[00:00:04] [SPEAKER_04]: It's time to feel the rage! Welcome to Film Rage where we talk movies, in theaters, streaming and classic films as well. Directors and actors beware as you cannot hide from the rage. My name is Bryson, I'm part of the Film Rage crew which also includes Jim! Hey there Jim! Hey! Hey Bryce! And also we have the Merman! What's going on Merman? What's with the blue wristband thingy? What is that? What am I looking at right now?

[00:00:33] [SPEAKER_05]: I have to go back to work. In the Saddledome security people are dicks. Oh! Well tell me something I don't know.

[00:00:40] [SPEAKER_05]: They're patting us down by this point. Ah nice. I thought it was like a fisting safety marker. No.

[00:00:46] [SPEAKER_05]: Oh. They're just super paranoid about shit so yeah we gotta be wrist banded to get back in.

[00:00:52] [SPEAKER_04]: Oh don't go beyond the wristband? That's right. Yeah you got it.

[00:00:56] [SPEAKER_04]: With me you have to move that up to the L. It's just work.

[00:01:03] [SPEAKER_04]: So with the introductions out of the way, let's rage on.

[00:01:08] [SPEAKER_06]: Well, thanks to all been supporting us. If you love our interpunted pod, please like, subscribe, share and give us a five star rating on your listening platform or

[00:01:29] [SPEAKER_06]: And we'll watch it if you play it anywhere in the cinema in the world.

[00:01:35] [SPEAKER_00]: Anywhere? Anywhere.

[00:01:36] [SPEAKER_06]: Anywhere. All right, let's get to raging. Oh!

[00:01:44] [SPEAKER_07]: What would the amazing mom predict? What would the amazing mom predict? Will he predict the rage or will he predict the mondo?

[00:01:51] [SPEAKER_06]: Will he tell us all what broom and Bryce booboo?

[00:01:56] [SPEAKER_06]: I just locked my voice for a few seconds. Bryce, can you please fill in?

[00:02:00] [SPEAKER_01]: Swim Murray swim. Swim Murray swim. Swim, swim Murray swim.

[00:02:11] [SPEAKER_05]: I just lost my voice. What the hell's happening?

[00:02:14] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, well, because you talked too much.

[00:02:16] [SPEAKER_05]: Uh, movies, movies, movies, movies.

[00:02:19] [SPEAKER_05]: Movies, movies, movies!

[00:02:20] [SPEAKER_05]: Way too many movies for me to keep track of.

[00:02:23] [SPEAKER_05]: Uh, yeah, Smile 2, which is a sequel.

[00:02:27] [SPEAKER_05]: It is a sequel.

[00:02:28] [SPEAKER_05]: Of a somewhat mediocre original.

[00:02:31] [SPEAKER_05]: Um, I don't know.

[00:02:33] [SPEAKER_05]: You don't?

[00:02:34] [SPEAKER_05]: Double meh.

[00:02:35] [SPEAKER_05]: All right.

[00:02:36] [SPEAKER_04]: Whatever.

[00:02:37] [SPEAKER_05]: As Bryce mentioned, it's probably too long anyway.

[00:02:39] [SPEAKER_04]: It is definitely too long.

[00:02:42] [SPEAKER_05]: We live in time.

[00:02:44] [SPEAKER_05]: Yes.

[00:02:45] [SPEAKER_05]: With the Garfield.

[00:02:47] [SPEAKER_05]: Yes.

[00:02:48] [SPEAKER_05]: And the Pew Pew.

[00:02:49] [SPEAKER_01]: And Pew Pew.

[00:02:50] [SPEAKER_05]: Which I probably would have gone to because I enjoy them both,

[00:02:53] [SPEAKER_05]: but it just seemed too much like a rom-com to me.

[00:02:56] [SPEAKER_05]: At least a rom anyway.

[00:02:57] [SPEAKER_04]: It's a rom.

[00:02:59] [SPEAKER_04]: There's not a lot of com.

[00:03:00] [SPEAKER_04]: There's a few laughs.

[00:03:01] [SPEAKER_06]: It's not really a com.

[00:03:02] [SPEAKER_05]: But you know.

[00:03:03] [SPEAKER_05]: You guys like both of them.

[00:03:04] [SPEAKER_05]: Let's go to the Bondo.

[00:03:06] [SPEAKER_04]: Cancer's really not that funny.

[00:03:07] [SPEAKER_06]: When was the last time we liked a rom-com?

[00:03:10] [SPEAKER_05]: A long time.

[00:03:10] [SPEAKER_05]: Oh, you know what?

[00:03:12] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, it is Pew Pew.

[00:03:14] [SPEAKER_04]: And it's Andrew Garfield.

[00:03:15] [SPEAKER_06]: And Drew Drew.

[00:03:16] [SPEAKER_04]: Kind of awesome.

[00:03:18] [SPEAKER_06]: You know, and it's kind of like Past Lives a little bit.

[00:03:21] [SPEAKER_04]: It's totally like Past Lives.

[00:03:25] [SPEAKER_05]: That is so true.

[00:03:26] [SPEAKER_05]: We have rumors, which I actually intended to see during the festival,

[00:03:31] [SPEAKER_05]: and then stuff happened.

[00:03:32] [SPEAKER_05]: I didn't get to it.

[00:03:34] [SPEAKER_05]: There's an interesting premise.

[00:03:35] [SPEAKER_05]: Yes, Cate Blanchett.

[00:03:37] [SPEAKER_05]: I think she was the Chancellor of Germany or something.

[00:03:39] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, she speaks German.

[00:03:40] [SPEAKER_05]: It was the accent.

[00:03:41] [SPEAKER_05]: G7, G8, G6, whatever the hell they are.

[00:03:44] [SPEAKER_05]: G7.

[00:03:44] [SPEAKER_05]: Whatever it is.

[00:03:46] [SPEAKER_05]: And then I think there's zombies and shit that happens.

[00:03:48] [SPEAKER_05]: I don't know.

[00:03:48] [SPEAKER_04]: There's a lot going on in this movie.

[00:03:50] [SPEAKER_05]: I don't see you guys loving it that much.

[00:03:53] [SPEAKER_05]: Okay.

[00:03:53] [SPEAKER_05]: Let's go double man now.

[00:03:54] [SPEAKER_02]: All right.

[00:03:57] [SPEAKER_05]: Finally, Goodrich.

[00:03:58] [SPEAKER_05]: Nice.

[00:03:59] [SPEAKER_05]: Goodrich.

[00:03:59] [SPEAKER_05]: Which I know you guys weren't looking forward to.

[00:04:02] [SPEAKER_04]: You are correct, and with me at least, I was not looking forward to it.

[00:04:09] [SPEAKER_05]: I'm pretty sure you guys give it rages, but I'm hoping the better part of me is thinking

[00:04:17] [SPEAKER_05]: maybe it got to a meh.

[00:04:20] [SPEAKER_05]: Okay.

[00:04:21] [SPEAKER_04]: All right.

[00:04:21] [SPEAKER_04]: So you're predicting meh?

[00:04:23] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:04:24] [SPEAKER_04]: All right.

[00:04:24] [SPEAKER_05]: All right.

[00:04:26] [SPEAKER_05]: I'm suspecting rage, but I'm hoping for meh.

[00:04:31] [SPEAKER_05]: Predicting meh.

[00:04:31] [SPEAKER_05]: Put it that way.

[00:04:32] [SPEAKER_04]: You're going to predict meh because you really hope that-

[00:04:35] [SPEAKER_04]: We get there.

[00:04:36] [SPEAKER_04]: We get there.

[00:04:37] [SPEAKER_06]: Hope you get there.

[00:04:37] [SPEAKER_06]: But that is one Murray actually saw.

[00:04:39] [SPEAKER_04]: Hope springs eternal, my friend.

[00:04:40] [SPEAKER_06]: That's one that Murray actually saw.

[00:04:42] [SPEAKER_05]: I did.

[00:04:44] [SPEAKER_05]: Because it's got his man.

[00:04:46] [SPEAKER_05]: Because I got to pick one of those four, and that's the one I picked.

[00:04:50] [SPEAKER_02]: His man crush.

[00:04:53] [SPEAKER_06]: Nice.

[00:04:55] [SPEAKER_02]: All right.

[00:04:55] [SPEAKER_06]: So I think the big winner at the box office was probably still Terrifier 3, wasn't it?

[00:05:02] [SPEAKER_02]: No, I think Smile 2 took it.

[00:05:05] [SPEAKER_02]: I don't even know, but no, I'm pretty sure Smile 2 was.

[00:05:08] [SPEAKER_05]: I know what it wasn't.

[00:05:08] [SPEAKER_05]: It wasn't Joker 2.

[00:05:11] [SPEAKER_05]: It dropped like a stone after the first week.

[00:05:14] [SPEAKER_04]: That's because people are dumb.

[00:05:15] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:05:16] [SPEAKER_05]: A lot of bad reviews, too.

[00:05:17] [SPEAKER_06]: Or, you know, other stuff came out, and they had to see that.

[00:05:20] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:05:21] [SPEAKER_06]: Anyway.

[00:05:21] [SPEAKER_06]: Like us.

[00:05:22] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm not going to go back and see it.

[00:05:23] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, Smile 2.

[00:05:24] [SPEAKER_05]: It's Halloween.

[00:05:25] [SPEAKER_05]: It's a horror movie.

[00:05:25] [SPEAKER_04]: I might go back and see it.

[00:05:27] [SPEAKER_06]: You do this.

[00:05:27] [SPEAKER_06]: Nice.

[00:05:29] [SPEAKER_04]: All right.

[00:05:29] [SPEAKER_04]: So sorry.

[00:05:29] [SPEAKER_06]: Maybe I realized it's not as good as you thought it was.

[00:05:32] [SPEAKER_04]: I probably realized that it was better.

[00:05:37] [SPEAKER_04]: You done?

[00:05:38] [SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.

[00:05:38] [SPEAKER_04]: Do you need to cough some more?

[00:05:39] [SPEAKER_04]: I keep losing my voice or coughing or something.

[00:05:42] [SPEAKER_04]: All right.

[00:05:43] [SPEAKER_04]: Smile 2 picks up where Smile left off.

[00:05:45] [SPEAKER_04]: Joel from the first film has to pass the curse to some poor unsuspecting schlub.

[00:05:51] [SPEAKER_04]: That curse being some sort of evil, sort of parasitic, supernatural entity that uses your insecurities against you and eventually causes you to end your life with a smile on your face.

[00:06:07] [SPEAKER_06]: A smile one.

[00:06:08] [SPEAKER_04]: In front of a witness who continues the chain of trauma.

[00:06:13] [SPEAKER_04]: Is that about right?

[00:06:14] [SPEAKER_06]: That's right.

[00:06:15] [SPEAKER_06]: That's like the first one.

[00:06:16] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, but it's also the second one.

[00:06:18] [SPEAKER_04]: Eventually, the curse gets passed to a pop star named Sky who we follow through the remainder of the film.

[00:06:25] [SPEAKER_04]: Now, this concept is not terrible.

[00:06:28] [SPEAKER_04]: And a lot of the scenes are effective.

[00:06:30] [SPEAKER_04]: And the closet scene with the group of smiling dancers was very entertaining.

[00:06:36] [SPEAKER_06]: So entertaining.

[00:06:37] [SPEAKER_04]: I could watch that scene a few times in a row and it's quite good.

[00:06:42] [SPEAKER_04]: But the constant barrage of bad CGI and the two plus hour runtime took this film that could have been very good and turned it into a rage.

[00:06:55] [SPEAKER_04]: It was just too damned long.

[00:06:58] [SPEAKER_04]: There was some really good stuff in this.

[00:07:00] [SPEAKER_04]: And man, that was some bad CGI.

[00:07:02] [SPEAKER_04]: I hate CGI blood.

[00:07:04] [SPEAKER_04]: It takes me right out of the movie.

[00:07:07] [SPEAKER_04]: And I don't know what that weird CGI beastie thing at the end was.

[00:07:11] [SPEAKER_04]: But it looked terrible.

[00:07:14] [SPEAKER_04]: It just, it gets you to the point where it didn't matter what they did in this movie.

[00:07:18] [SPEAKER_04]: With all that other CGI crap and the two plus hours, you can't do anything but rage about it.

[00:07:23] [SPEAKER_04]: Because it was just so bad.

