[00:00:57] I love a good tea. It doesn't matter if it's flavored Hawaiian tea or or tea from London. Earlier this year, I was introduced to different teas and their purposes. There's a tea for everything believe it or not. Whatever ails you, you can find a tea for it.

[00:01:51] the best tea overall. I've never heard of it. I've heard of lemon tea or lemon ginger, but not lemon balm. It's known to boost your mood and keep you calm. Lemon balm comes in capsules, creams, as well as tablets. It's been known to ease stress symptoms.

[00:02:14] Green tea has become one of my favorites, has many health benefits. It can improve memory and reaction time. Drinking it regularly is also good for your heart. Sena tea is an herbal tea that helps with your digestion. It also acts as a laxative.

[00:02:37] You can drink it straight or with other herbs like turmeric. The best tea for stress relief is a honey lavender blend. It's known to calm your nerves and improve your sleep. Rosemary tea is known to work best for brain health.

[00:02:56] Research shows that it can be used to prevent inflammatory or it can be used to prevent inflammation and to improve brain health. For those of you wanting to get a good night's sleep, Valerian root tea may work for you. It's known to include or it's known to

[00:03:25] enhance your sleep quality. Ginger tea is known to help those experiencing menstrual and abdominal cramps. Ginger has been known to also treat coughs and colds. There's also a caffeine free option called rose tea.

[00:03:45] It can serve as a boost for the mornings or afternoon. I have yet to try that. Sounds good though. A new one to me is oat straw tea. It's known for a way to reduce inflammation.

[00:04:00] Oat tea extract has been used to help with concentration and improving attention in adults. Maybe I should try that. A tea that I grew up with is chamomile. This tea is good if you have upset stomach or intestinal issues.
