]: Right.

[00:44:11] [SPEAKER_01]: They make you think.

[00:44:12] [SPEAKER_02]: Exactly.

[00:44:13] [SPEAKER_01]: About political environment and stuff like that.

[00:44:16] [SPEAKER_01]: He just makes you think.

[00:44:17] [SPEAKER_01]: And he's he has a he's just really good at what he does.

[00:44:20] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:44:21] [SPEAKER_01]: His delivery is perfect.

[00:44:23] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:44:24] [SPEAKER_01]: He says perfect.

[00:44:25] [SPEAKER_01]: Right.

[00:44:27] [SPEAKER_01]: I still watch half baked here and there.

[00:44:29] [SPEAKER_01]: Oh half baked is hysterical.

[00:44:33] [SPEAKER_01]: It's just so good.

[00:44:34] [SPEAKER_03]: But I go back like I watch those old Chappelle show skits.

[00:44:38] [SPEAKER_03]: Oh yeah.

[00:44:39] [SPEAKER_03]: And they're just as poignant today as they were then.

[00:44:44] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:44:45] [SPEAKER_03]: Many of them you know like there's a lot of shit he did where

[00:44:48] [SPEAKER_03]: you're just like oh fuck he was on to something wasn't

[00:44:52] [SPEAKER_03]: he.

[00:44:53] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah I mean he was throwing shit out there.

[00:44:55] [SPEAKER_01]: There was absolutely crazy and like and some of that

[00:45:00] [SPEAKER_01]: shit went too far for even him.

[00:45:02] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.

[00:45:02] [SPEAKER_01]: And he was like I can't you know what I mean.

[00:45:05] [SPEAKER_01]: Like I've read it.

[00:45:05] [SPEAKER_01]: I've seen interviews with him where he's like I did.

[00:45:08] [SPEAKER_01]: I've done some skits and I shouldn't have did.

[00:45:11] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:45:11] [SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean.

[00:45:12] [SPEAKER_01]: But he's like they're funny at the time but it's not

[00:45:16] [SPEAKER_01]: what I meant to come across.

[00:45:17] [SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean.

[00:45:19] [SPEAKER_01]: What do you mean.

[00:45:19] [SPEAKER_01]: When he did when he did that shit on the black

[00:45:22] [SPEAKER_01]: blue Clarks man number.

[00:45:24] [SPEAKER_01]: Oh I just couldn't believe he was doing it.

[00:45:26] [SPEAKER_01]: No that was like I wouldn't say breaking but.

[00:45:32] [SPEAKER_01]: No that was you're kind of like holy shit is he really

[00:45:36] [SPEAKER_03]: doing this.

[00:45:37] [SPEAKER_03]: And that was like skip one episode one.

[00:45:39] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:45:40] [SPEAKER_03]: Right out the gate.

[00:45:41] [SPEAKER_03]: And you were just like oh shit we're in for a ride.

[00:45:44] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:45:48] [SPEAKER_03]: That's crazy.

[00:45:49] [SPEAKER_03]: I mean you follow up with like shit like the racial

[00:45:51] [SPEAKER_03]: draft.

[00:45:52] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:45:53] [SPEAKER_03]: You know and then like the all type favors is

[00:45:58] [SPEAKER_03]: the the World Series of dice.

[00:46:00] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:46:03] [SPEAKER_01]: You Larry.

[00:46:04] [SPEAKER_01]: Remember the one where they put all the makeup on

[00:46:06] [SPEAKER_01]: and dressed up like a white guy.

[00:46:08] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:46:09] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:46:12] [SPEAKER_01]: Crazy.

[00:46:13] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:46:14] [SPEAKER_01]: He just did some wild ass shit.

[00:46:17] [SPEAKER_01]: So wild ass shit.

[00:46:20] [SPEAKER_01]: Oh man he's funny.

[00:46:22] [SPEAKER_01]: But his stand-ups fantastic.

[00:46:26] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:46:27] [SPEAKER_01]: The stand-ups so good.

[00:46:32] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah there aren't many modern day cars.

[00:46:33] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:46:33] [SPEAKER_03]: And the comics like I'll go out of my way to watch

[00:46:36] [SPEAKER_03]: like him.

[00:46:38] [SPEAKER_03]: Bill Burr.

[00:46:39] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:46:40] [SPEAKER_03]: Christopher Titus.

[00:46:42] [SPEAKER_03]: You know they good.

[00:46:45] [SPEAKER_03]: That's probably it.

[00:46:46] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah he's just funny dude man.

[00:46:48] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.

[00:46:53] [SPEAKER_03]: So moving on from the.

[00:46:56] [SPEAKER_03]: Comfortableness of the world.

[00:46:58] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:46:58] [SPEAKER_03]: I did watch a movie.

[00:47:01] [SPEAKER_03]: Debuted this week on Apple.

[00:47:03] [SPEAKER_03]: Okay.

[00:47:04] [SPEAKER_03]: Called Wolf's.