[00:07:27] [SPEAKER_04]: Why couldn't you put some practical effects and just edit the hell out of this?

[00:07:30] [SPEAKER_04]: Did we really need this to be two hours and seven?

[00:07:32] [SPEAKER_04]: Did we really need all these extended performances?

[00:07:36] [SPEAKER_04]: And it just, it just went on and on and on.

[00:07:40] [SPEAKER_04]: And it could have been good.

[00:07:41] [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, and by the way, I watched this in 40X.

[00:07:44] [SPEAKER_04]: Nice.

[00:07:45] [SPEAKER_04]: Wow.

[00:07:46] [SPEAKER_04]: But not.

[00:07:46] [SPEAKER_04]: Sweet.

[00:07:47] [SPEAKER_04]: But not, or no, is it 40X?

[00:07:49] [SPEAKER_04]: No, not 40X.

[00:07:52] [SPEAKER_04]: No, no, no, no, no.

[00:07:53] [SPEAKER_04]: The one that's, the one that's not the one where you're on a ride.

[00:07:56] [SPEAKER_04]: But you're in the individual seat that kind of moves a little bit.

[00:08:00] [SPEAKER_04]: Not the one that really throws you around.

[00:08:02] [SPEAKER_04]: There's two of them.

[00:08:03] [SPEAKER_06]: Not the one that, like, caused me whiplash.

[00:08:05] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, not that one.

[00:08:06] [SPEAKER_04]: The one that's like, it's the baby one.

[00:08:08] [SPEAKER_06]: It's a gentle anal pumping.

[00:08:11] [SPEAKER_04]: No, there's no anal pumping.

[00:08:13] [SPEAKER_06]: Wasn't there, like, vibration on your buttocks?

[00:08:15] [SPEAKER_04]: Well, there was some vibration.

[00:08:17] [SPEAKER_06]: There you go.

[00:08:17] [SPEAKER_06]: So it had some.

[00:08:18] [SPEAKER_04]: But anyways, I watched it in it.

[00:08:19] [SPEAKER_04]: And you know why?

[00:08:20] [SPEAKER_04]: Because I got, like, for some reason, it was cheaper to do it that way.

[00:08:23] [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, nice.

[00:08:24] [SPEAKER_04]: I went to buy a ticket.

[00:08:25] [SPEAKER_04]: It was like eight bucks.

[00:08:26] [SPEAKER_04]: I was like, really?

[00:08:27] [SPEAKER_04]: What?

[00:08:27] [SPEAKER_04]: Eight bucks for that?

[00:08:28] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, it was like 10 bucks for that.

[00:08:30] [SPEAKER_04]: So it had to be some sort of promotion or something.

[00:08:32] [SPEAKER_04]: But I was the only one sitting in those red seats.

[00:08:35] [SPEAKER_04]: You know how you go to the theater?

[00:08:36] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:08:36] [SPEAKER_04]: By the way, halfway through the movie, I almost moved to a regular seat.

[00:08:40] [SPEAKER_04]: And then I'm like.

[00:08:40] [SPEAKER_04]: Of course you did.

[00:08:41] [SPEAKER_04]: But then I'm like, you know what?

[00:08:42] [SPEAKER_04]: I paid eight bucks.

[00:08:43] [SPEAKER_04]: I paid eight bucks for this.

[00:08:44] [SPEAKER_04]: Let's go.

[00:08:45] [SPEAKER_06]: This almost changes your rating to a man.

[00:08:48] [SPEAKER_04]: No, it doesn't.

[00:08:49] [SPEAKER_04]: It's still a rage.

[00:08:50] [SPEAKER_06]: Okay.

[00:08:51] [SPEAKER_06]: Too long.

[00:08:51] [SPEAKER_06]: Let me tell you about.

[00:08:52] [SPEAKER_06]: There's some good stuff in it, though.

[00:08:54] [SPEAKER_06]: Smile 2.

[00:08:55] [SPEAKER_06]: Or Smile 2.

[00:08:56] [SPEAKER_04]: And I like Raul Castillo.

[00:08:58] [SPEAKER_04]: I think he should be more stuff.

[00:08:59] [SPEAKER_04]: As Darius.

[00:09:01] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:09:02] [SPEAKER_04]: But I digress.

[00:09:04] [SPEAKER_04]: Go ahead, Jim.

[00:09:05] [SPEAKER_06]: So Smile 2.

[00:09:08] [SPEAKER_06]: Or better yet.

[00:09:10] [SPEAKER_06]: Smile 2.

[00:09:11] [SPEAKER_06]: Brought to you by the frying providers of the most delicious bottled water, Voss.

[00:09:17] [SPEAKER_06]: That's right.

[00:09:18] [SPEAKER_06]: Smile 2.

[00:09:19] [SPEAKER_06]: Voss Water 2.

[00:09:21] [SPEAKER_04]: Is Voss Water a real thing?

[00:09:22] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:09:23] [SPEAKER_06]: It's a real thing.

[00:09:24] [SPEAKER_04]: I didn't even know that.

[00:09:25] [SPEAKER_04]: I'm Googling that right now because I don't even believe you.

[00:09:28] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:09:28] [SPEAKER_06]: It's a thing.

[00:09:29] [SPEAKER_06]: So the music is almost like a separate character in this film.

[00:09:34] [SPEAKER_06]: The intensity of the music along with the volume at times drives this film.

[00:09:38] [SPEAKER_06]: On top of that, the gore in this.

[00:09:41] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:09:41] [SPEAKER_06]: I know.

[00:09:42] [SPEAKER_06]: And they had it in every single scene.

[00:09:44] [SPEAKER_06]: It's expensive.

[00:09:45] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:09:46] [SPEAKER_06]: That was the reason it was in there.

[00:09:48] [SPEAKER_06]: Why the hell would anybody buy this?

[00:09:49] [SPEAKER_06]: Because they have more money than brains.

[00:09:52] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh my God.

[00:09:52] [SPEAKER_06]: It's water.

[00:09:53] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:09:53] [SPEAKER_06]: Exactly.

[00:09:54] [SPEAKER_06]: Can I finish now?

[00:09:56] [SPEAKER_04]: I guess.

[00:09:56] [SPEAKER_04]: But I'm just learning about Voss.

[00:09:59] [SPEAKER_04]: I'm on their website now.

[00:10:00] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:10:01] [SPEAKER_06]: Maybe you'll change your rating.

[00:10:02] [SPEAKER_04]: You can get sparkling or still.

[00:10:04] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:10:04] [SPEAKER_06]: Exactly.

[00:10:05] [SPEAKER_04]: Or you can get Voss Plus.

[00:10:06] [SPEAKER_04]: What's Voss Plus?

[00:10:07] [SPEAKER_06]: It's got extra stuff in it like minerals.

[00:10:10] [SPEAKER_04]: Voss Plus has Aquaman.

[00:10:12] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:10:13] [SPEAKER_04]: What's Aquaman?

[00:10:14] [SPEAKER_06]: It's like a flavoring, I guess.

[00:10:15] [SPEAKER_04]: I'm going to click on this and learn about Aquaman.

[00:10:17] [SPEAKER_06]: Well, can you hold on to that until I finish?

[00:10:18] [SPEAKER_04]: You know what?

[00:10:19] [SPEAKER_04]: You finish and I'm going to read about Aquaman because I don't really listen to you anyways.

[00:10:22] [SPEAKER_06]: I know.

[00:10:22] [SPEAKER_06]: For the most part.

[00:10:23] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, we know.

[00:10:23] [SPEAKER_06]: So on top of that, the gore in this is next level and sets the tone for the film right

[00:10:31] [SPEAKER_06]: from the first scene.

[00:10:33] [SPEAKER_06]: Then when we introduce our lead played by Naomi Scott, we get every scene with her with a

[00:10:41] [SPEAKER_06]: bottle of Voss in her hand.

[00:10:42] [SPEAKER_06]: This has some great suspense and takes the story from the first Smile movie in a couple of different

[00:10:49] [SPEAKER_06]: places, which takes me to one of my first problems.

[00:10:53] [SPEAKER_06]: In the first one, it drives the infected person crazy with fear, but still keeps their communication

[00:11:00] [SPEAKER_06]: and ability to decipher things around them.

[00:11:02] [SPEAKER_06]: In this, though, it keeps you in this space that from the entire movie, our lead is clueless

[00:11:10] [SPEAKER_06]: to everyone and everything.

[00:11:11] [SPEAKER_06]: And by the end, you really don't know what actually happens in the movie right up until

[00:11:16] [SPEAKER_06]: the very end, which I guess is a twist.

[00:11:19] [SPEAKER_06]: But I found a distraction with these change, and I'm going to put in heavy quotes, rules

[00:11:25] [SPEAKER_06]: of engagement.

[00:11:26] [SPEAKER_06]: On top of that, here again, we get another 20 slash 30 something lead who is completely

[00:11:33] [SPEAKER_06]: annoying and unlikable from moment one in the movie.

[00:11:36] [SPEAKER_06]: And don't get any more likable throughout the entire film.

[00:11:44] [SPEAKER_06]: This person from the moment you meet them to the moment this film ends, they're not

[00:11:48] [SPEAKER_06]: likable whatsoever.

[00:11:49] [SPEAKER_06]: Then you have a bunch of storylines kind of thrown in, which I think are to build their

[00:11:55] [SPEAKER_06]: character, but they all just go unfinished, like her dead boyfriend and the dude who is

[00:12:01] [SPEAKER_06]: supposed to kill her to stop the demon and her best friend, etc, etc.

[00:12:06] [SPEAKER_06]: And then to top it all off, we have a two hour and seven minute sequel that we already, at

[00:12:14] [SPEAKER_06]: least I thought, knew our demon about already.

[00:12:17] [SPEAKER_06]: So we did not need to introduce anything too complex to make this over two hours.

[00:12:25] [SPEAKER_06]: This is way too long at two hours and one second with an unlikable character.

[00:12:33] [SPEAKER_06]: But the music, the jump scares, the horror, the suspense, the gore, and the scene with the

[00:12:40] [SPEAKER_06]: dancers in her closet kept this to a slightly fairly okay meh for me.

[00:12:46] [SPEAKER_06]: I didn't hate it as much as you.

[00:12:48] [SPEAKER_06]: But I, if I would tell people, I would wait till this came out on streaming.

[00:12:52] [SPEAKER_06]: I wouldn't, if knowing that not everybody has the same level of money that Bryce and

[00:12:57] [SPEAKER_06]: I have to spend on movies, I would save your money or go rewatch Terrifier 3 again and

[00:13:03] [SPEAKER_06]: wait till this one comes out on rental.

[00:13:05] [SPEAKER_04]: So back to Voss.

[00:13:06] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, okay.

[00:13:07] [SPEAKER_06]: Of course.

[00:13:08] [SPEAKER_04]: I'm reading about their water on online here and I'm actually on their website and they've

[00:13:13] [SPEAKER_04]: got like, they got like type or well, not typos, but like spelling mistakes in their

[00:13:18] [SPEAKER_04]: website, like bad grammar.

[00:13:20] [SPEAKER_06]: But aren't they not a English speaking company?

[00:13:23] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, they are.

[00:13:24] [SPEAKER_04]: So I don't think they are.

[00:13:25] [SPEAKER_06]: Head office of Voss is where?

[00:13:27] [SPEAKER_04]: Is in Newark, New Jersey.

[00:13:29] [SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.

[00:13:31] [SPEAKER_04]: Because it's from another country.

[00:13:31] [SPEAKER_04]: Okay.

[00:13:32] [SPEAKER_04]: Let me find out.

[00:13:33] [SPEAKER_04]: But before I find out, I don't think.

[00:13:35] [SPEAKER_04]: Save that to the later.

[00:13:36] [SPEAKER_04]: I think our listeners want to be in suspense.

[00:13:38] [SPEAKER_04]: With Voss plus Aquaman, okay, get the same crisp, refreshing taste you love, but with

[00:13:43] [SPEAKER_04]: a trace amount of minerals and electrolytes to help take your farther.

[00:13:49] [SPEAKER_04]: That's what it says.

[00:13:50] [SPEAKER_04]: Nice.

[00:13:50] [SPEAKER_04]: Not you farther.

[00:13:52] [SPEAKER_04]: You know what?

[00:13:52] [SPEAKER_04]: Your farther.

[00:13:53] [SPEAKER_06]: Be careful because this website may be possessed by a demon just like the movie Smile 2.

