[00:00:01] I'll have the tuna. No crust. No crust. I love this part.

[00:00:06] I live my life a quarter mile at a time. For those 10 seconds or less

[00:00:20] I'm free

[00:00:24] It don't matter if you win by an inch or a mile

[00:00:36] Winning's winning

[00:00:45] What are you smiling about? Dude almost had you

[00:00:57] It's a Jacked Up Review Show

[00:01:12] It's a Jacked Up Review Show

[00:01:24] It's a Jacked Up Review Show

[00:01:27] show.

[00:01:38] Pop it up, back it in. Let us begin. We're here solely and with us I brought the number one car racers.

[00:01:57] Introducing the show, film geek herself, Kathy Bright is here with us tonight.

[00:02:03] Hello!

[00:02:04] Returning is the partner in crime and invincible superhero himself, Hans.

[00:02:10] Oh yeah this is like I've got to be close to double just by now right?

[00:02:14] Josh Hansen my dude. Yep how you been? Always happy to be here.

[00:02:18] Returning film editor and director himself Rick Ives.

[00:02:24] Because it's about family.

[00:02:26] Yep and much like Rick Ashley he's never gonna give you up.

[00:02:32] Truth.

[00:02:33] Can't believe I didn't get Corona's.

[00:02:36] I've been the Corona tonight.

[00:02:39] Drinking light but light. Oh man.

[00:02:41] Big mistake. How many drinks would you estimate you have on each movie outing?

[00:02:48] Oh man. Especially for Fast and Furious.

[00:02:51] I mean they helped you in me already but that was just for work.

[00:02:55] Oh there you go hey it helps.

[00:02:58] Dude I'm trying to figure out what the runtime would be for this franchise.

[00:03:01] Is there anyone that's longer than that? Maybe Harry Potter?

[00:03:04] You know they would. That's a good point I think they would still make money even if they were free

[00:03:09] hours because I mean if you can have free hour slugfest like Transformers what's the

[00:03:13] stopping for making a free hour Fast and Furious movie?

[00:03:17] I won't be surprised if 10 part 2 is three hours long.

[00:03:20] Oh Vin Diesel's totally gonna ask for a two part he's gonna pull a hobbit and say we've

[00:03:23] got to split this into three acts. As long as they have an ending for it.

[00:03:28] So you're laughing but that's already been announced.

[00:03:32] Oh actually I didn't know. Okay wow.

[00:03:34] There was gonna be 10 and then they split 10 into two and now they're splitting two into two.

[00:03:39] Oh so there.

[00:03:40] I'm pretty sure it's a three parter.

[00:03:41] So like Mission Impossible gotcha okay cool.

[00:03:45] Fair enough.

[00:03:46] Okay so let's circle around how did we get into this?

[00:03:50] You know Serious then Campy then Serious again now both toned franchise.

[00:03:59] I'll let Rick go.

[00:04:01] What's your question how did we get into this tonight?

[00:04:03] How did we get into this?

[00:04:04] Just in general how did you get into this twisted saga that we're going to?

[00:04:07] Oh man I watched the first Fast and Furious in high school I think I was a sophomore.

[00:04:13] I had just got my driver's permit.

[00:04:16] Hot chance and cool cars man.

[00:04:18] My parents were out of town and at that time I walked to the movie theater because

[00:04:24] it was close enough.

[00:04:27] Man I wanted to drive so badly when I got home and the car was locked in the garage

[00:04:33] because they knew I would try to take the car out.

[00:04:35] That's good parenting.

[00:04:39] Ironically you're trying to say a car movie and your biggest enemy is the car.

[00:04:43] Truth.

[00:04:44] So I don't think I saw any of these in theaters after that until

[00:04:49] man I don't think I watched any because you know they were kind of

[00:04:52] falling off in quality there for a little bit and then six was so good.

[00:04:59] Maybe it was five that was good enough that brought me back in and I said from now on

[00:05:03] I'm watching all these in theaters and I've been there ever since.

[00:05:07] Perfect.

[00:05:07] So I'm a huge fan of this franchise it's just like totally bananas to me and

[00:05:13] I love all the twists and I love how like people die and come back

[00:05:17] like that's part of the game.

[00:05:20] Yes.

[00:05:21] Much like Michael Myers much like Kenny on South Park they have a respawn meter.

[00:05:24] I love that even minor characters like have an arc over the whole series

[00:05:30] and I just love how they keep one-upping stunts and I love that so many of the stunts are

[00:05:36] practical at least for a while they were.

[00:05:39] It's really hard to tell which ones are and because they do a mixture of both.

[00:05:42] Yeah totally.

[00:05:43] Justin Lin's involved.

[00:05:45] Yes usually the ones he does.

[00:05:47] So I'm just like a fan that I know it's dumb and I know it's popcorn and like fast food but

[00:05:53] dude I'm here for it.

[00:05:55] There you go.

[00:05:55] So no shame.

[00:05:57] Josh how would you describe this Domino's and Pizza Hut and Mixed Terrible franchise?

[00:06:01] I mean it is wild you know it started off because it's basically just a

[00:06:07] serious like a coffee.

[00:06:10] Not even a copy like a photocopy.

[00:06:12] Yeah just like really beat for beat and they're stealing DVD players.

[00:06:17] I believe.

[00:06:18] And now they're going to space and it's just it's insane where it's gone.

[00:06:25] I mean I think I saw the first one when I was in high school that was what 2001.

[00:06:30] So I was probably like a sophomore junior about the same age as you.

[00:06:35] And then it fell off a little bit.

[00:06:38] I mean the third one I actually really liked the third one but that didn't

[00:06:41] really even have anybody in it.

[00:06:42] At the time that was like it was supposed to be a directed DVD I think even.

[00:06:46] Yeah I think you're right yeah.

[00:06:48] The fact that it's a prequel like it takes place after what six I think between six and seven.

[00:06:56] Yeah I need to sleep that's right.

[00:06:59] It's absurd so good though.

[00:07:02] Oh man.

[00:07:04] Yeah Kathy how did you get into this very deliberately inconsistent franchise?

[00:07:12] Obviously ever less I'm a lot older than the rest of y'all because I was out of high school.

[00:07:16] Yeah I was just showing.

[00:07:17] She was already street racing when this came around.

[00:07:20] Yeah man.

[00:07:21] Well I've always been a big NASCAR fan so I've always kind of enjoyed the car scene but I remember

[00:07:27] I saw the original in the theater and after they have the little you know

[00:07:35] measuring contest and then as they're leaving that area to go out to the first street race

[00:07:41] I just remember turning I guess it was my ex-husband at the time I'm assuming that

[00:07:45] to us all.

[00:07:47] I remember I remember looking at him going oh my gosh this is the coolest thing with the mix of

[00:07:52] the cars the music drop there.

[00:07:56] I think T.A.X plays in the first one.

[00:07:59] I was sold within that first 15 minutes of the first movie and like they said you know

[00:08:04] two and three I love three two not so much but then when the fourth one came back around

[00:08:11] and we got Vin and Paul and everybody back it was just like that love just blossomed all over again.