[00:47:05] [SPEAKER_03]: Okay.

[00:47:06] [SPEAKER_03]: And it's got George Clooney and Brad Pitt.

[00:47:11] [SPEAKER_03]: And essentially the plot line is they're cleaners.

[00:47:17] [SPEAKER_01]: Okay.

[00:47:17] [SPEAKER_03]: And but they don't work together.

[00:47:21] [SPEAKER_03]: They're separate from each other.

[00:47:23] [SPEAKER_01]: Uh huh.

[00:47:24] [SPEAKER_03]: And you know Clooney is called to this incident

[00:47:30] [SPEAKER_03]: by this US Attorney General or not Attorney General.

[00:47:34] [SPEAKER_03]: And she somebody of prominent importance in New York.

[00:47:39] [SPEAKER_03]: Okay.

[00:47:39] [SPEAKER_03]: And Brad Pitt is called separately by the person who owns the hotel.

[00:47:47] [SPEAKER_03]: Okay.

[00:47:48] [SPEAKER_03]: Now they've got to work together.

[00:47:51] [SPEAKER_03]: And it was an amusing film.

[00:47:53] [SPEAKER_03]: I kind of enjoyed it.

[00:47:54] [SPEAKER_03]: I mean it wasn't great.

[00:47:56] [SPEAKER_04]: Okay.

[00:47:56] [SPEAKER_03]: But it was like what and the story made sense from a certain standpoint

[00:48:00] [SPEAKER_03]: like you follow along and say okay I got it.

[00:48:03] [SPEAKER_03]: It makes sense.

[00:48:05] [SPEAKER_03]: I think the only reason I like this movie is because Clooney and Pitt.

[00:48:10] [SPEAKER_03]: Like you know what I mean?

[00:48:11] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:48:11] [SPEAKER_03]: Like watching those two guys on screen together is always fun.

[00:48:15] [SPEAKER_03]: Right.

[00:48:16] [SPEAKER_03]: No matter what it is.

[00:48:18] [SPEAKER_03]: Like they're just that good together.

[00:48:21] [SPEAKER_03]: So I think like if I look at it from the story standpoint

[00:48:24] [SPEAKER_03]: it's probably not as strong as I hoped it was

[00:48:27] [SPEAKER_03]: and you know everything else kind of around it is just okay.

[00:48:31] [SPEAKER_03]: But Clooney and Pitt together.

[00:48:33] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:48:34] [SPEAKER_03]: They amuse me.

[00:48:35] [SPEAKER_03]: You know.

[00:48:35] [SPEAKER_03]: And I think that's what I enjoyed about it.

[00:48:37] [SPEAKER_03]: I was like watching those two guys work together again.

[00:48:39] [SPEAKER_01]: Right.

[00:48:40] [SPEAKER_03]: So I mean if that's what you like I would highly recommend Wolfs.

[00:48:45] [SPEAKER_03]: Okay.

[00:48:45] [SPEAKER_03]: You know but if you don't dig that then the movie will probably miss for you then.

[00:48:52] [SPEAKER_05]: Okay.

[00:48:53] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:48:56] [SPEAKER_00]: Wolfs.

[00:48:57] [SPEAKER_00]: Wolfs.

[00:49:02] [SPEAKER_04]: Trying to think of what else?

[00:49:07] [SPEAKER_03]: I watched I watched the first three episodes of Agatha all along.

[00:49:12] [SPEAKER_04]: Okay.

[00:49:12] [SPEAKER_03]: That hasn't been that good.

[00:49:14] [SPEAKER_01]: No.

[00:49:15] [SPEAKER_03]: No.

[00:49:19] [SPEAKER_03]: No I mean like I think the only thing I'm enjoying about it is I like Catherine Hawn that much.

[00:49:28] [SPEAKER_03]: I wanted to like give it a chance.

[00:49:31] [SPEAKER_01]: Okay.

[00:49:32] [SPEAKER_03]: But otherwise it just had like like the only thing has been like oh they went there.

[00:49:41] [SPEAKER_03]: They made a Mephisto reference.

[00:49:44] [SPEAKER_03]: Like his the name Mephisto is actually brought up in episode three.

[00:49:49] [SPEAKER_01]: Really?

[00:49:50] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:49:51] [SPEAKER_03]: Outside of that.

[00:49:54] [SPEAKER_03]: Like the first episode was interesting because it kind of still played with like the premise

[00:50:00] [SPEAKER_03]: from WandaVision.

[00:50:05] [SPEAKER_01]: Okay.

[00:50:06] [SPEAKER_03]: Because it was like she was in a TV show where she's like a true crime detective.

[00:50:13] [SPEAKER_03]: Okay.

[00:50:14] [SPEAKER_03]: You know and then she kind of starts to put her memory back together.

[00:50:21] [SPEAKER_03]: Okay.

[00:50:22] [SPEAKER_03]: And figure out but she's still powerless.

[00:50:24] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:50:25] [SPEAKER_03]: So that was kind of interesting.