[00:13:59] [SPEAKER_04]: How could they have a bad grammar like that on here?

[00:14:04] [SPEAKER_04]: What's going on?

[00:14:05] [SPEAKER_06]: Because maybe English is their second language.

[00:14:07] [SPEAKER_04]: I don't think it is.

[00:14:08] [SPEAKER_04]: Well, you know what?

[00:14:09] [SPEAKER_06]: Save that for later in the episode.

[00:14:11] [SPEAKER_06]: Because we're going to move on.

[00:14:12] [SPEAKER_04]: No, I got to find out where they're from now.

[00:14:14] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, well, you can do that while I'm talking.

[00:14:16] [SPEAKER_06]: So again, close your app about Voss.

[00:14:19] [SPEAKER_06]: I've already made enough points about Voss in my review.

[00:14:23] [SPEAKER_06]: They're not also paying us.

[00:14:25] [SPEAKER_04]: Wow.

[00:14:25] [SPEAKER_04]: Why would anybody buy it?

[00:14:26] [SPEAKER_04]: You get like a six pack for like 35 bucks.

[00:14:29] [SPEAKER_04]: A six pack of water for 35 bucks.

[00:14:31] [SPEAKER_04]: That's insane.

[00:14:31] [SPEAKER_06]: Because it's the most delicious water, apparently.

[00:14:34] [SPEAKER_04]: I actually kind of feel like I need to order some just to see.

[00:14:37] [SPEAKER_06]: Well, you know, while I'm talking about the next movie we're going to talk about, why don't

[00:14:41] [SPEAKER_06]: you go on Amazon and order a case of...

[00:14:44] [SPEAKER_06]: Here we go.

[00:14:45] [SPEAKER_06]: And purchase.

[00:14:46] [SPEAKER_06]: Have the one that's got Aquaman or whatever.

[00:14:49] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, no.

[00:14:49] [SPEAKER_04]: I'm totally getting the Aquaman one.

[00:14:50] [SPEAKER_04]: Why wouldn't you?

[00:14:51] [SPEAKER_06]: Toes.

[00:14:52] [SPEAKER_04]: You're going to get Voss.

[00:14:53] [SPEAKER_04]: You got to get the good stuff.

[00:14:55] [SPEAKER_06]: Aquamatize.

[00:14:55] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:14:56] [SPEAKER_06]: All right.

[00:14:56] [SPEAKER_06]: So we live in time, which we've already talked about.

[00:15:00] [SPEAKER_06]: We got Pew Pew and Drew Drew together in a love story where it is moments of time captured

[00:15:08] [SPEAKER_06]: in memory.

[00:15:08] [SPEAKER_06]: So they are not all in order.

[00:15:11] [SPEAKER_06]: We bounce around between when they meet and special times that in comparison to your

[00:15:19] [SPEAKER_06]: own life, that kind of seem like the real moments you cherish and stand out as spectacular

[00:15:26] [SPEAKER_06]: and times you never forget.

[00:15:27] [SPEAKER_06]: It bounces a lot until we get to a certain moment in time that we live in.

[00:15:35] [SPEAKER_06]: Maybe.

[00:15:37] [SPEAKER_06]: Then the story stays pretty linear.

[00:15:39] [SPEAKER_06]: I wasn't knowing what to expect from this film, but from the trailer, you know that Florence

[00:15:45] [SPEAKER_06]: Pew has cancer.

[00:15:46] [SPEAKER_06]: So I expected I was going to be bawling my eyes out for most of this movie.

[00:15:50] [SPEAKER_06]: But to my surprise, it wasn't like that.

[00:15:53] [SPEAKER_06]: Not at all.

[00:15:54] [SPEAKER_06]: The love story was real.

[00:15:55] [SPEAKER_06]: The characters were real.

[00:15:56] [SPEAKER_06]: The memories were sometimes light, sometimes sexy, sometimes not exciting at all.

[00:16:02] [SPEAKER_06]: But that is kind of how love and memories are when it comes to feeling things from your

[00:16:08] [SPEAKER_06]: past.

[00:16:08] [SPEAKER_06]: This is a film that you really get to feel this relationship in all its ups and downs,

[00:16:14] [SPEAKER_06]: but mostly the ups.

[00:16:15] [SPEAKER_06]: You find out early that Pew Pew has cancer and you know from how she reacts and how Drew

[00:16:23] [SPEAKER_06]: Drew responds that there is not going to be a happy ending.

[00:16:29] [SPEAKER_06]: It's not very often a story that you kind of know the ending and you kind of know it's

[00:16:36] [SPEAKER_06]: going to be sad.

[00:16:38] [SPEAKER_06]: Makes you feel satisfied no matter how the outcome is.

[00:16:42] [SPEAKER_06]: Traditional rom-coms, this is not because it does not follow that formula.

[00:16:47] [SPEAKER_06]: You know the formula of rom-coms that all the people are stupid and most times everybody's

[00:16:52] [SPEAKER_06]: unlikable.

[00:16:53] [SPEAKER_06]: In this one, all the characters are completely likable.

[00:16:56] [SPEAKER_06]: And no, Bryce, it is not like past lives.

[00:17:00] [SPEAKER_06]: It's kind of more like marriage story.

[00:17:02] [SPEAKER_06]: Except in this one, there is no divorce.

[00:17:05] [SPEAKER_06]: No, it's more like marriage story, but no divorce.

[00:17:08] [SPEAKER_06]: It's like that too.

[00:17:08] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:17:08] [SPEAKER_04]: It's marriage story without the divorce.

[00:17:10] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:17:10] [SPEAKER_06]: It's marriage story without the divorce.

[00:17:11] [SPEAKER_04]: Which if we're to break it down is kind of like past lives.

[00:17:14] [SPEAKER_06]: No, because there's, yeah, no, but the characters are fantastic.

[00:17:19] [SPEAKER_06]: I have no problem.

[00:17:19] [SPEAKER_06]: The chemistry of these two brilliant actors lets us feel their story and also helped me

[00:17:26] [SPEAKER_06]: feel that this film was Mondo.

[00:17:28] [SPEAKER_06]: I love this film.

[00:17:29] [SPEAKER_06]: It was, um, yeah, it's, I was in love with these characters and I couldn't get them out

[00:17:36] [SPEAKER_06]: of my head.

[00:17:37] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:17:37] [SPEAKER_04]: I didn't have that as much of affection as you did for this movie.

[00:17:41] [SPEAKER_04]: Um, having said that the, the way that they bounced around from time to time, I actually

[00:17:48] [SPEAKER_04]: thought was effective.

[00:17:50] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:17:50] [SPEAKER_06]: It was really effective.

[00:17:52] [SPEAKER_04]: The performances are what absolutely drives this movie though.

[00:17:56] [SPEAKER_04]: If you were to take two other people and put them in this movie, I'm not sure it's

[00:17:59] [SPEAKER_04]: quite as good, but Garfield and Pew are at their best.

[00:18:04] [SPEAKER_04]: And the, you definitely genuinely do care about these two.

[00:18:10] [SPEAKER_04]: And the end is, you know, bittersweet.

[00:18:15] [SPEAKER_04]: I love the ending.

[00:18:16] [SPEAKER_06]: The ending, like it should have been like, that's what I think I liked so much about it

[00:18:20] [SPEAKER_06]: is because when the ending happens and we're not going to give any spoilers here, but when

[00:18:25] [SPEAKER_06]: the ending happens, you're still happy because you've been so invested in these characters.

[00:18:31] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:18:32] [SPEAKER_04]: As I say, um, the whole thing just rides on the shoulders of those two though.

[00:18:36] [SPEAKER_04]: Um, they, they drive this thing from, from the start.

[00:18:40] [SPEAKER_04]: And I, I honestly think that that's the reason why I enjoyed it.

[00:18:43] [SPEAKER_04]: I don't know that I would have enjoyed.

[00:18:46] [SPEAKER_04]: And it's a, it's weird.

[00:18:48] [SPEAKER_04]: Them bouncing back and forth through time saves it a little for me because if I would have

[00:18:55] [SPEAKER_04]: seen this story straight forward through, it was, it was very paint by numbers.

[00:19:00] [SPEAKER_04]: There wasn't anything super shocking in it.

[00:19:03] [SPEAKER_04]: I don't think it would have been as effective for me.

[00:19:06] [SPEAKER_04]: Uh, but what at the end of the day, I enjoyed it.

[00:19:10] [SPEAKER_04]: Um, I really enjoyed the performances.

[00:19:12] [SPEAKER_04]: I think everybody, anybody that likes this type of movie see this because these two are

[00:19:19] [SPEAKER_04]: really, really good in it, but it was meh.

[00:19:23] [SPEAKER_06]: All right.

[00:19:23] [SPEAKER_06]: Well, I mean, it was also not for my wife.

[00:19:27] [SPEAKER_06]: I thought she was going to like this one.

[00:19:29] [SPEAKER_05]: I don't think, I couldn't see her liking it.

[00:19:32] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:19:32] [SPEAKER_06]: It's, um, I mean, she's not like, she's not like rom-coms though at all.

[00:19:36] [SPEAKER_06]: Like she hates rom-coms.

[00:19:38] [SPEAKER_06]: This wasn't really a rom-com.

[00:19:39] [SPEAKER_06]: No, it's not.

[00:19:40] [SPEAKER_06]: It's a, it's a, it's a straightforward romance.

[00:19:42] [SPEAKER_06]: It's a straightforward romance, but also at the same time it like, to me, it just helped

[00:19:48] [SPEAKER_06]: me.

[00:19:48] [SPEAKER_04]: It was basically past lives.

[00:19:50] [SPEAKER_06]: It was.

[00:19:51] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:19:51] [SPEAKER_06]: You know what?

[00:19:52] [SPEAKER_06]: Let's face it.

[00:19:53] [SPEAKER_06]: It really is.

[00:19:54] [SPEAKER_04]: But not as good.

[00:19:55] [SPEAKER_06]: But yeah, exactly.

[00:19:56] [SPEAKER_06]: All right.

[00:19:57] [SPEAKER_06]: Well, the movie that I've been waiting forever to find out what Bryce thinks about.

[00:20:02] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:20:02] [SPEAKER_04]: What?

[00:20:02] [SPEAKER_06]: Rumors?

[00:20:03] [SPEAKER_06]: Rumors.

[00:20:06] [SPEAKER_06]: All right.

[00:20:07] [SPEAKER_06]: Rumors.

[00:20:08] [SPEAKER_06]: Uh, go.

[00:20:09] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, wait.

[00:20:09] [SPEAKER_06]: Before you say anything.

[00:20:10] [SPEAKER_06]: Yes.

[00:20:10] [SPEAKER_06]: Just so people know, we did not see any movies together.

[00:20:15] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:20:15] [SPEAKER_04]: We have no idea what we thought of this.

[00:20:16] [SPEAKER_06]: Nothing.

[00:20:17] [SPEAKER_06]: At all.

[00:20:18] [SPEAKER_04]: I don't know what Jim's going to say.

[00:20:20] [SPEAKER_04]: He hasn't agreed to anything.

[00:20:20] [SPEAKER_04]: Because there was no discussion whatsoever before these.

[00:20:23] [SPEAKER_04]: Uh, yeah.

[00:20:23] [SPEAKER_04]: Rumors.

[00:20:24] [SPEAKER_04]: Guy Madden films are always creative.

[00:20:26] [SPEAKER_04]: And while Rumors fits that description, it didn't quite measure up to previous works

[00:20:33] [SPEAKER_04]: such as, uh, Brand Upon the Brain, which I loved.

[00:20:38] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:20:38] [SPEAKER_04]: Uh, whatever.

[00:20:39] [SPEAKER_04]: My Winnipeg.

[00:20:40] [SPEAKER_04]: Awesome.

[00:20:41] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh my God.

[00:20:41] [SPEAKER_06]: So good.

[00:20:42] [SPEAKER_04]: So good.

[00:20:42] [SPEAKER_04]: Still, this was a well-acted and very amusing satirical look at world politics.

[00:20:47] [SPEAKER_04]: The whole thing takes place at a G7 conference where the world leaders experience, for lack

[00:20:55] [SPEAKER_04]: of a better, uh, expression, uh, zombies and a giant brain in the middle of the woods.

[00:21:01] [SPEAKER_04]: Why is the brain there?