[00:08:20] And I've been on board ever since.

[00:08:23] Nice.

[00:08:23] Five definitely got me back into it.

[00:08:25] Yep I think it did for a lot of people so I'm kind of on a lot of you guys same bandwagon

[00:08:31] you know growing up everyone's like it's cool man I'm like yeah what is it as good at.

[00:08:35] I was more of an older movie kind of fan I was more into stuff like speed and

[00:08:39] definitely point break type stuff training day and just even just other stuff that was a mixture

[00:08:48] like Evil Dead or Hunt for Red October just respectable blockbusters and I was kind of

[00:08:56] more into triple X growing up but then I think this one I slowly started to respect at least

[00:09:01] the first one just because the dialogue was reasonable surprisingly for a movie of that

[00:09:06] kind and I just love Michelle Rodriguez so much as an actress she's just a very

[00:09:11] invaluable tough gal actress especially if you've seen Girl Fight which is just a very

[00:09:15] inspirational drama.

[00:09:18] Yeah no I think that's just it when it came back and you had all these other blockbuster

[00:09:25] movies it just was interesting seeing how you know a precursor to the Marvel versus DC

[00:09:32] you know matches it was interesting just seeing how who's going to try and out do each other this

[00:09:36] summer you know the summer movies kind of back in swing again and I'm a mystery science

[00:09:43] theater guy so I'm into all kinds of cheesy movie watching even if that you're not enjoying it

[00:09:47] it's there's nothing you will always remember these wacky times when you go to the theaters

[00:09:52] with your friends you know and see these wacky movies um so.

[00:09:57] The whole audience is into it like cheering and they're gonna be like oh no way.

[00:10:02] All together throw.

[00:10:03] I thought my siblings would not even be into this but around yeah when they started revamping it

[00:10:08] they they started talking about them too and I'm like really interesting.

[00:10:11] Well it's cheesy but it knows what it is you know.

[00:10:14] Yeah exactly that's the weird part yeah that's what makes it work well hold on almost everyone

[00:10:19] knows what it is yeah that's kind of changed like around five I think they leaned into it

[00:10:24] but now so I mean specifically I don't I don't know if VIN ever really knew what it was he

[00:10:30] is kind of a standalone type where he's kind of takes himself seriously even though he knows it's

[00:10:36] well he can act he can act yes that is true same with Stallone I mean they've just both

[00:10:42] chosen to mostly they chose to take it to the bank yeah but yeah I've seen strays and

[00:10:48] saving private Ryan and even not around guys it is interesting how that's a totally different

[00:10:52] VIN that you get there than what you get with the family

[00:10:59] so I'm gonna let you guys rank this like on a five star skill

[00:11:03] who wants to go first we're gonna talk about some of these as we go or what

[00:11:10] we can do it and I'll let you kind of let's do all the ones you've seen yeah I mean I

[00:11:15] didn't want through 11 so that's what I did too and I forgot I didn't even include Hobbs and

[00:11:20] Shull okay um yeah okay you're right let's just talk about them in order and we can just give

[00:11:26] our rating at the end so uh the 2001 original helmed by Rob Cohen who would also do triple X

[00:11:33] done a bunch of episodes of Miami Vice and this almost got an R rating can you believe

[00:11:38] oh I didn't know that they were like hey that it's good yeah because they were way more

[00:11:44] it wouldn't often be for content half the time it would just be well

[00:11:47] this is gonna encourage people to vandalize or street race and like no it's not

[00:11:52] that's those are just stupid people I think a couple of scenes I'm that girl who watches

[00:11:57] the commentary on movies it's my thing I love that and especially when they're sarcastic ones

[00:12:03] they're right and Rob was talking about that and I know the scene with um when vince gets hooked

[00:12:10] on to the truck towards the end of the movie I think they had to dial that back a lot to keep

[00:12:16] the PG 13 rating because they thought it was too gory got it which is so weird because there is no

[00:12:23] gore but I know what you mean they just thought it was too intense yeah too many close-ups on all

[00:12:27] those kind of bloody yeah they don't focus on it that makes sense all right interesting um yeah

[00:12:36] it was it gave like an interesting look into a subculture I don't think a lot of people knew

[00:12:40] was happening really on the ground yeah yeah once in a while a movie comes along like that where it

[00:12:46] like taps into something that not everyone knows about like swingers did it right with yeah uh

[00:12:53] like swing music cut make it a comeback and dancing like that nobody knew about that and then

[00:12:57] all of a sudden it was huge absolutely uh the bird cage talked about you know conservative families

[00:13:03] you know marrying their daughter to a gay family you know so it's fun when one of a movie can like

[00:13:08] tap into something that's already happening but not quite everyone gets it and that's yeah it didn't

[00:13:13] make the front line but people who are in it you know there's word of malice taking a subculture

[00:13:17] to mainstream yeah especially with pre-internet you know and that's what rob says in his

[00:13:23] commentary when he talks about he said he wanted to make it as realistic as he could because

[00:13:28] he fell in love with that scene when he saw it on the streets and that's why in that opening street

[00:13:35] race those are all real drivers and they're real cars it feels real all the actions practical which

[00:13:43] probably why it still holds up absolutely especially when they're using the harpoons

[00:13:48] and they're like you ready let's do it um so yeah it's a point break like clone but yeah it has

[00:13:54] something else going for it to just give it a different flavor that's a i think yeah it took off

[00:13:59] a little bit it's a very watchable movie i it's pretty dated compared to the other ones but at

[00:14:06] least it's interesting seeing how they visually uh incorporate how the crew works what they do

[00:14:15] and do not do how they feel like a totally different franchise than where they are it's

[00:14:19] kind of a pretty good stuff yeah because it's so small compared to where they are now

[00:14:24] they've definitely moved right from the street racing part of it but you know what's funny is if

[00:14:29] you go back and watch that original one how much of the like i don't know how to describe it but the

[00:14:34] dna of what Fast and Furious is is there like in the first one right like barbecues and hanging

[00:14:42] out partying and a street race like you gotta have at least one street race and like a little

[00:14:47] bit of crime and a little bit of cops are they the good guys or the bad guys it's all there

[00:14:52] yeah all the characters are likable too you want to spend time with them yeah totally i think

[00:14:59] yeah uh it's a very early role for rick yoon

[00:15:04] villain from dine out of day olympus is fallen he's the you know oh yeah yeah the Korean gang

[00:15:10] donny train yeah he's like the red hares villain yeah he's playing everybody for a full so that's

[00:15:15] probably what it really has going in terms of originality with the crime element but like

[00:15:19] you say yeah the barbecue element is interesting um the rap music actually tells the story versus just

[00:15:27] being there because you know they needed an artist um it picks up especially near the end

[00:15:33] especially when they have to outrun each other on another street race and there's some shootouts

[00:15:39] who's the uh who's the rapper that's in that one jarl jarl jarl man yeah that's right i got

[00:15:45] so bad he got replaced but yeah i'm singing i'm singing in the song the songs right in my head right