[00:50:27] [SPEAKER_03]: Episode two I really didn't dig and episode three wasn't that good either.

[00:50:31] [SPEAKER_03]: I just other than the Mephisto reference where I went I was like the the meme the

[00:50:39] [SPEAKER_03]: Leonardo DiCaprio meme where I'm like pointing at the TV going Mephisto.

[00:50:42] [SPEAKER_03]: Mephisto.

[00:50:44] [SPEAKER_03]: You know other than that it hasn't like but Catherine Hawn's been great.

[00:50:48] [SPEAKER_03]: And I like I'll watch Catherine Hawn and damn near anything.

[00:50:51] [SPEAKER_01]: Right.

[00:50:52] [SPEAKER_03]: You know I think she's phenomenal.

[00:50:54] [SPEAKER_01]: Right.

[00:50:55] [SPEAKER_01]: So yeah.

[00:50:56] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:50:58] [SPEAKER_03]: So I have a hard time saying hey somebody if you haven't watched it give it a try.

[00:51:04] [SPEAKER_03]: You might like it.

[00:51:07] [SPEAKER_03]: That in his email says he thinks it's fantastic.

[00:51:10] [SPEAKER_05]: Uh huh.

[00:51:10] [SPEAKER_03]: It just hasn't been good enough to me.

[00:51:14] [SPEAKER_00]: Okay.

[00:51:14] [SPEAKER_00]: That's fair.

[00:51:15] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:51:18] [SPEAKER_01]: I'll give it a shot.

[00:51:19] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:51:19] [SPEAKER_03]: Good but I mean I'm going to continue watching it only because of Catherine Hawn.

[00:51:24] [SPEAKER_03]: Like that's the reason I'm watching is because of her and first two episodes of Tulsa

[00:51:33] [SPEAKER_03]: King have been fantastic.

[00:51:36] [SPEAKER_03]: Has it?

[00:51:37] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:51:40] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:51:40] [SPEAKER_03]: I've been looking forward to this and now that it's here it's like you know okay yeah.

[00:51:44] [SPEAKER_03]: I'm because it I mean it's still kind of setting things up in a way like at the end of episode

[00:51:51] [SPEAKER_03]: two but that you kind of see where the story is going and you got Frank Grillo who he's

[00:52:02] [SPEAKER_03]: one of those that guy actors I really like.

[00:52:05] [SPEAKER_04]: Uh huh.

[00:52:05] [SPEAKER_03]: Like he shows up and she's like oh shit that's Frank Grillo.

[00:52:08] [SPEAKER_03]: Okay shit's about to go down.

[00:52:09] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah yeah.

[00:52:10] [SPEAKER_03]: You know and um so I'm looking forward to seeing like where it all goes you know but um but

[00:52:23] [SPEAKER_03]: the first two episodes have been very good you know I get on board.

[00:52:27] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:52:28] [SPEAKER_03]: You know and uh I watched the first episode of The Penguin and I'm interested to see

[00:52:35] [SPEAKER_03]: where that goes.

[00:52:37] [SPEAKER_00]: Okay.

[00:52:37] [SPEAKER_03]: So I think it's what I think is what's going to be interesting is and we we talk about this

[00:52:44] [SPEAKER_03]: like with the Sony Spider-Verse without there being a Spider-Man.

[00:52:49] [SPEAKER_03]: Like you're getting you're assembling all these villains making them anti-heroes but

[00:52:57] [SPEAKER_03]: like without Spider-Man what do they really serve a purpose?

[00:53:01] [SPEAKER_05]: Right.

[00:53:02] [SPEAKER_03]: Well in this show I mean there is I mean Batman exists at least but he never shows

[00:53:07] [SPEAKER_03]: up.

[00:53:07] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:53:08] [SPEAKER_03]: That's what they tell you like Batman will not be in this series.

[00:53:13] [SPEAKER_03]: So but he exists still like it's not like I said well he doesn't exist like they

[00:53:17] [SPEAKER_03]: acknowledge he exists.

[00:53:19] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:53:19] [SPEAKER_03]: But it's a mob show.

[00:53:21] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:53:22] [SPEAKER_03]: It's a mob show in the Batman universe.

[00:53:25] [SPEAKER_03]: Mm-hmm.

[00:53:25] [SPEAKER_03]: You know and I think I'm not really a mob show type of guy.

[00:53:33] [SPEAKER_03]: Mm-hmm.

[00:53:37] [SPEAKER_03]: But because at the end of the day like even The Penguin like there is no there are

[00:53:42] [SPEAKER_03]: no good guys in this show.

[00:53:44] [SPEAKER_03]: You know I mean like The Penguin is a villain.

[00:53:46] [SPEAKER_03]: Right.

[00:53:46] [SPEAKER_03]: He's just your main character.

[00:53:48] [SPEAKER_03]: There are no heroes.

[00:53:50] [SPEAKER_03]: Right.

[00:53:50] [SPEAKER_03]: Like it's just maybe he's the lesser of two evils maybe you know.