[00:21:04] [SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.

[00:21:05] [SPEAKER_04]: What is its function?

[00:21:07] [SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.

[00:21:10] [SPEAKER_04]: Is the film better because it's there?

[00:21:14] [SPEAKER_04]: Absolutely.

[00:21:15] [SPEAKER_04]: The film is a pleasant fever dream that is definitely making a clear statement about the folly of

[00:21:22] [SPEAKER_04]: man and the inner workings of those in power.

[00:21:29] [SPEAKER_04]: And maybe some people that are in power, maybe aren't qualified to lead and the nonsense that

[00:21:36] [SPEAKER_04]: they prioritize, you know, in this movie, such as maybe making the perfect speech as the world

[00:21:43] [SPEAKER_04]: seems to be in imminent peril.

[00:21:45] [SPEAKER_04]: Uh, but mostly this was a fun, absurd ride.

[00:21:49] [SPEAKER_04]: I really, really enjoyed this.

[00:21:52] [SPEAKER_04]: It's not quite a mondo and maybe it's not a mondo because I'm comparing it to previous works by

[00:21:57] [SPEAKER_04]: man.

[00:21:58] [SPEAKER_04]: No, I don't think so, but I really enjoyed it.

[00:22:02] [SPEAKER_04]: I liked it a lot.

[00:22:03] [SPEAKER_04]: If you like just absurdity, it's good.

[00:22:07] [SPEAKER_04]: It's there's, there isn't a dull moment in it.

[00:22:09] [SPEAKER_04]: It's just not quite up to what he's done in the past, which I almost have too high expectations

[00:22:17] [SPEAKER_04]: going into his films because he's, because he's got such a unique vision.

[00:22:20] [SPEAKER_06]: You just have an expectation.

[00:22:21] [SPEAKER_04]: The movie is going to be great, but it was a high math.

[00:22:24] [SPEAKER_04]: I actually really did enjoy this.

[00:22:26] [SPEAKER_06]: All right.

[00:22:26] [SPEAKER_06]: Well, um, he's got like a look on his face.

[00:22:30] [SPEAKER_06]: What's that look mean?

[00:22:30] [SPEAKER_06]: Murray tired.

[00:22:32] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, the tired look.

[00:22:33] [SPEAKER_06]: I didn't see this.

[00:22:34] [SPEAKER_05]: Oh, okay.

[00:22:35] [SPEAKER_04]: Um, but now that you know that there's a giant brain in the woods, don't you want to see it?

[00:22:39] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:22:39] [SPEAKER_05]: No, the scene I saw there in the middle of the woods, I didn't know what was going on.

[00:22:41] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:22:41] [SPEAKER_04]: That's a point.

[00:22:42] [SPEAKER_04]: Neither did I.

[00:22:43] [SPEAKER_04]: It didn't matter.

[00:22:45] [SPEAKER_05]: Full disclosure.

[00:22:45] [SPEAKER_05]: I would, I was going to go see it.

[00:22:47] [SPEAKER_05]: Full disclosure.

[00:22:48] [SPEAKER_05]: Just for Cate Blanchett.

[00:22:49] [SPEAKER_05]: I didn't even care what it was going on.

[00:22:50] [SPEAKER_04]: I would say that in half of this film, I didn't know what the hell was going on.

[00:22:53] [SPEAKER_04]: And that's what made it good.

[00:22:55] [SPEAKER_04]: I don't really enjoy that.

[00:22:56] [SPEAKER_06]: I don't enjoy that.

[00:22:57] [SPEAKER_06]: All right.

[00:22:57] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:22:57] [SPEAKER_06]: So then you would not have enjoyed this, Murray, at all.

[00:23:00] [SPEAKER_06]: Just so you know.

[00:23:01] [SPEAKER_06]: Political satire of the G7 summit in Germany, where there is some pretty hilarious situations

[00:23:11] [SPEAKER_06]: that happen.

[00:23:12] [SPEAKER_06]: And the dialogue or our leaders and intentions are not always expected for what we should

[00:23:20] [SPEAKER_06]: expect from leaders of the free world.

[00:23:22] [SPEAKER_06]: They say catch phrases like global warming and humanity and sexual predators and such.

[00:23:30] [SPEAKER_06]: But shit goes wrong somehow.

[00:23:33] [SPEAKER_06]: And we get 2000 year old masturbating zombies like creatures that explode and a giant brain

[00:23:40] [SPEAKER_06]: and an AI system to catch sexual predators.

[00:23:44] [SPEAKER_05]: Yes.

[00:23:44] [SPEAKER_06]: All the while, nothing truly makes sense.

[00:23:47] [SPEAKER_06]: No.

[00:23:48] [SPEAKER_06]: And everything is in chaos.

[00:23:50] [SPEAKER_06]: The one thing they got right, though, was Canadian prime minister who is a womanizing

[00:23:57] [SPEAKER_06]: whiny bitch and a president of the US who falls asleep a lot.

[00:24:01] [SPEAKER_06]: Ultimately, the message is not very clear.

[00:24:03] [SPEAKER_06]: The production is very amateurish at times.

[00:24:06] [SPEAKER_06]: And I'm going to put this in heavy quotes.

[00:24:08] [SPEAKER_06]: Canadian made for TV looking.

[00:24:10] [SPEAKER_02]: Really?

[00:24:11] [SPEAKER_06]: And of course.

[00:24:12] [SPEAKER_02]: I like the look.

[00:24:12] [SPEAKER_06]: And of course, Cate Blanchett is not German and neither is her accent.

[00:24:17] [SPEAKER_06]: She speaks German.

[00:24:17] [SPEAKER_02]: Who cares?

[00:24:18] [SPEAKER_06]: So that it that case.

[00:24:20] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:24:20] [SPEAKER_06]: No, I did because it was annoying me.

[00:24:22] [SPEAKER_06]: But you know what?

[00:24:23] [SPEAKER_06]: It was weird enough that I didn't hate it.

[00:24:25] [SPEAKER_06]: Although.

[00:24:28] [SPEAKER_06]: Nothing else.

[00:24:30] [SPEAKER_06]: I should say if nothing else.

[00:24:33] [SPEAKER_06]: They did an accurate portrayal of my prime minister and the exploding masturbating scenes

[00:24:39] [SPEAKER_06]: were definitely worth the price of admission.

[00:24:42] [SPEAKER_06]: In my case, I like those better than the giant brain.

[00:24:44] [SPEAKER_06]: But you know what?

[00:24:45] [SPEAKER_06]: If you got a giant brain, it's not going to take away from the movie.

[00:24:48] [SPEAKER_06]: It's just going to add to it.

[00:24:49] [SPEAKER_06]: So this was a very weird film that had no real focus whatsoever.

[00:24:56] [SPEAKER_06]: But there is a lot of message that's given here.

[00:24:59] [SPEAKER_06]: I just don't think they did a very good, clear job of presenting what the message actually is.

[00:25:04] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:25:05] [SPEAKER_04]: That's why it was good.

[00:25:06] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:25:06] [SPEAKER_06]: No.

[00:25:07] [SPEAKER_06]: I think the wackiness was what was made it good-ish, but it was not a great movie.

[00:25:14] [SPEAKER_06]: It wasn't a good movie.

[00:25:15] [SPEAKER_06]: No, it wasn't a great movie.

[00:25:16] [SPEAKER_06]: It was a likable movie.

[00:25:17] [SPEAKER_04]: It was a very good movie.

[00:25:18] [SPEAKER_06]: Because the weird made it fun.

[00:25:20] [SPEAKER_04]: There you go.

[00:25:21] [SPEAKER_04]: So sorry.

[00:25:21] [SPEAKER_04]: What was it?

[00:25:22] [SPEAKER_04]: It was meh.

[00:25:22] [SPEAKER_06]: It was meh.

[00:25:23] [SPEAKER_06]: There's apparently that's meh.

[00:25:25] [SPEAKER_06]: The only thing we agree on so far.

[00:25:27] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:25:28] [SPEAKER_04]: We agree on this one, but in different ways.

[00:25:30] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:25:31] [SPEAKER_06]: Well, still, we like the weirdness.

[00:25:33] [SPEAKER_06]: We still like the weirdness.

[00:25:34] [SPEAKER_06]: I did.

[00:25:35] [SPEAKER_06]: Okay.

[00:25:35] [SPEAKER_06]: So, but did you not love the exploding masturbating 2,000-year-old zombie creatures?

[00:25:40] [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, all that stuff was good.

[00:25:41] [SPEAKER_06]: Right?

[00:25:41] [SPEAKER_06]: I mean, I've never seen a zombie that explodes once it masturbates.

[00:25:45] [SPEAKER_04]: It was just, there was just so much.

[00:25:47] [SPEAKER_04]: Or why it was masturbating in the first time.

[00:25:48] [SPEAKER_04]: Well, that's the whole thing.

[00:25:48] [SPEAKER_04]: There's so much like, you're looking at the screen and you're like, what the hell is going on?

[00:25:54] [SPEAKER_04]: And then the scene ends and you're like, well, I'm glad I watched that scene, but I still don't know what's going on.

[00:25:59] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:26:00] [SPEAKER_06]: Like, what exactly was I supposed to be knowing from this?

[00:26:03] [SPEAKER_04]: And that's why I liked it.

[00:26:05] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:26:06] [SPEAKER_06]: Well, I didn't love, like it as much as you, but I didn't hate it either.

[00:26:10] [SPEAKER_06]: There you go.

[00:26:11] [SPEAKER_04]: It was meh.

[00:26:11] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, it was meh.

[00:26:13] [SPEAKER_06]: All right.

[00:26:14] [SPEAKER_06]: Goodrich.

[00:26:17] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:26:18] [SPEAKER_06]: Just a quick question.

[00:26:20] [SPEAKER_06]: If it's Mr. Mom 2, but he's 70 years old.

[00:26:25] [SPEAKER_06]: Does that actually make this Mr. Grandpa or Mr. Grandpa Goodrich Mom?

[00:26:31] [SPEAKER_06]: Just so I put that out there.

[00:26:33] [SPEAKER_06]: Just a question.

[00:26:34] [SPEAKER_06]: Just asking.

[00:26:35] [SPEAKER_02]: All right.

[00:26:35] [SPEAKER_06]: No one?

[00:26:36] [SPEAKER_06]: No nothing?

[00:26:37] [SPEAKER_06]: No.

[00:26:37] [SPEAKER_06]: From nobody?

[00:26:37] [SPEAKER_06]: Okay.

[00:26:39] [SPEAKER_06]: Okay.

[00:26:39] [SPEAKER_06]: So this story basically writes itself in that it is a story we have heard a million times

[00:26:44] [SPEAKER_06]: before.

[00:26:45] [SPEAKER_06]: Deadbeat dad who's a workaholic who had an older daughter but was never there for her and

[00:26:51] [SPEAKER_06]: his current wife also never there for her.

[00:26:54] [SPEAKER_06]: So he checks into a rehab.

[00:26:56] [SPEAKER_06]: So she checks into a rehab and leaves him.

[00:26:59] [SPEAKER_06]: So he has to take care of his two kids.

[00:27:01] [SPEAKER_06]: Sounds like a plot we've seen a hundred million times before.

[00:27:04] [SPEAKER_06]: His business is failing.

[00:27:06] [SPEAKER_06]: So blah, blah, blah, blah story that has nothing new to offer anything and has a cast of TV

[00:27:13] [SPEAKER_06]: actors that help it feel more like a made for TV concept that it is.

[00:27:19] [SPEAKER_06]: It felt like I watched a whole first season of this family drama TV series.

[00:27:23] [SPEAKER_06]: I got bored about halfway in and kept hoping it would end.

[00:27:27] [SPEAKER_06]: The only thing that was missing was insert commercial here.

[00:27:31] [SPEAKER_06]: Plus, did anyone else think this was the most LA woke movie they had ever seen in their entire

[00:27:38] [SPEAKER_06]: life?

[00:27:38] [SPEAKER_06]: Because that's what it felt like to me.

[00:27:40] [SPEAKER_06]: It was like they had to include every single woke reference of everything that ever existed

[00:27:45] [SPEAKER_06]: and it's made in LA so it kind of fits.

[00:27:48] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh yeah, this also wasn't funny at all.

[00:27:50] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm sorry, Mr. Batman, Grandpa, Dad, Mom, but this is a rage for me.