[00:15:53] now yeah it's cookie uh he's always what i've been doing a few songs if you want until he pops up

[00:16:01] yeah other than the assault on pre-scene 13 remake he is acting was often lacking

[00:16:07] oh monica and no a g appears in this he appears in some of david ire's other

[00:16:15] host training day street kings type movies but he also reprises that role in like furious seven

[00:16:20] i think for like a five second david ire wrote this didn't he yes he did i think he was brought

[00:16:25] into rewrite it a bit like he did on other movies like taking lives and law-abiding citizen um

[00:16:31] but he got credit um so i guess uh what's our final rating on this one i just i give this one

[00:16:39] a 3.5 out of five okay cool i haven't ranked this my third oh out of 11 cool cool okay so i'm gonna

[00:16:48] give that one as my number four yeah i'm gonna give that one probably a two and a half like it's really

[00:16:53] fun it's just very dated you know it's uh it's in the best way in the best right correct yes i still

[00:17:02] love it and on any day it can flip back and forth with my number one oh yeah this franchise is very

[00:17:08] device so i mean i give it i give it a five just because it sets up the world for me paul walker is

[00:17:16] his charm vindicates will they describe him as the teddy bear we'll talk about paul and teddy bear

[00:17:22] in too fast and too furious so i get so yes too fast too furious they once again decide let's go

[00:17:29] miami of ice and let's focus on so they lose they lose vindiesel right yeah that's the big problem

[00:17:36] doing redic movies and then they're like yeah and let's have another rapper let's have ta reese

[00:17:42] we're bringing in ta reese let's bring back to go we have to go to a new location

[00:17:46] and his cop bosses is ted levine the other guy let's bring them back you don't have him

[00:17:52] have them scold them let's have col haasher be a psycho who interrogates people with a rat on

[00:17:57] their chest that's kind of weird in a pg-13 movie let's have uh oh what's the other one there was some

[00:18:05] on her at eva mendic she's a narc and she comes back in part five briefly like okay oh man i do not

[00:18:12] remember that part her coming back man i haven't watched these yet remember her uh i don't remember

[00:18:18] her yeah sorry the one that delivers the package to to the rock tobs yeah okay nice all right

[00:18:25] john singleton directs who would have the best the best part about this movie is the whole thing at

[00:18:31] the end where they have like a hundred cars and we don't know which one is the the money one yeah

[00:18:38] probably because that was one of the few practical like real things it was the best cgi is really bad

[00:18:44] it's terrible lately but when they drive the one car into the garage and then they open all

[00:18:49] the doors and everyone barrels out yeah that wide shot it's good that's definitely the best thing

[00:18:56] but i my question is i'm meant to go back and check uh how many bras and bras and bros did

[00:19:06] they oh yeah a word counter because they can't do f bombs so they gotta do yo homie yo bra

[00:19:13] it was just now i granted i because i did like plus and minuses for each movie you announced

[00:19:18] you did it a certain way i thought you said how many bras are no i know i know that also works for

[00:19:23] this franchise there's definitely a lot of people in those movies is horny as fuck oh my god oh yeah

[00:19:30] but it's like one of the pluses i do love that this is where we introduce tyrese and or well roman

[00:19:37] and tage because they are such a big part of the last few movies uh and actually the more i've

[00:19:43] watched it because like i said i rewatched all these over the past week and the more times i see

[00:19:49] two i like it a little bit better but it's still always gonna be i tell everybody if you can get

[00:19:55] through two possibly three then then you're you you're good because you gotta duck out yeah it's

[00:20:01] climbed up my ranking since paul walker died exactly the new ones without him you can feel it

[00:20:08] yeah just lacking something i do like tyrese part of it that's moved it up a bit i do legit

[00:20:14] like tyrese as an actor however as a person it's pretty clear that that guy he needs to definitely

[00:20:18] go see some therapy you know i think it's since paul died i think he was it's a bit of that

[00:20:25] and ego apparently his industry was really good too he does work here and the you know what

[00:20:33] what what part of the movie is it where they're like diving the cars off of the ramps like a

[00:20:39] giant trucks i think it's like there's a bunch of you know how there's always those trucks and

[00:20:47] they're shuffling cars to other dealerships and they're trying to hijack them and drive them off

[00:20:50] of there gotcha and just so weird because 2003 it was kind of the year where people were doing

[00:20:58] just car stunts galore you had the majors reloaded trashy stuff like bad boys too yeah

[00:21:05] and this is another one it's like that was also about the time when cgi was getting pretty good

[00:21:12] and they started using it when they probably should have been there yeah so and that's how

[00:21:17] i remember the free the big end of this movie after the 100 cars come out is they don't they

[00:21:23] jump a car over to the boat i think they're doing yeah yeah yeah and i remember that being

[00:21:30] terrible it's not great yeah i enjoyed the ejector seats before that the correct yes what everyone

[00:21:36] remembers is the ejector seats oh lord i did i mean i do give credit to the story itself

[00:21:46] for the idea of the story you know wasn't so bad being drug runners and okay it just took

[00:21:52] a sweet time i think yeah it just i don't know it just doesn't hold my attention like any of the

[00:21:58] other ones yep that's it's very crazy maniacal movie yes i'm gonna get that one it's seventh out of 11

[00:22:09] oh okay i'm gonna give this one a two out of five it's just it just feels too reserved like it's a

[00:22:15] tv budget and they just gave it a little extra money just to make it to the end yes yes i give

[00:22:20] same thing i'm at 2.5 i have this tan tan out of tan because i'd like i said i

[00:22:27] said out of 10 i didn't know it's not good i'm the worst ranking because i did not i did not add

[00:22:34] hobbs and shawl into mine and i had to figure out where i put them on my list of top 10 we're

[00:22:39] gonna get fast yeah thanks fast too fast um yeah so onto number three the sleeper right

[00:22:49] so i think this was supposed to be directed dvd and everyone's like okay this franchise is dead

[00:22:54] then makes a cameo so we can drop you drop the number as soon as you drop a number especially

[00:23:00] back then like oh it's not a part three then nobody cares mm-hmm there's none of the main cast

[00:23:07] paul walker back for it no there's none of the main cast it's a total reboot and you're like

[00:23:12] what is this and then you watch it and you're like hold on a second they didn't really care about

[00:23:19] about this movie somehow justin linds awesome somebody did it just phone this in and you have

[00:23:24] to pay a little closer attention there's some really great like quiet contemplative driving scenes

[00:23:30] in this movie where they're like yeah i'm curving around the mountains the whole drifting stuff

[00:23:35] the drifting through like tokyo yeah we heard about like the story that goes along with that

[00:23:40] no no it was basically done like we're all filmmaking because they didn't have permits to do it

[00:23:48] the people are just people there and what they had to do was uh they hired someone as like a fall guy

[00:23:55] so because they knew they were gonna get arrested so they hired somebody the cops came and arrested

[00:24:00] that guy and then justin linds was able to keep going wow i did not know that but that's why it

[00:24:06] looks so good because it's real and if anyone else found that out nowadays that they probably