[00:53:54] [SPEAKER_02]: Right.

[00:53:55] [SPEAKER_03]: And so I don't know like at the end of it I'm not I'm sure I'm going to be

[00:54:02] [SPEAKER_03]: like yeah it was good and I liked it but I only like it because it was in the Batman

[00:54:06] [SPEAKER_03]: universe and it was Batman characters.

[00:54:10] [SPEAKER_03]: But if it was like not a Batman show just a mob show I'd probably be like yeah I don't

[00:54:17] [SPEAKER_03]: care for it that much.

[00:54:19] [SPEAKER_03]: You know what I mean like that Batman twist is enough to keep me into it.

[00:54:23] [SPEAKER_04]: Right.

[00:54:24] [SPEAKER_03]: Which is a sad thing to say but that's kind of where I'm at with it.

[00:54:29] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:54:29] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:54:31] [SPEAKER_03]: So that's kind of what I've been watching.

[00:54:36] [SPEAKER_03]: Nice.

[00:54:37] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:54:40] [SPEAKER_03]: I know you've been busy so you probably haven't watched anything.

[00:54:42] [SPEAKER_01]: Nothing.

[00:54:43] [SPEAKER_00]: I was going to watch the football game on Thursday but I couldn't because it's prime.

[00:54:53] [SPEAKER_00]: And so there was nothing on.

[00:55:01] [SPEAKER_01]: I watched Hurricane footage.

[00:55:04] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:55:05] [SPEAKER_01]: That's about it.

[00:55:05] [SPEAKER_01]: I mean like there's really there was nothing on.

[00:55:07] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[00:55:08] [SPEAKER_01]: I did watch I started watching Batman the third installment of Nolan and I just couldn't

[00:55:17] [SPEAKER_01]: get through it.

[00:55:17] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:55:19] [SPEAKER_01]: I just I couldn't get through it.

[00:55:21] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:55:22] [SPEAKER_01]: I couldn't get through the voice once he came back I was like where is she where's the bomb.

[00:55:31] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.

[00:55:32] [SPEAKER_00]: Mike it just became too much.

[00:55:37] [SPEAKER_00]: Too much.

[00:55:39] [SPEAKER_01]: So yeah so I turned that off and yeah I haven't really watched hardly anything I'm just been

[00:55:45] [SPEAKER_01]: busy.

[00:55:45] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:55:50] [SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.

[00:55:53] [SPEAKER_01]: I know I've become a non TV watcher.

[00:55:58] [SPEAKER_03]: Well even very busy.

[00:56:00] [SPEAKER_03]: I mean the you know the summer of Ian has come becoming the fall of Ian the autumn of Ian

[00:56:07] [SPEAKER_03]: I guess.

[00:56:08] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.

[00:56:08] [SPEAKER_03]: You know so you've been very busy doing a lot of different things.

[00:56:13] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah summers over.

[00:56:14] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah including working.

[00:56:15] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:56:17] [SPEAKER_03]: You may be able to do much authority stuff because this weather's been horrible.

[00:56:21] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:56:22] [SPEAKER_03]: This entire week has just been so fucking dreary.

[00:56:25] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah I know.

[00:56:28] [SPEAKER_03]: You know I'm like I don't care about the rain but it's just it's like and even like

[00:56:34] [SPEAKER_03]: I think part of it is it's like it just it looks so blah out there.

[00:56:46] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:56:46] [SPEAKER_03]: You know and I'm not ready for that yet like come wintertime I'm ready for it.

[00:56:51] [SPEAKER_03]: Right.

[00:56:51] [SPEAKER_03]: I'm ready for that blah because that's what Pittsburgh is in the wintertime.

[00:56:56] [SPEAKER_03]: It's too early for the like a week week and a half of just.

[00:57:01] [SPEAKER_03]: And what makes it worse is like it's not that warm outside but it is humid as fuck

[00:57:08] [SPEAKER_03]: because it's like it is human.

[00:57:10] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah it's like it's like sticky and I got it like I'm running the air conditioner

[00:57:15] [SPEAKER_03]: right now just to make it comfortable here but like up in my bedroom I've got

[00:57:19] [SPEAKER_03]: you know I've got the window fan in and that's enough to keep it cool in my room

[00:57:23] [SPEAKER_03]: but it's still like that sticky factor is like I'm resisting the temptation to turn on the AC in there.

[00:57:30] [SPEAKER_03]: You know I'm fine with just but it's so sticky.

[00:57:35] [SPEAKER_03]: Like even like my mouse or my mouse pad you're like you know it's like you know how

[00:57:41] [SPEAKER_03]: like it like like it's hacked out like your mouse pad and I'm like trying to move

[00:57:45] [SPEAKER_03]: it like why the fuck won't you move because it's all sticky and gross yeah like

[00:57:50] [SPEAKER_03]: it has a tack down this to it because of the moisture in the air.