[00:27:54] [SPEAKER_06]: I hated this movie.

[00:27:55] [SPEAKER_06]: Sorry, Murray.

[00:27:56] [SPEAKER_05]: I'm sad.

[00:27:59] [SPEAKER_05]: I really am.

[00:27:59] [SPEAKER_05]: You shouldn't be sad.

[00:28:00] [SPEAKER_05]: I am.

[00:28:01] [SPEAKER_05]: I'm really sad.

[00:28:02] [SPEAKER_05]: Why?

[00:28:03] [SPEAKER_05]: Why are you sad?

[00:28:03] [SPEAKER_05]: Because I think you should have given more of a chance.

[00:28:05] [SPEAKER_06]: Well, what could I give the chance for?

[00:28:07] [SPEAKER_06]: I don't know.

[00:28:07] [SPEAKER_06]: Well, tell me why I should have given you the chance.

[00:28:09] [SPEAKER_05]: I think maybe you went into it not wanting to like it anyway.

[00:28:11] [SPEAKER_06]: No, I mean, I've been pleasantly surprised.

[00:28:13] [SPEAKER_04]: I don't go in wanting to like it.

[00:28:15] [SPEAKER_05]: I want to like it.

[00:28:16] [SPEAKER_05]: I just.

[00:28:16] [SPEAKER_05]: Anyway.

[00:28:19] [SPEAKER_05]: Not surprisingly, I have the complete opposite opinion.

[00:28:22] [SPEAKER_06]: Nice.

[00:28:23] [SPEAKER_06]: Wait a minute though.

[00:28:24] [SPEAKER_06]: You do love TV stuff.

[00:28:26] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I'm a TV kid.

[00:28:28] [SPEAKER_05]: There you go.

[00:28:29] [SPEAKER_05]: I grew up watching TV.

[00:28:30] [SPEAKER_05]: I actually watch TV to this date.

[00:28:32] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.

[00:28:32] [SPEAKER_05]: I actually own a TV where I watch TV stations.

[00:28:36] [SPEAKER_05]: Yes.

[00:28:36] [SPEAKER_05]: I don't have a million streaming services.

[00:28:38] [SPEAKER_05]: Yes.

[00:28:40] [SPEAKER_05]: If life isn't kicking your ass, it's not doing its job.

[00:28:46] [SPEAKER_05]: This is a line from the film and pretty much sums up my life completely.

[00:28:53] [SPEAKER_05]: I've had half a century of life kicking my ass.

[00:28:58] [SPEAKER_05]: Sometimes on a daily basis.

[00:29:00] [SPEAKER_05]: I've gotten pretty good at picking myself up after life knocks me down.

[00:29:04] [SPEAKER_05]: Luckily, I have people like Jim Evans in my life when it happens these days.

[00:29:12] [SPEAKER_05]: You both know how much I like Michael Keaton.

[00:29:16] [SPEAKER_05]: I don't even know if there's a movie of his that I didn't like.

[00:29:20] [SPEAKER_05]: So I expected to like this film.

[00:29:23] [SPEAKER_05]: What I was not prepared for was the emotional gut punch this film was going to deliver.

[00:29:31] [SPEAKER_05]: I instantly bonded with Goodrich, even though I don't have kids, nor do I want them.

[00:29:36] [SPEAKER_05]: It also made me a bit jealous of the relationship he had with both his grown-up daughter and the twin children that he has to raise when his second wife leaves.

[00:29:46] [SPEAKER_05]: It's obvious he spent his entire life putting his career and art gallery over his own family and is trying to reconcile that.

[00:29:54] [SPEAKER_05]: Much like real life, just when Goodrich deals with one crisis, another one pops up that he's not ready for.

[00:30:02] [SPEAKER_05]: The relationship with his adult and very pregnant daughter, played capably by Mila Kunis, was heart-wrenching.

[00:30:11] [SPEAKER_05]: I could see how hard he was trying.

[00:30:13] [SPEAKER_05]: It really made me wish I had a better father in my life.

[00:30:16] [SPEAKER_05]: But I digress.

[00:30:19] [SPEAKER_05]: I could honestly say I was completely engrossed in this story from the first moments.

[00:30:26] [SPEAKER_05]: And I found myself an emotional wreck at the end.

[00:30:31] [SPEAKER_05]: Oh, that's good.

[00:30:32] [SPEAKER_05]: I actually needed a few moments to compose myself before I could get up and leave.

[00:30:37] [SPEAKER_05]: Because I was freaking bawling.

[00:30:40] [SPEAKER_05]: This film was a decent met until the last half hour.

[00:30:46] [SPEAKER_05]: Keaton's performance alone, the last part of the film, made this one of the best films I've seen in a long time.

[00:30:54] [SPEAKER_05]: And a heartwarming mondo.

[00:30:57] [SPEAKER_05]: So there.

[00:30:58] [SPEAKER_05]: Nice.

[00:30:59] [SPEAKER_05]: I'm glad that...

[00:31:02] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm glad that...

[00:31:03] [SPEAKER_04]: I'm not going to say a lot about this film.

[00:31:05] [SPEAKER_04]: I mean, it is a movie that I've seen a hundred times before.

[00:31:10] [SPEAKER_04]: So?

[00:31:11] [SPEAKER_04]: And I'm not sure it was executed that well.

[00:31:15] [SPEAKER_04]: I also thought Mila Kunis' performance was just whiny and horrible.

[00:31:20] [SPEAKER_04]: I did not like her in this at all.

[00:31:23] [SPEAKER_04]: Michael Keaton was fine.

[00:31:25] [SPEAKER_04]: But this was not a great movie.

[00:31:30] [SPEAKER_04]: It wasn't even a good movie.

[00:31:32] [SPEAKER_04]: It was just such familiar territory and did nothing for me.

[00:31:39] [SPEAKER_04]: And the fact of the matter is, if you want to make something that's familiar territory, that's fine.

[00:31:45] [SPEAKER_04]: But it's got to affect me.

[00:31:48] [SPEAKER_04]: You know, they were going for the heartstrings and they didn't pluck one of mine.

[00:31:52] [SPEAKER_04]: This was a rage.

[00:31:53] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:31:54] [SPEAKER_05]: I don't know if you actually have a heart.

[00:31:55] [SPEAKER_06]: Well, so here's the thing.

[00:31:57] [SPEAKER_06]: Like, I am probably the first person that'll ball.

[00:32:00] [SPEAKER_06]: Plus, I have kids.

[00:32:01] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm also a grandparent.

[00:32:03] [SPEAKER_06]: So, you know...

[00:32:04] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I can't relate to anything about it.

[00:32:05] [SPEAKER_06]: No, I know.

[00:32:06] [SPEAKER_06]: You know what?

[00:32:07] [SPEAKER_06]: Here's the thing.

[00:32:08] [SPEAKER_06]: We all...

[00:32:09] [SPEAKER_06]: We all, like...

[00:32:10] [SPEAKER_06]: It obviously spoke to Marie in a way that it didn't speak to you and I.

[00:32:13] [SPEAKER_06]: Yep.

[00:32:14] [SPEAKER_06]: And you know what?

[00:32:15] [SPEAKER_06]: That's good.

[00:32:15] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm glad.

[00:32:16] [SPEAKER_06]: Because you know what?

[00:32:17] [SPEAKER_06]: I've had...

[00:32:17] [SPEAKER_06]: I would say two or three of those experiences this year for me.

[00:32:20] [SPEAKER_06]: And I know how important they are for me when I go see a film.

[00:32:24] [SPEAKER_06]: So, I'm, like, super happy that you love this film.

[00:32:27] [SPEAKER_06]: And, you know, seeing yourself in a film and the things that happened to him that you embraced

[00:32:33] [SPEAKER_06]: it for your own self, that's how you can tell you really connect with the film.

[00:32:37] [SPEAKER_06]: So, yeah, I'm glad you like that.

[00:32:38] [SPEAKER_06]: I just don't like Michael Keaton.

[00:32:39] [SPEAKER_06]: I always have.

[00:32:40] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:32:40] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:32:41] [SPEAKER_06]: I don't dislike Michael Keaton.

[00:32:44] [SPEAKER_06]: It was...

[00:32:45] [SPEAKER_04]: He's fine.

[00:32:46] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, he's fine.

[00:32:46] [SPEAKER_04]: I like Kevin Pollock more than Michael Keaton.

[00:32:48] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, he was all right.

[00:32:49] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, Kevin Pollock.

[00:32:50] [SPEAKER_04]: Five minutes he was in it.

[00:32:51] [SPEAKER_04]: He's underrated.

[00:32:52] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, Kevin Pollock should be in bigger roles.

[00:32:54] [SPEAKER_06]: He really should be.

[00:32:55] [SPEAKER_06]: Actually, you know, the auxiliary cast in this, I thought, did a pretty good job.

[00:32:58] [SPEAKER_04]: I mean, everybody was fine except for Kunis, to be honest.

[00:33:01] [SPEAKER_04]: Even Andy McDowell.

[00:33:02] [SPEAKER_04]: That's the best I've ever seen.

[00:33:04] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I haven't seen Andy McDowell in a long time.

[00:33:05] [SPEAKER_04]: And I'm not an Andy McDowell fan at all, but she was actually good in this.

[00:33:09] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:33:09] [SPEAKER_04]: She felt very comfortable.

[00:33:09] [SPEAKER_04]: She was in it for a very limited time, but she was very good in it.

[00:33:12] [SPEAKER_06]: She felt very comfortable in it.

[00:33:14] [SPEAKER_05]: I like the gay neighbor.

[00:33:15] [SPEAKER_05]: He was fun.

[00:33:16] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.

[00:33:17] [SPEAKER_05]: There you go.

[00:33:17] [SPEAKER_06]: That scene was a little weird.

[00:33:20] [SPEAKER_05]: Yes.

[00:33:21] [SPEAKER_05]: He thought he was getting something, something.

[00:33:24] [SPEAKER_05]: But for a guy that aged to actually, Michael Keaton, his character to actually, you know,

[00:33:29] [SPEAKER_05]: try to understand where this guy was coming from, even though he didn't grow up around

[00:33:34] [SPEAKER_05]: that kind of thing.

[00:33:36] [SPEAKER_05]: I mean, I thought it was good.

[00:33:36] [SPEAKER_06]: Well, he's an art dealer, so I imagine he knows.

[00:33:40] [SPEAKER_06]: And he lives in LA, so.

[00:33:42] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.

[00:33:43] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.

[00:33:43] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.

[00:33:43] [SPEAKER_05]: I loved it.

[00:33:44] [SPEAKER_05]: You guys didn't.

[00:33:44] [SPEAKER_06]: That's why.

[00:33:45] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm surprised.

[00:33:45] [SPEAKER_05]: That's life.

[00:33:46] [SPEAKER_06]: That's life in the fast lane.

[00:33:49] [SPEAKER_04]: Sure to make you lose your mind.

[00:33:51] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, the bird.

[00:33:52] [SPEAKER_04]: Hey, it's a Merman Minute.

[00:33:54] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I got nothing.

[00:33:54] [SPEAKER_06]: Is this, what?

[00:33:55] [SPEAKER_06]: You're not going to list your top favorite Michael Keaton movies?

[00:33:58] [SPEAKER_06]: Nothing.

[00:33:59] [SPEAKER_05]: Okay, so.

[00:34:00] [SPEAKER_05]: I was going to watch a certain movie.

[00:34:03] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, yeah, you were.

[00:34:04] [SPEAKER_05]: A certain movie?

[00:34:05] [SPEAKER_05]: Then I got home last night, and for one, I was freaking tired because it was a long day

[00:34:09] [SPEAKER_05]: and I had to get up early.

[00:34:11] [SPEAKER_02]: All right.

[00:34:12] [SPEAKER_05]: And then I found out this movie was two and a half hours long.

[00:34:15] [SPEAKER_05]: Ooh.

[00:34:16] [SPEAKER_05]: And I recorded it from TV, so that would have been three and a half.

[00:34:19] [SPEAKER_05]: Three and a half.

[00:34:19] [SPEAKER_05]: Zipping through commercials.

[00:34:20] [SPEAKER_05]: The fast commercials.

[00:34:20] [SPEAKER_05]: And I'm like, I just couldn't do it.

[00:34:22] [SPEAKER_05]: What movie?

[00:34:23] [SPEAKER_05]: Now you got me intrigued.