[00:24:12] get fired loser permit yeah and they said in the commentary that um like he said they don't give

[00:24:20] permits hardly at all but the the area where his dad lived the little housing area that they actually

[00:24:28] let them film there because that area was about to be all torn down and the community decided well

[00:24:35] if we let them do this it's going to be on film forever we can have what it looked like back

[00:24:39] in the day and also they also mentioned how the people that he's shown that are from the area

[00:24:48] they even found it difficult to tell which uh car scenes were filmed in tokyo versus la okay

[00:24:56] wow cool son kane as an addition the cast is awesome too yeah i'd never had an issue with lucas

[00:25:04] black i know a lot of people give him shit i think he does okay in this uh the soundtrack is really

[00:25:09] the highlight for me i just i love how we have moth staff and a bunch of other electronic artists

[00:25:16] crystal method i think is on here well being a girl from alabama i completely uh i understand

[00:25:23] lucas blacks language so that could be a two i think a lot of people are just saying not

[00:25:29] this was before we had subtitles that they're not understanding how he's saying

[00:25:33] he's a he's a good addition for like the white guy uh i'm kind of surprised that they haven't

[00:25:39] leaned on him a little more after he came back for a second couple yeah it seems like he

[00:25:46] he's the one to like try to fill in that spot right with paul gone yeah yeah i wonder why

[00:25:51] they haven't really gone that route but like the franchise kind of was they didn't acknowledge

[00:25:55] it for a while then they slowly were like hey let's just bring everybody back it could

[00:25:59] because i know he does uh csi new orleans maybe he used to and then they killed him off on that show

[00:26:07] but oh i didn't know that i didn't watch it because he said the rt words i'm an auburn grad so he said

[00:26:12] the other words way too often for me to have to deal with sorry sports ball we were watching it

[00:26:19] because we wanted to see scott paclick if yes anyway yeah um yeah no i'm it's a two and a half

[00:26:26] on me for for me i just i i do think it's a way better party movie and somehow even though vinn's

[00:26:33] doing the uncredited cameo just so he can buy back the reddick franchise yeah they gave him the rights

[00:26:38] to reddick just for that his heart's crazy seems to be in this and you can kind of tell

[00:26:43] that he's having fun doing this shameless plug yeah maybe i give it a 3.5 because just look at you go

[00:26:51] but don't worry the other ones are much much higher than this it's all good i just have a very

[00:26:58] high base very high base number five for me i really like this movie all right sweet i give it probably

[00:27:05] a 4.5 because i love this is probably the one i've actually seen the most i love the japanese culture

[00:27:11] i think is beautiful did anyone ever remember three for me did anyone ever remember the critics

[00:27:15] calling this the the equi the racing equivalent of bad news bears go to japan no yes i always found

[00:27:24] that amusing but yeah i think like many of these odd ugly ducklings on these franchises i think they've

[00:27:30] been reevaluated and everyone's like yeah you know it's not as bad as you remember okay so let's

[00:27:36] just go and then they were they loved justin lince so much they were like dude do this again

[00:27:42] with everyone just like you did the first time yeah so part four is okay i always mix up four and five

[00:27:49] part four is the one across the border of mexico he's going back on the cover again that's when

[00:27:54] the two leads come back but there's the tunnels quite there yet there's the tunnels between

[00:27:59] america and mexico okay yeah got it and they kill letty offscreen and they've got some like

[00:28:05] right no Mexican gangsters uh gets needlessly convoluted but it's letty dies yes it's a rehash

[00:28:12] of the first one yeah and vindiesel has like the detectivision from like arkham badminton

[00:28:18] yeah he's totally badminton he plays everything the crash of her car they they get into battle with

[00:28:23] a chinese gang and he's holding a guy over a ledge outside of a window and you're like really

[00:28:29] okay haun haun isn't this one too right he's in the next one oh he's in the next

[00:28:33] one okay i'll get up shows up in this one for the first yes yes she does gotcha gotcha okay

[00:28:40] love them love gal Gadot in this series yeah uh still haven't figured it's still haven't figured

[00:28:46] out how she's alive yeah well she's in spoilers spoilers for part 10 but yeah she shows me it

[00:28:53] all makes sense after a while um oh yeah she did show up at the very end i'm very anxiously

[00:29:00] awaiting how they're gonna explain i saw her get sucked off a plane that's just honestly

[00:29:05] haun back with like hologram i don't even remember what the reason was i was just happy to see him again

[00:29:12] now i don't understand she i mean i question i never believed haun was dead first of all but

[00:29:17] how could i mean joseph's easily made it out of that she was like a carling off the ground

[00:29:23] that would they killed haun twice actually because they killed him in the third one and

[00:29:27] they had statham yeah i survived a car explosion yeah yeah and then they brought him back and now

[00:29:33] that's from the same scene though right you just keep seeing it from different perspectives

[00:29:38] yeah now statham is a good guy now after being we'll get there guys we'll get there you jump

[00:29:45] ahead okay i know i know it's exciting i never understood how he and luke evans are supposed

[00:29:49] to be brothers i'm like i'm just not seeing it i guess it's over there they're english that's

[00:29:53] very english okay got it but yeah this one honestly the plot is kind of forgettable for me

[00:30:00] of this one i just i remember mexico and they have to race through the tunnels at the end

[00:30:05] yeah i obviously have a softer spot for this one than you guys do i love i love i love the whole

[00:30:11] thing this is why i love doing these tunnels that's why i like doing these rankings because

[00:30:16] i love the the braga like we we don't know who it is they kind of you know red herring him as somebody

[00:30:24] else and like he's just he's the one trying to get all the drivers together i don't i i love this

[00:30:29] maybe no it's fine i i love it for the fact that it starts it starts to piece together

[00:30:36] what for fascin fears will become like right everyone's starting to get together now

[00:30:41] and i was and i remember this word team really figured it out yeah when i saw the first one it's

[00:30:46] like i give vendee so back i get paul walker back like i was excited to have everybody back and i

[00:30:51] liked it at the beginning how they were still kind of you know they had not communicated since

[00:30:58] brian let dom go you know this was the first time they were seeing each other and they still

[00:31:03] had that you know kind of bad blood between them so i liked them trying to work together but

[00:31:08] yet you know staying in recovery as well i enjoyed it awesome fair enough yeah i gotta give this one

[00:31:14] a one out of five i i know i hate this one i i it's because the tunnels are cg they're not

[00:31:22] even real tunnels it looks like a video game it's just a very big slog i do like how it's in

[00:31:27] the better direction and getting more energetic i just again i just this is one i could skip and

[00:31:33] wouldn't miss anything but yeah i think that's fair the biggest selling point is uh paul walker vendee

[00:31:39] back right it's basically it and then said number six all of a sudden yeah the rest of it's fairly

[00:31:44] forgettable they had three which was a reboot and then all of a sudden you go to four and you're

[00:31:48] like wait they're all back yeah i can't see this and then come all the questions about well wait three

[00:31:54] happened before all this so it's like right i don't think i don't think at the time i don't think