[00:57:54] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah so it's disgusting yeah and I'm just waiting because it's like well once

[00:58:03] [SPEAKER_03]: this passes my grass is going to grow like crazy right you know so I'm

[00:58:09] [SPEAKER_03]: gonna have to mow the lawn again one more time you know that one thing I

[00:58:15] [SPEAKER_03]: don't want to do in the stickiness well no like I'm hopefully by that point like

[00:58:20] [SPEAKER_03]: we get we get to a point where it's like 75 degrees and there's no humidity right

[00:58:26] [SPEAKER_03]: you know that's it's just the act of like I can look out like there's a patch up

[00:58:33] [SPEAKER_03]: by my where my garbage cans are like clover now I just mowed the lawn a week

[00:58:37] [SPEAKER_03]: and a half ago and that clover is already regrown and it's like thick yeah

[00:58:43] [SPEAKER_03]: now I'm just like looking at it going like you've got to be kidding me like I

[00:58:47] [SPEAKER_03]: just mowed you but like it'll be like a situation where like you'll just have a

[00:58:54] [SPEAKER_03]: it'll look nice outside it won't be but the grass will be high because of all

[00:58:59] [SPEAKER_03]: the rain we're getting now right like I haven't had a problem like this summer

[00:59:06] [SPEAKER_03]: was kind of dry and so because of that I didn't have to mow the lawn as much

[00:59:12] [SPEAKER_03]: because it didn't grow right well I'm gonna have to get one more cut in after all

[00:59:19] [SPEAKER_03]: this rain sure because it's just gonna sprout yeah good to me to get anything

[00:59:24] [SPEAKER_03]: from that hurricane yeah I think I think we're gonna miss it I think it's gonna

[00:59:29] [SPEAKER_03]: go yeah wester mm-hmm there's a lot of rain I saw Tennessee like I guess a damn

[00:59:37] [SPEAKER_03]: broke in Tennessee and like I don't know where people were like all the sudden

[00:59:43] [SPEAKER_03]: like in 10 feet of water see yeah yeah crazy amount rain I haven't heard anything

[00:59:54] [SPEAKER_01]: on Florida though I mean like I haven't really looked at it either but I've

[00:59:58] [SPEAKER_03]: paid enough attention to it so I know like I mean Florida always handles that

[01:00:05] [SPEAKER_03]: shit yeah you know like power outages is a big problem down there yeah from what

[01:00:09] [SPEAKER_03]: I'm seeing yeah like where it's affecting is like really has just come inland and

[01:00:16] [SPEAKER_03]: kept power like what is it like like those middle southern states like like

[01:00:26] [SPEAKER_03]: Arkansas and yeah place I got where I was like Alabama where like the it's had

[01:00:33] [SPEAKER_03]: intense flooding yeah because of whatever you know it's the outer bands yeah and

[01:00:41] [SPEAKER_03]: as it's pushed north like I said like Tennessee like I said I know there was at

[01:00:45] [SPEAKER_03]: least one damn that broke because of all the water they got you know it's crazy

[01:00:55] [SPEAKER_03]: and that's all Tennessee is a bunch of dams yeah and who knows what they did in

[01:01:00] [SPEAKER_01]: Tennessee like who I know that's not spitter I supposed to get that much water

[01:01:06] [SPEAKER_01]: but right same point I mean look in the world yeah yeah it's kind of the same

[01:01:11] [SPEAKER_03]: thing like they had they have like those river walls and stuff those seawall you

[01:01:16] [SPEAKER_03]: know and I mean I was like the Tennessee Valley authority back in Roosevelt

[01:01:30] [SPEAKER_03]: mm-hmm you know that was part of like his pre-war plan to get out of the Great

[01:01:37] [SPEAKER_03]: Depression creating jobs yes the Valley authority to dam up the the rivers

[01:01:43] [SPEAKER_01]: there and stuff yeah it's like in the wrong so you know and Dave when that broke

[01:01:50] [SPEAKER_01]: down yeah well I don't have died I don't know if I talked about this about

[01:01:56] [SPEAKER_01]: before about the Army Corps of Engineers and something I think we've touched on

[01:02:03] [SPEAKER_01]: all you've gone deep into it yeah well the Army Corps of Engineers when that all

[01:02:06] [SPEAKER_01]: went down they blame the Army Corps of Engineers yeah and they guy from the

[01:02:12] [SPEAKER_01]: gun was like whoa yeah hey yeah we've been telling you about this shit for

[01:02:19] [SPEAKER_01]: years right you know and so I guess now I might be wrong and I will absolutely

[01:02:28] [SPEAKER_01]: take heed for it yeah if I am but I think it went down like you like the

[01:02:34] [SPEAKER_01]: state has to hire the Army Corps of Engineers right do you know what I mean

[01:02:38] [SPEAKER_01]: like they don't just go in and fix things like they did down here on 48 yeah

[01:02:41] [SPEAKER_01]: they were hired to come in and fix the problem yeah and so I think and these

[01:02:49] [SPEAKER_01]: numbers are not right I'm just starting out there so Army Corps of Engineers goes