[00:34:24] [SPEAKER_05]: I'll talk about it next week.

[00:34:25] [SPEAKER_05]: But I want to know.

[00:34:26] [SPEAKER_05]: So, yeah, I didn't have time to do anything.

[00:34:27] [SPEAKER_05]: I thought about.

[00:34:28] [SPEAKER_05]: It's a surprise.

[00:34:29] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I was going to watch something else on Tubi.

[00:34:31] [SPEAKER_05]: I just, I haven't had time.

[00:34:32] [SPEAKER_04]: Was it the Garfield movie?

[00:34:34] [SPEAKER_06]: No.

[00:34:35] [SPEAKER_06]: You can try guessing.

[00:34:36] [SPEAKER_06]: You'll never guess.

[00:34:37] [SPEAKER_06]: You'll never guess it.

[00:34:38] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:34:38] [SPEAKER_06]: I know because he told me.

[00:34:40] [SPEAKER_04]: Was it Ben-Hur?

[00:34:41] [SPEAKER_06]: It was Ben-Hur.

[00:34:42] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:34:43] [SPEAKER_06]: So next week, Murray's going to talk about Ben-Hur.

[00:34:46] [SPEAKER_06]: All right.

[00:34:46] [SPEAKER_06]: Except for that movie is a three and a half hour movie without commercials.

[00:34:49] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[00:34:50] [SPEAKER_03]: Exactly.

[00:34:50] [SPEAKER_06]: Okay, so Murray, this is the important thing though.

[00:34:53] [SPEAKER_06]: You do need to tell our listeners what your favorite Michael Keaton movies are.

[00:34:57] [SPEAKER_06]: Like, you must have.

[00:34:58] [SPEAKER_06]: What is your absolute favorite Michael Keaton movie?

[00:35:00] [SPEAKER_06]: Well, obviously Batman and Beetlejuice.

[00:35:01] [SPEAKER_06]: The Batman?

[00:35:02] [SPEAKER_04]: Batman and Beetlejuice?

[00:35:03] [SPEAKER_04]: That was a movie?

[00:35:04] [SPEAKER_04]: Did he play both roles in it?

[00:35:06] [SPEAKER_05]: He did play both roles.

[00:35:07] [SPEAKER_05]: It's not the same movie.

[00:35:08] [SPEAKER_05]: Oh!

[00:35:08] [SPEAKER_05]: I thought I missed that one.

[00:35:10] [SPEAKER_05]: I missed the Batman and Beetlejuice movie.

[00:35:12] [SPEAKER_05]: I don't have a list of all his movies, but I like him in a lot of stuff.

[00:35:14] [SPEAKER_05]: Actually, there's one where he played like an assassin type guy.

[00:35:19] [SPEAKER_05]: I can't remember who else was in it, but he was badass in that one.

[00:35:23] [SPEAKER_05]: And he was also good in the Spider-Man movie.

[00:35:26] [SPEAKER_05]: Oh, the most recent one?

[00:35:27] [SPEAKER_05]: No, the first Tom Holland one.

[00:35:29] [SPEAKER_05]: Oh yeah, the Vulture when he played Vulture?

[00:35:30] [SPEAKER_05]: The Vulture guy, yeah.

[00:35:32] [SPEAKER_05]: And Birdman.

[00:35:33] [SPEAKER_05]: I forgot he was in that.

[00:35:33] [SPEAKER_05]: He was awesome in Birdman.

[00:35:34] [SPEAKER_05]: So yeah, I don't know if there's one I don't like him in, to be honest.

[00:35:38] [SPEAKER_05]: Night Shift, freaking awesome because it's Ron Howard.

[00:35:41] [SPEAKER_05]: Spotlight?

[00:35:42] [SPEAKER_05]: I didn't see that one.

[00:35:43] [SPEAKER_05]: Did you like him in Dumbo?

[00:35:44] [SPEAKER_05]: You didn't see Spotlight?

[00:35:45] [SPEAKER_06]: Did you like him in Dumbo?

[00:35:46] [SPEAKER_06]: Because that movie was so awesome.

[00:35:47] [SPEAKER_05]: I don't.

[00:35:48] [SPEAKER_05]: If it's a kid's movie, I probably didn't see it.

[00:35:50] [SPEAKER_04]: What about he was like the police captain in The Other Guys?

[00:35:53] [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, but you hate Will Ferrell.

[00:35:55] [SPEAKER_05]: I hate Will Ferrell, but I like the movie.

[00:35:57] [SPEAKER_04]: All right.

[00:35:57] [SPEAKER_05]: Because it was the Wahlberg.

[00:35:59] [SPEAKER_05]: I like the Wahlberg.

[00:36:00] [SPEAKER_04]: You like the Wahlberg?

[00:36:01] [SPEAKER_05]: I like the Wahlberg.

[00:36:02] [SPEAKER_05]: Which Wahlberg?

[00:36:03] [SPEAKER_05]: The original Wahlberg?

[00:36:03] [SPEAKER_05]: Marky Mark.

[00:36:04] [SPEAKER_05]: The Marky Mark.

[00:36:05] [SPEAKER_05]: Oh, that one.

[00:36:06] [SPEAKER_05]: And it had a couple, who was it?

[00:36:07] [SPEAKER_05]: Sam Jackson and Terry Crews or something?

[00:36:10] [SPEAKER_04]: Hey, what about Jack Frost?

[00:36:12] [SPEAKER_05]: It was all right.

[00:36:13] [SPEAKER_05]: For a Christmas movie.

[00:36:14] [SPEAKER_05]: I don't think there's one I don't like.

[00:36:16] [SPEAKER_05]: You know what?

[00:36:17] [SPEAKER_05]: Multiplicity?

[00:36:18] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, it was okay in that one.

[00:36:20] [SPEAKER_06]: Okay.

[00:36:21] [SPEAKER_06]: Now it's gone off the rails.

[00:36:22] [SPEAKER_05]: You can just keep naming them all.

[00:36:23] [SPEAKER_05]: I'm just going to keep saying I like them.

[00:36:25] [SPEAKER_06]: Okay, so I'm going to say my favorite Michael Keaton performance.

[00:36:30] [SPEAKER_04]: He makes a video.

[00:36:31] [SPEAKER_04]: He's like dying of cancer or something.

[00:36:33] [SPEAKER_04]: He's making like a video for his kid.

[00:36:35] [SPEAKER_05]: I like the photographic movie.

[00:36:37] [SPEAKER_05]: I don't see a million movies.

[00:36:38] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.

[00:36:39] [SPEAKER_06]: So my favorite performance is him in Spotlight.

[00:36:43] [SPEAKER_05]: I didn't see it.

[00:36:43] [SPEAKER_06]: When he completely destroyed the potato.

[00:36:47] [SPEAKER_06]: The Ruffalo?

[00:36:47] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:36:48] [SPEAKER_05]: Not my Ruffalo.

[00:36:49] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:36:50] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.

[00:36:51] [SPEAKER_05]: Anyway.

[00:36:52] [SPEAKER_05]: He was good in Spotlight.

[00:36:52] [SPEAKER_05]: If I had to have something for this week, when I went to see the movie, there was like

[00:36:56] [SPEAKER_05]: maybe eight people in the theater.

[00:36:59] [SPEAKER_05]: What about Gung Ho?

[00:36:59] [SPEAKER_05]: It wasn't a lot.

[00:37:00] [SPEAKER_05]: And yes.

[00:37:02] [SPEAKER_05]: Actually, I kind of enjoyed Gung Ho on some level.

[00:37:04] [SPEAKER_05]: And I was in the back row because at Crowfoot, the back row was when you first come in.

[00:37:08] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, yeah.

[00:37:08] [SPEAKER_05]: And I was sitting there and there was these old people sitting behind in the very back row.

[00:37:15] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.

[00:37:15] [SPEAKER_05]: I love old people.

[00:37:15] [SPEAKER_04]: They wouldn't freaking shut up.

[00:37:17] [SPEAKER_04]: They're adorable.

[00:37:18] [SPEAKER_05]: We talked for the whole goddamn movie.

[00:37:19] [SPEAKER_05]: So I eventually moved down to the front row.

[00:37:21] [SPEAKER_05]: You know what?

[00:37:21] [SPEAKER_04]: Old people are the only.

[00:37:23] [SPEAKER_04]: If you are like over 70, you go ahead and you do whatever you want.

[00:37:28] [SPEAKER_04]: Like you're not at home.

[00:37:29] [SPEAKER_04]: I'm all for it.

[00:37:30] [SPEAKER_04]: You go.

[00:37:31] [SPEAKER_04]: I went to that one movie where, man, that lady was like telling her husband what was

[00:37:36] [SPEAKER_04]: going on like through the whole movie.

[00:37:38] [SPEAKER_04]: It's the only thing that made it entertaining.

[00:37:39] [SPEAKER_04]: It was so good.

[00:37:41] [SPEAKER_04]: And everybody else in the theater was so annoyed by them.

[00:37:43] [SPEAKER_04]: But I thought they were awesome.

[00:37:44] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.

[00:37:45] [SPEAKER_05]: See, no.

[00:37:45] [SPEAKER_05]: I'm.

[00:37:46] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.

[00:37:46] [SPEAKER_05]: I took my mom to a movie once.

[00:37:48] [SPEAKER_05]: Old people are the best.

[00:37:48] [SPEAKER_05]: I don't know.

[00:37:49] [SPEAKER_05]: 15 years ago.

[00:37:50] [SPEAKER_05]: Whatever it was.

[00:37:50] [SPEAKER_05]: It was the Tom Hanks, Mary Poppins thing.

[00:37:54] [SPEAKER_05]: Tom Hanks.

[00:37:55] [SPEAKER_05]: And she wouldn't shut up.

[00:37:56] [SPEAKER_05]: She talked the whole freaking movie.

[00:37:58] [SPEAKER_05]: I kept telling her to shut up and she wouldn't shut up.

[00:38:00] [SPEAKER_06]: Is there like something that happens like once you hit a certain age?

[00:38:03] [SPEAKER_05]: I don't know.

[00:38:04] [SPEAKER_05]: I hope so.

[00:38:05] [SPEAKER_05]: It's like if you miss something legitimately, it's like, okay, you can ask the person next

[00:38:09] [SPEAKER_05]: to you.

[00:38:09] [SPEAKER_05]: What did I miss?

[00:38:10] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.

[00:38:11] [SPEAKER_05]: No.

[00:38:11] [SPEAKER_05]: But this is like the five minutes into the movie.

[00:38:13] [SPEAKER_05]: They're like yapping about stuff.

[00:38:15] [SPEAKER_05]: But yeah.

[00:38:15] [SPEAKER_05]: So that's my thing for this week.

[00:38:17] [SPEAKER_05]: Anyways.

[00:38:17] [SPEAKER_05]: There you go.

[00:38:19] [SPEAKER_04]: Old people are awesome.

[00:38:20] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.

[00:38:20] [SPEAKER_05]: Well.

[00:38:22] [SPEAKER_06]: Not when Murray's near.

[00:38:23] [SPEAKER_05]: I plan on being a very cantankerous old man.

[00:38:26] [SPEAKER_05]: Yes.

[00:38:27] [SPEAKER_05]: And I'm looking forward to it.

[00:38:28] [SPEAKER_06]: You're already cantankerous.

[00:38:29] [SPEAKER_06]: I can't wait till you get older.

[00:38:30] [SPEAKER_05]: I'm not that old yet.

[00:38:31] [SPEAKER_05]: Temperature rising.

[00:38:34] [SPEAKER_07]: Vision blurring.

[00:38:37] [SPEAKER_07]: Rage taking over.

[00:38:57] [SPEAKER_06]: My sweet, sweet, sweet old job.

[00:39:09] [SPEAKER_06]: Rage this week is simple.

[00:39:12] [SPEAKER_06]: Okay.

[00:39:13] [SPEAKER_06]: Okay.

[00:39:14] [SPEAKER_06]: I saw three movies all in the same day.

[00:39:17] [SPEAKER_06]: So did I.

[00:39:19] [SPEAKER_06]: And I saw one movie with my wife.

[00:39:24] [SPEAKER_02]: Okay.

[00:39:25] [SPEAKER_06]: Friday night.

[00:39:28] [SPEAKER_06]: And my rage is that every single one of the movies that I saw.

[00:39:35] [SPEAKER_06]: So the four movies that I saw.