[00:31:59] at the time that was the case though yeah it wasn't they just had the soundtrack was really

[00:32:05] annoying in this one too but yeah uh let's go to part five which is i think we all agree is kind of

[00:32:12] a highlight of the franchise yeah that's my part five that's my number one that movie so fun

[00:32:18] even uh hokey md almeida who's kind of phoning it in and seems to be a welcome edition

[00:32:23] that makes sense um okay big stuff in fast five haunted back so we find out this is a pretty cool

[00:32:31] yep uh let's see you start to get the whole team okay where does this one take the rock shows up in

[00:32:38] this one okay the rocks in this one brazil one with like the really good with the safe and yeah

[00:32:43] the minute he and gal Gadot the train heist at the beginning and the minute they put on those

[00:32:47] night vision goggles it looks like they're about to play a i don't know a battlefield or call

[00:32:52] a duty simulation um there's some great chase sequences over the rooftops man yeah in rio uh

[00:33:01] the whole thing where they're dragging the safe with two cars is freaking ingenious fantastic

[00:33:08] it's incredible and it looks so good i gotta believe most of that was oh yeah most of it

[00:33:13] is practical yeah it's very wild these them like practicing for the heist yes and then

[00:33:18] they just don't even do that they just like throw it all out the way no that's great they are using

[00:33:24] free cars just to tear open one giant safe car and even before that like i've never seen this many

[00:33:30] much gunplay with machine guns and shotguns and in a pg-13 movie they're shooting them like kind

[00:33:36] of like taken they're shooting them so many times and yet it's somehow all very bloodless uh yeah

[00:33:42] right um they also do one of the first big stunts in the series where you think okay what right when

[00:33:52] he jumps across he jumps across from one side of the bridge to the other side of the bridge catches

[00:33:56] lady and no is that the next one that's six that's in six because that's my jump the shark moment

[00:34:01] this is the one where they like him and paul walker go off uh that cliff uh after the train

[00:34:08] okay got you great i love so i love that scene yeah so that's the that's the first scene in this

[00:34:13] whole series where i literally felt like my heart stopped for a second when they did that

[00:34:18] i was like oh wow this is when he when he jumps on the back of that car like he's surfing i'm like

[00:34:23] oh my god this is so awesome and it's not it's not that they go over the cliff it's that they

[00:34:26] go over the cliff and then they're both totally calm like they've done this before yeah we know

[00:34:32] what to do they don't even cut out at that point too it's just like they don't even they don't

[00:34:36] even talk to each other they just take off their seatbelts stand up get ready we're gonna

[00:34:40] push off the car as soon as we you know when we're too close to the water it's so good and i know

[00:34:44] it's not real but it looks so real it does look good it does look great it did good with the CGI

[00:34:49] on this one and the music by john pal is pretty inspired you might know him from scoring

[00:34:54] movies like ice age in the born identity films that yeah that that train sequence was just

[00:34:59] fantastic and i'm not having a salvage because my dad had a silver uh it was at the 56 corvette

[00:35:04] convertible i think there is a 56 yeah and that's and that's the car they use in that scene so are

[00:35:10] there some sounds for me too are there some buick and tyota cars in this franchise as well or am i

[00:35:14] thinking of a different car racing franchise some beauty i could tell you maybe not well there's

[00:35:22] there's some money carlos oh yes i used to own one oh i'll give it some extra points just for

[00:35:29] that i think that's what i think that's what uh shon lucas black had in the beginning of part

[00:35:34] three when he raises the kid from home improvement yeah yeah right uh well now now that that may when

[00:35:42] i saw that that did disappoint me in that i'm like why is tim ellen not the referee

[00:35:48] starting the show i'm starting the race and go yeah um i forgot one thing that i gotta tell you guys

[00:35:54] at the end of the last movie part three dominik is in jail well yes he gets captured he's on a bus

[00:36:01] do you remember where he's going to prison he's going to lompoc prison where he said he would never

[00:36:10] go back again federal corrections institution okay so this is weird uh my dad was a federal prison warden

[00:36:17] really i grew up on prison property pretty much all the time we traveled all over the country doing

[00:36:22] this he was the warden of lompoc prison at the time that this thing be sure to thank him for his

[00:36:29] service wow and i told him dude at the end of this movie dominik toretto is going to your prison

[00:36:36] no way that's so crazy and uh he gets busted out of he never makes it there by the way

[00:36:43] oh yeah that's the first scene in part five starts when they break him out of the bus on the way

[00:36:49] and he's just fine good job on y'all sure that's not between five and six no this is the big

[00:36:58] that's the beginning of five this is the biggest part of this kudos to whoever choreographed the fight

[00:37:04] between uh the rock and vin yeah i was gonna say that's a good fight shroy robinson who has doubled

[00:37:10] vin in other movies uh did good it's very seamless you can't tell and obviously the rocks

[00:37:16] cousin tynoid reed is his stunt double and same deal you can't tell i would say that's the last good

[00:37:22] fight between them yeah because that's before they had like it's the first and the last you know

[00:37:26] exactly before the actors refused to film in the same scenes yeah either one could leave could lose

[00:37:32] neither they had to throw the exact same this was back when these actors could stand to be in the

[00:37:36] same scene together you know there's that too there's the ups anyone not knowing what we're

[00:37:42] talking about looking up it's out there there's a reason they went their own way in the franchise

[00:37:49] oh so let's go to yeah i'm gonna give this one also like uh three out of five it's it's very decent

[00:37:56] it's moves at a fast pace it's good for what it is you might say it's very furious for a fast

[00:38:03] and very smooth this is my number one i'm giving this i'm giving this a 4.5 this one's real real

[00:38:09] high up there i think i'm gonna give it a if you're gonna watch it because this is this is my

[00:38:15] number well no i'm gonna give it a 4.5 because this is my number four maybe okay perfect we're on to part

[00:38:22] six where we introduced luke evans as a terrorist and there's all kinds of butter just uh i remember

[00:38:30] when this first came out and people were noticing how this reminded them of live free or die hard

[00:38:34] where the uh a car crashes through a plane yes right oh yeah this is the one with the

[00:38:41] like 30 000 mile runway or whatever yeah just going and going uh guys this is my favorite

[00:38:49] thousand fierce movie because it is just just a little too far over real life but not so far

[00:38:57] too far for me i think this was the last one that they actually didn't have that punch count

[00:39:02] like we were talking about yeah and uh what's name they get and they get the crap kicked out of them

[00:39:08] like going there in the subway oh yes love that great fight in fact in fact that's a him and tyreese

[00:39:14] it no he's yeah because he's like there's more to it don't tell everybody back in there like

[00:39:18] there's more to it than just that because that scene is happening at the same time there's an

[00:39:22] all chick fight and they keep cutting between that one and and there's another thing going on

[00:39:27] at the same time which i can't remember what it what it is but there's like an action sequence

[00:39:31] where three different things are happening yeah it's really great so incredible and letty decides

[00:39:37] i'm gonna stop betraying the team let's not run oh man she's got amnesia let he's back she's alive but