[01:02:54] [SPEAKER_01]: okay we need it's gonna make up a number 500 million to completely fix your yeah

[01:03:01] [SPEAKER_01]: debacle of yeah what these seawalls are deteriorating yeah and like can't support

[01:03:08] [SPEAKER_01]: the water right the levees and all that kind of stuff the levees and stuff like

[01:03:12] [SPEAKER_01]: that and so the Orleons goes or the state of Louisiana goes okay you know yeah

[01:03:22] [SPEAKER_01]: norones applies for the unit and stuff they get their 500 million

[01:03:27] [SPEAKER_01]: Louisiana takes their cut of course yeah everybody New Orleans takes their cut

[01:03:32] [SPEAKER_01]: yeah they got and they go to the Army engineers is like well here's your 80

[01:03:37] [SPEAKER_01]: million yeah and the Army Corps of Engineers is like we can't fix it for

[01:03:43] [SPEAKER_01]: 80 million yeah 500 million with the with the labor in the parts and

[01:03:47] [SPEAKER_01]: everything like that right and he said okay we'll just do what you can with

[01:03:52] [SPEAKER_01]: your 80 million they say they were patching it yeah you know I mean but

[01:03:57] [SPEAKER_01]: the first words out of their mouth when they were doing the interviews they

[01:03:59] [SPEAKER_01]: were starting to blow up the Army Corps of Engineers and it's like and the

[01:04:02] [SPEAKER_01]: guy came on like the you know the general and said we're not blame we're not

[01:04:07] [SPEAKER_01]: playing the blame game here we can settle this we can talk about this after

[01:04:12] [SPEAKER_01]: we're just worried about saving lives right now we're not talking about the

[01:04:15] [SPEAKER_01]: yeah let me and then later on it came out yeah or ones was taking their cut in

[01:04:20] [SPEAKER_01]: the state of Louisiana was taking their cut from fellow girl right so where were

[01:04:23] [SPEAKER_01]: they where was that money funneled to right you know what I'm saying yeah

[01:04:27] [SPEAKER_01]: they made a little park yeah when it should have went into the levees yeah so

[01:04:33] [SPEAKER_01]: but no one's is crooked anyway so I mean like right I love new ones but it's

[01:04:37] [SPEAKER_01]: crooked oh yeah I mean the cops were telling people there's someone losing

[01:04:42] [SPEAKER_01]: your house just shoot them and throw them in the alley yeah they did yeah just

[01:04:46] [SPEAKER_01]: throw them in the alley yeah that's crazy that is yeah mass chaos right so I

[01:04:55] [SPEAKER_01]: mean but that's just an example of Louisiana yeah what are the other states

[01:04:59] [SPEAKER_01]: there you know I mean like with their problems with their infrastructure

[01:05:05] [SPEAKER_01]: problems right they're getting all this money and not even a quarter of it is

[01:05:12] [SPEAKER_01]: going to what it's supposed to be going to it's being funneled somewhere else

[01:05:14] [SPEAKER_01]: within their right that's every state I know but when you have a major

[01:05:19] [SPEAKER_01]: catastrophe happen like Katrina right no that's all the deaths yeah you know

[01:05:24] [SPEAKER_01]: me and nobody's head rolled nobody's head rolls right now business is yeah it's

[01:05:33] [SPEAKER_01]: not right no I agree so if I was a family that lived in New Orleans and I had a

[01:05:41] [SPEAKER_01]: death say grand ball died yeah or grandma died because of failure of the

[01:05:49] [SPEAKER_01]: levee system which you had money to fix but you did not fix right I'm

[01:05:56] [SPEAKER_01]: assuming oh yeah they wouldn't go anywhere but I still see the shit out of

[01:06:03] [SPEAKER_01]: you because of your fraud right so that's as political as I'm gonna get but it

[01:06:10] [SPEAKER_01]: that's what happened and I'm not saying 500 more I'm just saying right there

[01:06:13] [SPEAKER_01]: was an amount of money that was distributed between the state of Louisiana

[01:06:16] [SPEAKER_01]: and New Orleans right before it even made it back to the Army Corps of

[01:06:19] [SPEAKER_01]: right so they did patchwork yeah it's all I can do they did what they could with

[01:06:27] [SPEAKER_01]: the money that they had right so they did pretty good down here on 48 though yeah

[01:06:34] [SPEAKER_03]: that shit doesn't fly anymore does it or doesn't what the intersection of 48 and

[01:06:42] [SPEAKER_01]: Lincoln way now a little bit further down where okay yeah I'm worried used to

[01:06:48] [SPEAKER_01]: yeah by Riddle Road or whatever yeah I know you're talking about I don't know if

[01:06:52] [SPEAKER_01]: it does or not they redid that whole wall all the way down past C&D recovery yeah

[01:06:58] [SPEAKER_01]: they redid that whole thing all through there I think the only problem you end up

[01:07:04] [SPEAKER_03]: having is I I don't think the storm the the storm drains can handle it at