[00:39:38] [SPEAKER_06]: I was the only person in the theater in all four showings that I saw.

[00:39:43] [SPEAKER_04]: That's crazy.

[00:39:43] [SPEAKER_04]: Crazy.

[00:39:44] [SPEAKER_04]: I believe it though.

[00:39:45] [SPEAKER_06]: I was flabbergasted because I thought at least Smile 2 would have had somebody in the theater.

[00:39:52] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:39:52] [SPEAKER_06]: Right.

[00:39:52] [SPEAKER_06]: But based on the time when I watched it.

[00:39:54] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:39:54] [SPEAKER_05]: Depends where you went to it.

[00:39:55] [SPEAKER_06]: I had about.

[00:39:56] [SPEAKER_06]: There was nobody.

[00:39:57] [SPEAKER_04]: Let's see.

[00:39:57] [SPEAKER_04]: What did I.

[00:39:58] [SPEAKER_04]: Smile 2.

[00:39:59] [SPEAKER_04]: There was about 10 people in the theater.

[00:40:02] [SPEAKER_04]: The rumors.

[00:40:04] [SPEAKER_04]: There was me and one other person.

[00:40:09] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:40:09] [SPEAKER_04]: It was pretty sad.

[00:40:10] [SPEAKER_04]: And what was it?

[00:40:11] [SPEAKER_04]: Oh.

[00:40:11] [SPEAKER_04]: We live in time.

[00:40:12] [SPEAKER_04]: There was probably about eight of us in there.

[00:40:13] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:40:14] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm saying.

[00:40:15] [SPEAKER_06]: Okay.

[00:40:15] [SPEAKER_06]: So there was two people when I saw we live in time because I was with my wife.

[00:40:19] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:40:19] [SPEAKER_04]: But other than that.

[00:40:20] [SPEAKER_04]: You were getting private showings.

[00:40:21] [SPEAKER_04]: I was alone.

[00:40:21] [SPEAKER_06]: I was getting private showings by myself.

[00:40:23] [SPEAKER_06]: Which was literally breaking my heart.

[00:40:25] [SPEAKER_06]: I know.

[00:40:26] [SPEAKER_06]: This is.

[00:40:26] [SPEAKER_06]: This is not.

[00:40:28] [SPEAKER_06]: This sucks.

[00:40:28] [SPEAKER_06]: Please people.

[00:40:28] [SPEAKER_06]: Go to the cinema.

[00:40:30] [SPEAKER_06]: Yes.

[00:40:31] [SPEAKER_06]: And see the stuff that we're telling you to watch.

[00:40:33] [SPEAKER_05]: Lower the freaking price is what they need to do.

[00:40:36] [SPEAKER_06]: Well, just get a movie membership.

[00:40:37] [SPEAKER_06]: It's 10 bucks.

[00:40:38] [SPEAKER_06]: 10 bucks.

[00:40:39] [SPEAKER_05]: I went on Tuesday to Crowfoot.

[00:40:40] [SPEAKER_05]: 999.

[00:40:41] [SPEAKER_05]: It was $8.

[00:40:42] [SPEAKER_05]: 999.

[00:40:43] [SPEAKER_05]: On Tuesdays.

[00:40:44] [SPEAKER_05]: There you go.

[00:40:44] [SPEAKER_05]: But the other six days of the week, 17.

[00:40:49] [SPEAKER_05]: That's ridiculous.

[00:40:50] [SPEAKER_05]: Get a membership.

[00:40:51] [SPEAKER_05]: I don't care about the membership.

[00:40:52] [SPEAKER_05]: It should be more than 12 bucks.

[00:40:53] [SPEAKER_00]: 999.

[00:40:54] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.

[00:40:54] [SPEAKER_05]: Anyway.

[00:40:55] [SPEAKER_05]: That's why it's too expensive.

[00:40:56] [SPEAKER_00]: 999.

[00:40:57] [SPEAKER_05]: So there you go.

[00:40:58] [SPEAKER_05]: 999.

[00:40:58] [SPEAKER_05]: That's the reason.

[00:40:59] [SPEAKER_05]: 999.

[00:41:00] [SPEAKER_05]: That's the reason.

[00:41:01] [SPEAKER_05]: 999.

[00:41:02] [SPEAKER_05]: Anyway, are you finished?

[00:41:03] [SPEAKER_05]: I'm finished.

[00:41:04] [SPEAKER_05]: No, no, no, no.

[00:41:30] [SPEAKER_04]: My rage this week.

[00:41:32] [SPEAKER_04]: What the hell was my rage this week?

[00:41:34] [SPEAKER_04]: I actually had it in my brain and now it's gone.

[00:41:38] [SPEAKER_05]: Who's getting old now?

[00:41:40] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:41:40] [SPEAKER_04]: No, I literally was just thinking about it.

[00:41:44] [SPEAKER_04]: What was it?

[00:41:48] [SPEAKER_04]: What was it?

[00:41:48] [SPEAKER_04]: Holy schmoly.

[00:41:50] [SPEAKER_04]: Well, this is not good.

[00:41:51] [SPEAKER_05]: Was it Michael Keaton?

[00:41:55] [SPEAKER_03]: No, no.

[00:41:56] [SPEAKER_03]: It's not Michael Keaton.

[00:41:58] [SPEAKER_06]: Was it kids?

[00:41:59] [SPEAKER_06]: Was there kids in the movie?

[00:42:00] [SPEAKER_03]: No, no.

[00:42:01] [SPEAKER_03]: Nothing to do with kids.

[00:42:02] [SPEAKER_06]: Was it that the vibration on your buttocks did not have a penetrating, protruding piece that you could place into your buttocks?

[00:42:14] [SPEAKER_04]: No, that wasn't it either.

[00:42:15] [SPEAKER_06]: I mean, that sounds like something you'd be disappointed about.

[00:42:18] [SPEAKER_04]: No, no, no.

[00:42:19] [SPEAKER_04]: Not that.

[00:42:20] [SPEAKER_06]: Was it the amount of mice that live in your basement?

[00:42:22] [SPEAKER_06]: No.

[00:42:23] [SPEAKER_04]: Those are the only ones.

[00:42:24] [SPEAKER_04]: Like, I don't know.

[00:42:25] [SPEAKER_06]: Since the podcast started.

[00:42:26] [SPEAKER_04]: Those have been uninvited.

[00:42:28] [SPEAKER_04]: They won't be around that far.

[00:42:28] [SPEAKER_06]: Since the podcast started, I've seen like 10 mice.

[00:42:31] [SPEAKER_06]: No, you have not.

[00:42:31] [SPEAKER_06]: That's a lot.

[00:42:32] [SPEAKER_06]: There's like, they're literally, they're literally like, you have to be careful when you step on the ground.

[00:42:37] [SPEAKER_04]: You are a teller of untruths.

[00:42:38] [SPEAKER_06]: Because there's nothing but mice on the ground.

[00:42:40] [SPEAKER_04]: You have never seen one in my house.

[00:42:42] [SPEAKER_04]: I know that for a fact.

[00:42:43] [SPEAKER_06]: I know I have seen them.

[00:42:45] [SPEAKER_04]: No, you have not.

[00:42:47] [SPEAKER_06]: And I thought your dog would eat them, but he eats, he prefers plastic bags to be eating mice.

[00:42:52] [SPEAKER_04]: He does like plastic bags.

[00:42:54] [SPEAKER_04]: Apparently they're delicious.

[00:42:55] [SPEAKER_04]: I've never tried one myself.

[00:42:57] [SPEAKER_05]: Maybe you should get a cat.

[00:42:58] [SPEAKER_05]: That's what I was going to say.

[00:42:59] [SPEAKER_04]: No, no.

[00:43:00] [SPEAKER_04]: We don't.

[00:43:01] [SPEAKER_04]: It's being taken care of.

[00:43:03] [SPEAKER_04]: Just stop with the cats.

[00:43:03] [SPEAKER_04]: I would try that, but I can't.

[00:43:04] [SPEAKER_04]: I'm just trying to help you find your rage.

[00:43:07] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, it left me.

[00:43:08] [SPEAKER_04]: Because you, for some reason, out of the blue, you got up and went over to Murray and started whispering in his ear.

[00:43:13] [SPEAKER_04]: And while I was watching that, I forgot what my rage is.

[00:43:16] [SPEAKER_06]: Did you notice that I was touching him inappropriately?

[00:43:20] [SPEAKER_06]: Hey, hey, hey.

[00:43:20] [SPEAKER_04]: Oh.

[00:43:21] [SPEAKER_05]: He's starting rumors now.

[00:43:23] [SPEAKER_05]: Eh, it's okay.

[00:43:25] [SPEAKER_04]: You lost it?

[00:43:26] [SPEAKER_04]: I forgot my rage because Jim distracted me.

[00:43:28] [SPEAKER_06]: Well, can you just make one up?

[00:43:29] [SPEAKER_06]: No, because I had one.

[00:43:31] [SPEAKER_06]: Is it Cineplex again?

[00:43:32] [SPEAKER_06]: Was it driving?

[00:43:33] [SPEAKER_06]: No.

[00:43:34] [SPEAKER_06]: Was it something about a movie?

[00:43:37] [SPEAKER_04]: Probably.

[00:43:37] [SPEAKER_04]: It was something to do with movies.

[00:43:39] [SPEAKER_06]: Was it going to the movie this week or something that's coming out?

[00:43:41] [SPEAKER_06]: Was it an act you don't like?

[00:43:41] [SPEAKER_06]: You know what?

[00:43:42] [SPEAKER_06]: Actually, I'll let you have my second rage, which I didn't mention.

[00:43:46] [SPEAKER_06]: Because you know what?

[00:43:47] [SPEAKER_06]: I watched the trailer a couple of times this week.

[00:43:50] [SPEAKER_06]: And the fact that the movie Gladiator 2 exists enrages me to the point of vibrating rage.

[00:44:02] [SPEAKER_06]: So I'm sure that has to do something to your ears.

[00:44:06] [SPEAKER_06]: That's fine.

[00:44:07] [SPEAKER_03]: You just took over.

[00:44:08] [SPEAKER_03]: You got rages times two.

[00:44:09] [SPEAKER_04]: You took over mine.

[00:44:10] [SPEAKER_04]: It's okay.

[00:44:11] [SPEAKER_06]: Well, you didn't have one.

[00:44:12] [SPEAKER_04]: Well, I had one, but then you distracted me.

[00:44:14] [SPEAKER_04]: So it's your fault.

[00:44:15] [SPEAKER_06]: So then is your rage me then?

[00:44:17] [SPEAKER_04]: It is right now.

[00:44:19] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, this is good.

[00:44:20] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm working it up.

[00:44:21] [SPEAKER_06]: There we go.

[00:44:22] [SPEAKER_06]: Is that it?

[00:44:23] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, that's it.

[00:44:23] [SPEAKER_04]: Are you done?

[00:44:24] [SPEAKER_04]: Let's get on with this.

[00:44:26] [SPEAKER_06]: I can't believe I forgot my rage.

[00:44:30] [SPEAKER_06]: It'll come back.

[00:44:33] [SPEAKER_06]: You still got a couple segments to go.

[00:44:37] [SPEAKER_06]: All right.

[00:44:38] [SPEAKER_06]: So we were supposed to watch a movie this week called The Shrink Is In.

[00:44:44] [SPEAKER_03]: The Shrink Is In.

[00:44:45] [SPEAKER_06]: But I could not find it anywhere legally.

[00:44:48] [SPEAKER_06]: So Bryce and I are going to have to go on a hunt for this.

[00:44:50] [SPEAKER_04]: I'm not sure I'm going to be able to find it either.

[00:44:52] [SPEAKER_04]: I tried.

[00:44:53] [SPEAKER_06]: You tried even through nefarious ways.

[00:44:55] [SPEAKER_06]: And you know what?

[00:44:56] [SPEAKER_06]: Here's the thing on Film Rage.

[00:44:57] [SPEAKER_06]: We do not like to find things through nefarious ways.

[00:45:02] [SPEAKER_04]: But if we have to.

[00:45:03] [SPEAKER_04]: If it's the only way that can be.

[00:45:05] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:45:05] [SPEAKER_06]: And when we talk about the next segment, I have a lot to say about that.

[00:45:11] [SPEAKER_06]: So have you got maybe something else?

[00:45:14] [SPEAKER_05]: I've got one I guarantee you can find.