[00:39:43] she has amnesia i normally hate amnesia as a trope but i i don't even care in this one no i just

[00:39:51] wanted her back so i was fine with it it's got the car that's so low that it flips other

[00:39:56] cars you can only take oh yeah i love that i'm going to take this movie with gi joe logic

[00:40:02] yes fine it makes no sense fine it's fine it's fine this is my three high points is letty's back

[00:40:10] the wedge vehicles that you were talking about and then the braga connection because i told y'all

[00:40:15] i love braga for the fourth movie oh my god that my my three minuses are um the runway

[00:40:24] i mean i don't know how many people talked about that runway scene like i timed it the last time

[00:40:29] i watched it it was 10 minutes long yeah i figured it out once i figured it out once that if it was i

[00:40:37] timed it it's like 10 yeah 11 minutes and then if a plane is going 65 miles an hour or something

[00:40:43] like that how long would the runway need to be and it had to be to be something crazy like

[00:40:48] to what 15 miles long yeah it doesn't really exist and my mom was watching me she was like well wait

[00:40:54] maybe they're just circling around i'm like no they're not they're gonna pull speak off

[00:40:59] but and then of course the scene you were talking about earlier this is my one jump the shark

[00:41:04] action scene and it's where yes he catches her bidder lands on a car on the other bridge

[00:41:10] he's fine the tank is chasing and we will notice a pattern when we get when we get to

[00:41:16] number is it number nine i think yes number nine apparently i don't like when they have

[00:41:21] scenes that involve bridges because nine is my other big like really now i can buy when they

[00:41:27] go into space but for some reason him catching her okay well this is gonna be very interesting

[00:41:35] um don't they also doesn't uh brian go back to jail on this one oh i love that

[00:41:41] scene because he goes back oh my god so quick the guy in the face he plants himself back in

[00:41:47] if you keep track of the timeline too that also makes no sense because he flies from yeah he goes

[00:41:52] like halfway around the world where are they there in london and then he gets to la and then he's back

[00:41:56] it's less than 24 hours try to use real physics when it doesn't even acknowledge real physics

[00:42:04] it's daytime everywhere at the same time all yes oh my god it's only night time when we want

[00:42:10] to have a cool explosion at night um i just love it it's it's too much like it's not real life anymore

[00:42:17] but for me it's just the right amount of unbelievable oh man my favorite one this is my second favorite

[00:42:25] oh oh oh we also gotta say that uh han dies and yeah until he comes back both of them break my heart

[00:42:33] because i love them i love them too that really bubby this one's just jizzle because at the end

[00:42:38] they ask him oh right what are you what are you gonna do and he all he keeps saying like maybe back

[00:42:43] to tokyo right that's the guy in the post credit scene i think so and then that's where they show

[00:42:49] because we know it happened already yeah yeah but man when she goes it's so shocked me so much

[00:42:55] because i love that together man yeah i felt so sad oh man we'll return after these messages

[00:44:42] uh this was a rough slide i'm sorry i'm the worst go on i just find out i found out to

[00:44:50] row very annoying the one that kathy was just bringing up no the supporting one where

[00:44:56] because it doesn't have anything to do with the rest of the vin and luke evans having

[00:45:00] a fun contest i'm like gotcha gotcha uh once again since everyone keeps coming back to life

[00:45:07] i really don't know how to even like bring this was the rest of the franchise because

[00:45:11] it's not it's un consequential so yeah it makes no sense anymore uh so i'm giving this one a

[00:45:16] five out of five because it's my it's just the best i watched this movie uh this was the

[00:45:21] last one i saw at home before i was like a gammon theaters again and i watched it on on dvd

[00:45:26] one night at my house my wife was asleep on the couch next to me the whole time and i just

[00:45:31] it took everything i had in me not to wake her up and say you gotta see this it's so good you

[00:45:38] wanted to wake her up oh man did she appreciate being woken up i didn't i didn't do it but man

[00:45:46] it took a lot it took a lot

[00:45:50] i saw this one overseas the theaters really it was either this one or five i can't remember

[00:45:57] where were you traveling he's doing like the fast fierce tour where you watch each one

[00:46:01] yeah location exactly well that would be pretty cool actually i was in burma him england

[00:46:07] so you were i'm bloody hell no i think it was this one did jason statham fronted to

[00:46:15] curb stop you and had to say yo man i don't want any trouble man yeah i'm pretty sure it was this one

[00:46:20] yeah that was that was an interesting experience too because they were just like what is happening

[00:46:24] what is happening uh let's go to part seven also known as the one where they were thinking

[00:46:31] let's nominate it for an oscar really jason dorulo song it's been a that's a great song

[00:46:38] yeah it is i still listen to that one come on i actually loaded that up and my brother and

[00:46:42] girlfriend went to see this and his girlfriend didn't think it was very good but yet even she

[00:46:47] confessed that she started crying like yeah movies do that to you sometimes this one okay so this one

[00:46:53] was it had a lot of turmoil right yeah they were shooting it all going according to plan they

[00:46:59] lose their like main actor tragically his two brothers are stand-ins yeah i'm going to hiatus

[00:47:06] for ages try to figure out what to do they bring them back yeah with their brothers to

[00:47:10] body double for him they get their sad card it's great worked really well you really can't tell

[00:47:16] you go into it not knowing like oh is this going to be like in poor taste or is this going to be okay

[00:47:23] i remember being like very nervous i know what you're talking about i think they handled it

[00:47:27] really well in hindsight they did as well as you could but i felt so scared and you can't tell

[00:47:31] that his CGI it looks like a real human actor yeah the only couple of the only couple of times i

[00:47:37] notice it is when they're like when they jump out of the car as the car is careening out of the

[00:47:42] building you can kind of see because it's a little bit further away and then at the end when there's

[00:47:47] a fight scene at the end that you could tell yeah it just makes you never see his face it makes

[00:47:53] the movie so much harder to watch yeah like i i literally cried through the whole movie

[00:47:59] it is it gets me at the end there when they drive off or he drives off absolutely well it's

[00:48:04] like as soon as you you see them sitting at the on the beach and they're talking knowing that

[00:48:10] they filmed that scene after his death right so it's like what they're saying is true it is goodbye

[00:48:17] yeah totally yeah so that was the only thing is Georgiana booster is like just has a beach ball

[00:48:22] under her dress it's the most ridiculous pregnant woman as it goes on they really give

[00:48:30] her less to do except run around and you're like so true same chick who was in what Texas chainsaw

[00:48:36] or crap i mean it's it's hard to bring her back though because it's like why isn't why here like

[00:48:42] she's not as useful as he is in these well happy how do y'all think they've played that do y'all

[00:48:48] because yeah i think everybody thought that they they would kill him so he's gone yeah do you

[00:48:54] do y'all like that they played it off i think it was great i think that was one of the best handling

[00:48:59] of someone dying in production it works so well in this movie but i think you're right

[00:49:05] josh later on you can feel that it's missing and it's strange that he's not there anymore yeah

[00:49:10] it's he was i mean he was the heart without him it's just not the same i like how they keep