[01:07:12] [SPEAKER_03]: times so you still get some flooding from that yeah but otherwise is that we're

[01:07:18] [SPEAKER_03]: used to flood out yeah that road and then the intersection of Eden Park Boulevard

[01:07:26] [SPEAKER_03]: and Walnut used to flood out no my god that I think in order for those

[01:07:31] [SPEAKER_03]: businesses to go in like for right aid and Dollar General and and Aldi they

[01:07:37] [SPEAKER_03]: had to fix that yeah I think like the businesses were like we're not gonna

[01:07:41] [SPEAKER_03]: go in here if this floods out yeah you know so like Nikesi there was like a lot

[01:07:47] [SPEAKER_03]: of work it was done there to fix it well you remember all the shit and it still

[01:07:51] [SPEAKER_01]: happens to when we get major flood amounts 51 just lifts off the ground oh

[01:07:56] [SPEAKER_01]: yeah century three yeah like pieces of 51 are floating down the road yeah I'm

[01:08:01] [SPEAKER_01]: like what the fuck yeah shitty design draining systems yeah shitty road

[01:08:09] [SPEAKER_01]: yeah road material oh yeah horrible that's the thing I was coming in there's so

[01:08:16] [SPEAKER_01]: much construction everywhere in Pittsburgh oh yeah and now it's going into

[01:08:21] [SPEAKER_01]: outlying towns right on top of Pittsburgh itself right and so they're

[01:08:28] [SPEAKER_01]: gonna do all this construction this is what pisses me off you know do all this

[01:08:31] [SPEAKER_01]: construct for three years I mean the Glenwinds been down for how long yeah

[01:08:35] [SPEAKER_01]: but what I'm saying they're doing all this construction for three or four years

[01:08:41] [SPEAKER_01]: it's been good for like a year and a half yeah and then they're gonna have to start

[01:08:46] [SPEAKER_01]: everything back over again because of the construction material they use the

[01:08:50] [SPEAKER_01]: concrete and the paving material that they use as shit well that's route

[01:08:53] [SPEAKER_03]: 28 route 20 is been under construction for as long as I've been alive yeah like

[01:08:59] [SPEAKER_03]: you know that's like you could never convince me to move out that way

[01:09:03] [SPEAKER_03]: because I would never want to deal with route 28 someone's making mine yeah right

[01:09:08] [SPEAKER_01]: yeah yeah and our tax dollars are going into right when you when you kept saying

[01:09:13] [SPEAKER_03]: 48 like I kept I thought you were talking about there's that um it's like a

[01:09:20] [SPEAKER_03]: nine foot long bridge over the creek it's down by um Plaza is Tecca yeah I

[01:09:30] [SPEAKER_03]: know we're yeah that they are completely replacing that bridge it's a

[01:09:36] [SPEAKER_03]: three-week project okay so you shut down route 48 at that point that intersection

[01:09:41] [SPEAKER_03]: well so like people were like pissed at first still pissed it was like but I got

[01:09:49] [SPEAKER_03]: one more week but it's like this odd thing of like it's like like you like

[01:09:54] [SPEAKER_03]: the one news channel I can't watch I think it was KDK like they're showing

[01:09:57] [SPEAKER_03]: the bridge it was in bad way like it need to be replaced yeah but it's this

[01:10:02] [SPEAKER_03]: nine foot long space that's gonna take three weeks to fix yeah you know in

[01:10:08] [SPEAKER_03]: order to do what you have to completely shut down the road yeah you know yeah

[01:10:15] [SPEAKER_03]: but it was just that odd thing I guess this is like there's this little creek

[01:10:18] [SPEAKER_03]: rainbow creek goes underneath it but like nine foot long like the report was

[01:10:24] [SPEAKER_03]: like it's six normal steps like that's about nine feet ten feet you know yeah

[01:10:29] [SPEAKER_03]: but just need to be completely replaced yeah you know there was no how you patch

[01:10:36] [SPEAKER_01]: that up yeah that's what we would that's what they've done to the bridges for

[01:10:41] [SPEAKER_01]: years yeah I mean you don't think those bridges are gonna start falling apart

[01:10:46] [SPEAKER_01]: eventually the bridges and Pittsburgh I mean come on yeah I mean underneath

[01:10:54] [SPEAKER_01]: some of those bridges yeah it's right yeah like the 10th Street bridge yeah remember

[01:11:02] [SPEAKER_01]: that one yeah yeah they goes from that's 10th Street right it goes from a

[01:11:06] [SPEAKER_01]: geese port to four of you 16th Street bridge fifth yeah 15th Street the old

[01:11:13] [SPEAKER_01]: yeah walking across the old one and being able to see the water yeah the

[01:11:17] [SPEAKER_03]: bottom wall yeah and that state they had to keep that open until they finished

[01:11:23] [SPEAKER_03]: refurbishing the Boston bridge yeah and the second the Boston bridge open they

[01:11:28] [SPEAKER_03]: shut that down it should have been shut down 25 years ago yeah like years before