[00:45:17] [SPEAKER_05]: Oh, right again.

[00:45:20] [SPEAKER_06]: Timely?

[00:45:21] [SPEAKER_05]: It's timely?

[00:45:21] [SPEAKER_05]: It's timely.

[00:45:22] [SPEAKER_06]: Is it also Carol Kane?

[00:45:23] [SPEAKER_05]: Based on what is coming out this weekend.

[00:45:26] [SPEAKER_06]: Is it Carol Kane as well?

[00:45:27] [SPEAKER_06]: No.

[00:45:28] [SPEAKER_05]: It is Mr. Tom Hardy.

[00:45:31] [SPEAKER_05]: What?

[00:45:34] What?

[00:45:34] [SPEAKER_05]: And Mr. Riz Ahmed.

[00:45:37] [SPEAKER_05]: What?

[00:45:37] [SPEAKER_05]: If you guys recall, was in Venom.

[00:45:43] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.

[00:45:43] [SPEAKER_05]: The first one.

[00:45:45] [SPEAKER_05]: Which I actually taped and I plan on watching before.

[00:45:47] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, I didn't remember that.

[00:45:48] [SPEAKER_06]: Did you remember that?

[00:45:49] [SPEAKER_06]: He was the bad guy.

[00:45:50] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I remember that.

[00:45:50] [SPEAKER_05]: He wasn't just five minutes.

[00:45:51] [SPEAKER_05]: He was in most of it.

[00:45:52] [SPEAKER_06]: So did we add Riz Ahmed after that?

[00:45:54] [SPEAKER_06]: Is that why?

[00:45:55] [SPEAKER_05]: As far as I know, he's still on there.

[00:45:56] [SPEAKER_06]: No, no, no.

[00:45:56] [SPEAKER_06]: But I mean, did we add like, because we've added people.

[00:46:00] [SPEAKER_05]: I'm not sure.

[00:46:01] [SPEAKER_05]: We only added Tom Hardy recently.

[00:46:03] [SPEAKER_06]: No, Tom Hardy's been around for a while.

[00:46:05] [SPEAKER_05]: No, we added him recently.

[00:46:07] [SPEAKER_06]: Okay, so Riz Ahmed versus Tom Hardy in Venom, the first one.

[00:46:13] [SPEAKER_06]: All right.

[00:46:13] [SPEAKER_06]: Which is actually the best.

[00:46:14] [SPEAKER_05]: Which I know you can find somewhere.

[00:46:16] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I probably own it.

[00:46:18] [SPEAKER_05]: There you go.

[00:46:19] [SPEAKER_05]: So there you go.

[00:46:20] [SPEAKER_05]: Ah, I'm excited.

[00:46:21] [SPEAKER_05]: You can watch that one and then go to the new one.

[00:46:22] [SPEAKER_04]: I'm still trying to remember my rage.

[00:46:25] [SPEAKER_06]: Well, you know, we still have more to talk about.

[00:46:27] [SPEAKER_06]: So keep it in, you know.

[00:46:29] [SPEAKER_05]: Maybe I'll think of it by the time we're done.

[00:46:31] [SPEAKER_06]: You know, we're crushing through this episode quite quickly.

[00:46:35] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm okay with that.

[00:46:36] [SPEAKER_06]: So you know what?

[00:46:36] [SPEAKER_06]: We can just stretch this out a little bit.

[00:46:38] [SPEAKER_06]: We may have time at the end.

[00:46:39] [SPEAKER_03]: No, we don't need to stretch it.

[00:46:40] [SPEAKER_03]: If it comes in, we'll-

[00:46:41] [SPEAKER_03]: Let's keep this moving.

[00:46:42] [SPEAKER_06]: All right.

[00:46:44] [SPEAKER_06]: All right.

[00:46:46] [SPEAKER_06]: Is it coming yet?

[00:46:47] [SPEAKER_06]: Do you feel like-

[00:46:48] [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, I have no idea what my rage was.

[00:46:49] [SPEAKER_06]: Okay, well, that's good.

[00:46:50] [SPEAKER_04]: You distracted me.

[00:46:51] [SPEAKER_04]: Don't get up in the middle of the podcast.

[00:46:53] [SPEAKER_04]: Start wandering around.

[00:46:54] [SPEAKER_04]: All of them.

[00:46:54] [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, somebody else gets up in the middle of the podcast?

[00:46:55] [SPEAKER_05]: You do it like nonstop.

[00:46:57] [SPEAKER_05]: You get up like five times during the podcast.

[00:46:59] [SPEAKER_05]: That's right.

[00:47:00] [SPEAKER_05]: Doing all kinds of stupid stuff.

[00:47:01] [SPEAKER_05]: Not to go to the bathroom.

[00:47:03] [SPEAKER_04]: These pretzels are making me thirsty.

[00:47:04] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, that's what I said.

[00:47:06] [SPEAKER_06]: Okay.

[00:47:06] [SPEAKER_06]: Okay.

[00:47:07] [SPEAKER_06]: So here's the story about the Terminator 3.

[00:47:11] [SPEAKER_06]: I could not find this-

[00:47:13] [SPEAKER_06]: Couldn't find that one either.

[00:47:14] [SPEAKER_06]: Anywhere.

[00:47:14] [SPEAKER_04]: You couldn't find Terminator 3?

[00:47:15] [SPEAKER_06]: I could not stream this anywhere.

[00:47:18] [SPEAKER_04]: That's not possible.

[00:47:20] [SPEAKER_06]: I am 100-

[00:47:21] [SPEAKER_06]: I tried everywhere.

[00:47:22] [SPEAKER_06]: And even like I went on YouTube.

[00:47:24] [SPEAKER_04]: That I know I could watch.

[00:47:26] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:47:26] [SPEAKER_06]: So that you could watch through nefarious ways.

[00:47:28] [SPEAKER_06]: But I could not stream it anywhere.

[00:47:32] [SPEAKER_06]: So-

[00:47:33] [SPEAKER_06]: Nope.

[00:47:34] [SPEAKER_06]: So I bought it.

[00:47:35] [SPEAKER_06]: But I couldn't-

[00:47:37] [SPEAKER_06]: It arrived today.

[00:47:40] [SPEAKER_06]: So when I got home from work today, there it was in my mailbox.

[00:47:44] [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, you don't have to watch it.

[00:47:45] [SPEAKER_06]: So now I'm going to be watching it this weekend.

[00:47:48] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, okay.

[00:47:49] [SPEAKER_06]: But I was-

[00:47:49] [SPEAKER_06]: Like that is the most surprising.

[00:47:51] [SPEAKER_06]: Like it's a freaking Terminator movie.

[00:47:52] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, that's crazy.

[00:47:53] [SPEAKER_06]: How is this not anywhere?

[00:47:54] [SPEAKER_06]: How is that possible?

[00:47:55] [SPEAKER_05]: I don't know.

[00:47:56] [SPEAKER_05]: But seriously-

[00:47:57] [SPEAKER_05]: And I'm pretty sure it isn't the one without Arnold?

[00:47:59] [SPEAKER_05]: No, it's got Arnold.

[00:48:00] [SPEAKER_05]: No, it's got Arnold.

[00:48:01] [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.

[00:48:01] [SPEAKER_05]: I thought it was the blonde chick.

[00:48:03] [SPEAKER_05]: It is the blonde chick.

[00:48:03] [SPEAKER_04]: It is the blonde chick.

[00:48:04] [SPEAKER_04]: He's in it too?

[00:48:05] [SPEAKER_04]: He's in it.

[00:48:05] [SPEAKER_06]: He's in all of them.

[00:48:07] [SPEAKER_06]: Is there-

[00:48:07] [SPEAKER_06]: There's not one he's not-

[00:48:08] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, he's not in all of them.

[00:48:10] [SPEAKER_06]: I think he's in all of them.

[00:48:11] [SPEAKER_06]: There's so many of them.

[00:48:12] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:48:12] [SPEAKER_06]: No, no.

[00:48:13] [SPEAKER_04]: Some of the other ones.

[00:48:14] [SPEAKER_04]: He's not in-

[00:48:14] [SPEAKER_05]: He came back at the end, but I'm pretty sure there was a couple of them.

[00:48:16] [SPEAKER_05]: I don't think he was-

[00:48:17] [SPEAKER_05]: Christian Bale ones?

[00:48:17] [SPEAKER_05]: Is he in those ones?

[00:48:18] [SPEAKER_05]: I don't think so.

[00:48:19] [SPEAKER_05]: No.

[00:48:19] [SPEAKER_05]: Was he in the Emilia Clarke one?

[00:48:21] [SPEAKER_04]: I don't think so.

[00:48:22] [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, maybe.

[00:48:24] [SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.

[00:48:25] [SPEAKER_04]: I don't remember.

[00:48:26] [SPEAKER_06]: All right.

[00:48:26] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm just-

[00:48:26] [SPEAKER_04]: They're all sort of mashed together in my head after three.

[00:48:29] [SPEAKER_04]: They are.

[00:48:30] [SPEAKER_04]: The first three I can separate, and after that I have no idea.

[00:48:34] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, they all kind of run together.

[00:48:36] [SPEAKER_06]: Pretty much.

[00:48:36] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm just searching Terminator 3 on just watch.

[00:48:41] [SPEAKER_06]: Rise of the Machines.

[00:48:43] [SPEAKER_04]: Yes.

[00:48:43] [SPEAKER_04]: Rise of the Machines.

[00:48:45] [SPEAKER_06]: And here's where it's playing.

[00:48:47] [SPEAKER_06]: How to watch.

[00:48:48] [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.

[00:48:49] [SPEAKER_06]: Nowhere.

[00:48:49] [SPEAKER_04]: Nowhere.

[00:48:50] Nice.

[00:48:51] [SPEAKER_06]: You cannot see this movie.

[00:48:52] [SPEAKER_05]: It's that forgettable.

[00:48:53] [SPEAKER_04]: Well, you sure can.

[00:48:55] [SPEAKER_04]: You can order it and watch it.

[00:48:56] [SPEAKER_05]: I know.

[00:48:57] [SPEAKER_05]: And then not get it at the same time.

[00:48:59] [SPEAKER_04]: Proud owner of Terminator 3.

[00:49:01] [SPEAKER_05]: I now own Terminator 3.

[00:49:01] [SPEAKER_05]: I don't even get that how you order, but you can't watch it two minutes after you order it.

[00:49:05] [SPEAKER_06]: Well, because we're not renting it, it has to be mailed from Amazon.

[00:49:08] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, so he actually mailed you a physical copy?

[00:49:10] [SPEAKER_06]: A physical copy.

[00:49:11] [SPEAKER_04]: That's the only way he could get it.

[00:49:12] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:49:13] [SPEAKER_06]: Because if you go on just watch, so anybody who's listening-

[00:49:16] [SPEAKER_06]: I didn't give you that one, did I?

[00:49:18] [SPEAKER_06]: I don't remember who dared me to see that, but what I do know-

[00:49:21] [SPEAKER_06]: Is everything I dare is using it to be?

[00:49:23] [SPEAKER_06]: Casey?

[00:49:24] [SPEAKER_06]: Casey.

[00:49:24] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, it's a sequel, so it's a good chance.

[00:49:26] [SPEAKER_06]: It's a sequel, so it's Casey.

[00:49:27] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[00:49:27] [SPEAKER_06]: Nice.

[00:49:27] [SPEAKER_06]: Well, I'm kind of looking forward to it.

[00:49:29] [SPEAKER_06]: All right, then.

[00:49:30] [SPEAKER_06]: There you go.

[00:49:30] [SPEAKER_06]: Now that I own it, I can watch it a few times.

[00:49:33] [SPEAKER_03]: Nice.

[00:49:33] [SPEAKER_06]: Hey, before we finish, did you figure out what your rage is yet?

[00:49:36] [SPEAKER_03]: No.

[00:49:37] [SPEAKER_03]: All right, then.

[00:49:37] [SPEAKER_06]: So it's still me?

[00:49:38] [SPEAKER_06]: Or you want to take my Gladiator 2?

[00:49:41] [SPEAKER_04]: No, you just stop it with Gladiator 2.

[00:49:43] [SPEAKER_06]: So this is a zero rage week for Bryce.

[00:49:45] [SPEAKER_04]: That's right.

[00:49:46] [SPEAKER_04]: Well, I am-