[00:49:17] bringing in like even if it's just a scene with you know dom son or

[00:49:22] you know the very is it nine or two i think it's nine where his car like show you know there's one

[00:49:27] person missing and it's like he's on his way and i'm like oh i cried yesterday because i'm like oh yeah

[00:49:34] but he's not coming yeah the barbecue yeah um this movie has my favorite uh like cinematography

[00:49:42] i think of the whole series it is well shot but i think that's what works for me against it

[00:49:47] it's too well it's so good yeah like the the sunsets are beautiful yeah he directed this one

[00:49:56] this is the one where uh when they jump the car between the buildings that looks incredible my

[00:50:02] only i only have one bugaboo about that is they say that he's in the penthouse but when they jump

[00:50:09] from the very first building they're halfway down that building they're not in the penthouse

[00:50:13] yeah so they should have made the shortest building the one that they jumped from first

[00:50:18] because that would have made more sense and ronnie rowsey is introduced for no reason at all yeah

[00:50:23] not a fan is this the one where ludicrous goes it was no reason but that was a dope fight scene

[00:50:29] well i agree with the sexy dresses is this where ludicrous goes this is ludicrous

[00:50:35] oh i don't know this is ludicrous i think this was the first date where he says it and you're

[00:50:39] like for real in that fight scene i think this is the first time they came up with that camera move

[00:50:43] where they spin the camera with the actor as they're getting flipped yes which gets it was so awesome

[00:50:50] the rock like two times and then they use that over and over and over the rock is thrown out of a

[00:50:55] building by statham and then he's in a cast and he just tears it off yeah okay he flexes out of it

[00:51:02] have you heard the reason he was allowed to lose that fight is because he was saving a woman to do it

[00:51:06] that's why he was okay with it there you go and then he shoots a drone with a giant machine gun

[00:51:13] you're like okay um that works a level he just flexes his arm to break the cat past he just flexes

[00:51:20] he says dad he's got to go to work oh my god

[00:51:26] i saw this movie i was living in la when it came out so i saw this in la with a packed theater

[00:51:30] and it was freaking incredible everyone was hyped cheering applauding and all the locations you know

[00:51:37] like our places we know oh man it's just the best wait a minute i feel like now we're talking because

[00:51:41] i thought that where he was in the hospital was an eight because that's when they're doing the whole

[00:51:46] the god's eye and all that was an eight part seven that's they follow they follow up with

[00:51:51] the god's eye later too but yeah yeah it is mentioned later on this one finishes in

[00:51:56] in los angeles yeah yeah when he stops on a parking lot exactly yes he breaks the parking

[00:52:02] garage for this foot oh my god they also ran ram into each other head on at some point

[00:52:12] get up and walk away it's like hey it's like cheating they hit each other with metal pipes

[00:52:18] and you're like okay so i guess they got this is agent smith versus matrix type fighting i

[00:52:23] guess that works yep yep yeah it reminded me of like what was it the fourth diehard movie where

[00:52:28] everyone's just like oh yeah where mclain has steroids even though he's getting to where everyone is

[00:52:34] john mclain like everyone's right it's a wrestler's match or like the later terminator movies where

[00:52:39] they go back to just throwing people against walls off the throwing is the i hate that

[00:52:44] drop i know it's like why is this happening here am i wrong or is this also the one where

[00:52:50] they drop out of the plane yeah which they did for real which they did for real they dropped

[00:52:57] real cars out of the track out of paul walkers jumping back i love that it's a bus it's a bus right

[00:53:03] he's running on the bus like and it's tipping over the edge ring kind of thing oh my god yeah

[00:53:10] it's it's insane everyone i'm pretty sure that was seven yeah it is yeah it's part seven this way

[00:53:15] yeah well and there was also what in this the also the one where

[00:53:20] what did we already talk about no i'm confused now never mind i i i think you're thinking of a

[00:53:26] i mean they made stethem a good guy he when he hurts or injures the rock he just like kills

[00:53:33] everyone in a hospital he murders everyone in the hospital he's the terminator he just comes in

[00:53:40] you don't even know how he does it and you're like uh how was this pg 13 i was a good guy yeah now he's

[00:53:46] cool okay cool um that's that's in part eight right when they flip him i think so okay that was

[00:53:54] a tough sell for me we'll talk about it when we get there but man that one was hard but okay so

[00:53:59] let's see the hospital oh gosh yeah we want to wrap up part seven we'll talk about haunt but not

[00:54:04] the hospital let's go ahead and ring part seven then go in eight i put this one right out number five

[00:54:10] for me it's just below six i have this is number four awesome okay i think we got it um i have it as

[00:54:20] number six okay oh this was a zero for me i just a zero ludicrous was fucking unbearable in this

[00:54:28] oh my god oh i know the two of them do get more annoying to me as it's like i just want to see

[00:54:35] vinn and the rock doesn't have anything to do really except shoot the drone and i just feel

[00:54:43] like it takes itself to you seriously well the rock uh he was supposed to be in this movie more

[00:54:47] but then because of the schedule they had to write him out yeah and then they brought him in at

[00:54:53] the end just it's insane something yeah don't give me rock there are gonna be some that we give a great

[00:54:59] rating too it's just it's a crazy crazy franchise and the best way to take this one is with a lot of

[00:55:03] weed oh let's go to eight where they go to space everyone always said it where are they gonna go

[00:55:11] next space they gotta go to space jason did it hell raiser did it mission impossible did it

[00:55:16] right uh first off they missed a huge one wait hold on a second are you sure they don't go to

[00:55:24] space in this oh they don't go to my bad it's nine okay so this is charlie's this is the

[00:55:29] this is the charlie's they're on on the submarine this is my least this is my least favorite i think

[00:55:35] yeah that's bad this one was coming off of such like i think i think six and seven even though

[00:55:41] if those aren't your favorite movies i think those were the most successful they were definitely

[00:55:45] and they were really charm yeah and and they just had like the culture taken over like those were the

[00:55:51] huge huge movies and actually based off based off the wikipedia seven and eight made the most

[00:56:01] money box office yeah exactly that's why that's why i mean seven seven was huge it was so big

[00:56:07] yeah i think paul walker's death had a big part of that one point five billion and so this one

[00:56:12] hat was just a massive opening because of how well yeah it's like one point two billion i think

[00:56:17] for the last few correct yeah and um man they missed a huge they missed a huge one like a

[00:56:23] layup here why do you not call it the f8 of the furious there's a whole convention is it's

[00:56:30] nonsense what the hell there's a whole youtube video about the naming of the fast and furious

[00:56:35] franchise is how not one of them coordinates with any of the other titles right doesn't make any

[00:56:40] sense and the titles don't even have anything to do with it it's pathetic it's literally it's in the

[00:56:45] title f8 the fate of the furious why would you not just move that down all right anyways i don't

[00:56:50] know about that oh man so okay so the craziest do stay a salamander who's also like a terrorist

[00:57:00] criminal for a higher crazy woman yep yep it's weird but she said she she just becomes friends

[00:57:06] with dom like it within two sentences yeah because she's playing up her real life thing where