[01:11:33] [SPEAKER_01]: then like but there was a point on that bridge why wouldn't even go across that

[01:11:37] [SPEAKER_01]: bridge I wouldn't rather go through a case yeah because it was sketch yeah nice

[01:11:43] [SPEAKER_01]: there yeah a brand new bridge there but my sketch back then yeah I remember walking

[01:11:50] [SPEAKER_01]: on that bridge and looking through the holes yeah it's like driving a car with

[01:11:56] [SPEAKER_01]: no fucking seeing your seeing the pavement under your flintstone in it yeah I

[01:12:04] [SPEAKER_03]: mean that bridge is gonna fall down yeah I was there when they blew it up yeah

[01:12:12] [SPEAKER_03]: we I was like it was like the fire department had to be there as for the

[01:12:17] [SPEAKER_03]: fire department so I was like yeah sure I'll wake up early and go watch them

[01:12:20] [SPEAKER_03]: blow up a bridge yeah did me well anything like added proceedings there sir

[01:12:35] [SPEAKER_03]: I'm good or remember there are a number of different ways you can reach out and

[01:12:39] [SPEAKER_03]: touch us I guess that's an email like that don't actually I do have something I

[01:12:42] [SPEAKER_04]: have to read from that email okay before we so um he makes fun of me for

[01:13:02] [SPEAKER_03]: going to my house I went to I told you I went to that safe football game last

[01:13:05] [SPEAKER_03]: yeah it was it was cool it was nice to see this new stadium I talked about it

[01:13:16] [SPEAKER_03]: last week someone gonna delve all into it again but it was a pleasant

[01:13:21] [SPEAKER_03]: experience I enjoyed it wish it were to one but yeah otherwise I was it was a

[01:13:32] [SPEAKER_03]: nice time I enjoyed it that the Fed did go to our local Renaissance festival

[01:13:44] [SPEAKER_03]: I says I arrived early to hear the cannon fire like my show what that's all about

[01:13:49] [SPEAKER_03]: I guess a fire a cannon at the beginning of the day I got to see crayok they are an

[01:13:57] [SPEAKER_03]: Irish medieval heavy metal music with bagpipes well if it's bagpipes and

[01:14:03] [SPEAKER_03]: they're probably Scottish I got to eat delicious fair food I had a nice meeting

[01:14:13] [SPEAKER_03]: brought brought I also had some nice fish and chips and some salted nuts and a

[01:14:23] [SPEAKER_03]: twisted pretzel Jesus Christ yeah that's a witches brew now washed it all down with

[01:14:29] [SPEAKER_03]: a nice cold Sam Adams beer it was wine fest so I came home with three bottles of

[01:14:38] [SPEAKER_03]: wine this is his second time going he also went for the bourbon and mead

[01:14:46] [SPEAKER_03]: fast they came in with two bottles of bourbon so I have not been to the

[01:14:54] [SPEAKER_03]: Renaissance festival since 2001 okay with that one time said I don't think I

[01:15:01] [SPEAKER_03]: ever have to do this yeah it just it I mean it's interesting I don't get me

[01:15:08] [SPEAKER_03]: wrong but one is pricey like the foods overpriced in my opinion and there's

[01:15:16] [SPEAKER_03]: just not enough there that like I'm overly interested it yeah I get I mean

[01:15:22] [SPEAKER_03]: like I'm not a crappy shit yeah there is metal shops cool yeah like what what

[01:15:32] [SPEAKER_03]: like watching a guy like do the like you know folding steel to build a sword

[01:15:41] [SPEAKER_03]: that was interesting you know watching the the Jalison was interesting but like I

[01:15:51] [SPEAKER_03]: get for the most part like I'm not buying like medieval clothing yeah you know

[01:15:58] [SPEAKER_03]: there's not much there that like I'm interested in buying you know and like

[01:16:06] [SPEAKER_03]: yeah I'm a giant turkey leg is nice but for 12 bucks yeah you know and yeah and

[01:16:16] [SPEAKER_03]: having a pop yeah you know so it wasn't it was not it wasn't something like I

[01:16:24] [SPEAKER_03]: I guess like okay I've experienced it it was nice I'll never do it again yeah

[01:16:28] [SPEAKER_03]: you know that's exactly how I thought about it yeah I got you I if it's that

[01:16:33] [SPEAKER_03]: it seems to enjoy it that's great good for him but it's not my my bag for sure I

[01:16:43] [SPEAKER_03]: mean and that was I was still thin back then yeah you know so I mean it's not like

[01:16:49] [SPEAKER_03]: it wasn't something where I'm like oh I now like all the walking around would be

[01:16:54] [SPEAKER_03]: like yeah I ain't doing this I'm not walking down there and I you know I

[01:16:59] [SPEAKER_03]: didn't happen it you know I'm just gonna find myself a bench seat under a

[01:17:03] [SPEAKER_03]: tree and that's it right but I there are people go I got I have friends who you

[01:17:13] [SPEAKER_03]: know they go every year and you know they go a couple times a year and it's just