[00:57:14] everyone keeps saying pretty beautiful despite your age and this one was marketed as dominic

[00:57:21] was the bad guy i don't know if you guys remember that i do for yeah because he gets

[00:57:26] so due to a spy charlie charlie's does that sometimes i don't get it well yeah we had

[00:57:32] mentioned he has a kid with alana so that's the big reveal here is he's being blackmailed into

[00:57:37] doing these terrible things against his own team to keep his son alive oh man that he just found out about

[00:57:45] yep happens sometimes i think this is my least favorite one because the way they kill alana

[00:57:50] like he's really supposed to be fun and that just bummed me out oh yeah she just takes one to

[00:57:56] the head right and the music that's playing just makes you wonder not sure how to fill

[00:58:00] once michelle rodriguez comes back he was with alana and she's just like nah it's fine you go yeah

[00:58:06] he was with that he was with alana for like a week yeah because the kid is hers and then a week later

[00:58:13] he finds out lenny's alive so it's all on the up and up shot don't work josh don't worry don't

[00:58:19] worry about it they had a scene and she's just like it's okay like i don't really understand

[00:58:23] react that way you thought i was dead well i think in that opening scene with when

[00:58:28] the rock comes to dom about it she under because she says she's like if it was my husband

[00:58:34] i would you know have to go and find so i think she's totally fine with she's still in love with

[00:58:39] her deceased husband anyway so it was all good yeah forget they have a kid together it's just an

[00:58:44] excuse for her to fight charlie i don't think she she didn't know it at that time i think she

[00:58:48] she said she finds out she found out right before uh right after he found out lady was alive

[00:58:54] um as you do yeah this movie is kind of a slog uh i think and i always feel bored by the time they're

[00:59:03] racing through the snow it's like okay how much longer is this gonna go on um no there's parts i love

[00:59:10] in this one though i love the whole jason statham but jason's statement well yeah you gotta say

[00:59:16] save with the baby you gotta say with the accident oh jason statham is the highlight that's

[00:59:22] that sequence is the highlight of the movie yeah and i do love and he's making jokes and he's like

[00:59:26] give us a smile that's what it was give us a smile and i think not let the baby see the violence

[00:59:32] it's the best i can't remember the actor's name but the guy who plays torman in game of thrones

[00:59:36] the redheaded guy oh that's her hegemen i'd love him i love him too that's my only i think my biggest

[00:59:44] dislike of this one it i'm i love the submarine i love that whole you know it's very i actually kind

[00:59:50] of enjoy that scene too it's it's fun i love tyrese having to you know be pulled out you know because

[00:59:57] of the orange that's great i mean that's right right there not pulling the whole car out where he

[01:00:02] just grabs on the door that's actually kind of some restraint when he gets off and he stops

[01:00:08] and he uses the door to knock one of the guys on the on the machines off and knocks him out

[01:00:14] i love something like that it's the michelle rodriguez one when they're showing her escape and it's like

[01:00:21] the ice keeps coming up in the opposite direction there's not not in a ramp direction it's like

[01:00:26] the opposite direction but somehow she still uses this in a ramp i'm like somehow yeah somehow

[01:00:34] they also set up in this one right that that um charlie starin is working for somebody else

[01:00:41] right but we don't know who yet until next time yeah i don't i still i'm not totally sure we know who

[01:00:48] she was working for um oh we miss kurt russell he's he shows up in part mr nobody part seven isn't

[01:00:56] this one they start to basically become like super spies that was in that was in yeah seven before

[01:01:02] yeah yes oh man because they're still doing heists and stuff in six seven mr nobody shows

[01:01:08] up and says hey we need your help because nobody else can do this is this the one that um is it scott

[01:01:14] scott eastwood i think is also yeah yeah i was an agent yep

[01:01:21] as you do but the best part who did not know what that baby's name was going to be at the end of

[01:01:26] this movie i mean talk about the there's no other option i wasn't paying attention so

[01:01:34] little brian little little ryan oh my god yep it checks out

[01:01:44] i mean what what what it's either that or call him mr room room

[01:01:47] it's a room room all right i'm a grouch you guys go ahead and rank it first eight i put this one at

[01:01:58] 3.5 we peeked we're on the way down three boys five baby this is my least favorite just that scene with

[01:02:04] elana getting murdered two and a half i hate it so much it takes me out of the movie it's not fun

[01:02:10] i have this is fifth on my list because i love the scene with jason state them and

[01:02:15] luke evans and then the banter i mean i i know it's cheesy but the banner between roman and tesh

[01:02:22] just it cracks me up is this one where they were the catapult gun that he accidentally shoots or is that

[01:02:32] in between in between haun and um i just remember there's a big james bond inspired

[01:02:37] fight on the ice with atvs and machine gun i remember about the catapult gun

[01:02:43] and there's a little bad earlier one there's more pain if haun was involved it wouldn't be this one

[01:02:48] because he's not in this one oh it's so it must be nine by ludacris right game of phone check oh my god

[01:02:56] but them fighting over her it makes me laugh because she's like whatever i don't like either one of

[01:03:01] you right i'm just here it's the by this point it's like you guys say it is the 18 man guy

[01:03:07] driver just a bunch of spies yeah use cars and fix them up okay what's next are you going to nine next

[01:03:15] are you going to habs and shah oh yeah let's let's go to oh well yeah habs and shah release order is

[01:03:22] habs and shah so this is where they were like okay we need the rock because he is huge in this

[01:03:28] let's have a dress alba as a term he doesn't get along with uh with our other lead

[01:03:34] vindy what are we gonna do let's just spin it off and this is almost not a facet furious movie

[01:03:39] it's tango and cash and lethal weapon yeah it's and they keep meeting up with special undercover

[01:03:46] agents kevin heart and ryan rinalds as you hear on a plane hard sequence out of play

[01:03:55] it's so long you're like how is this still going didn't they film that uh spur of the

[01:04:01] moment he happened to be on the flight they were filming on or i don't know maybe i'm thinking of

[01:04:05] a summer movie where that happened where someone was there i think i'm thinking of even migrager made

[01:04:10] a cameo in once upon a time in the west because he was filming jane got a gun on the soundstage next

[01:04:15] door and they're like let's have you you're in cowboy gear how about you come on over and film

[01:04:19] a cameo um yeah it just alba is legitimate superhuman yes superhuman he's killed in such

[01:04:25] an anticlimatic way but at least he's having a lot of fun taking out the trash and i think the

[01:04:30] highlight is when they're both getting like their nipples tased and then they escape and then they're

[01:04:37] trying to it's like they're still playing a literal video game they're trying to see how many

[01:04:41] henchmen they can knock out yeah yeah before the other one does and just like it's not a contest

[01:04:46] you guys need to escape i also love that venessa kirby is about 21 years younger than uh

[01:04:52] dathom but their brother and sister and now she's oh that's right i forgot about that oh yeah i

[01:04:57] forgot she was in this one oh my word um i have to believe that part of the contract for the rock

[01:05:03] was this is going to take place in hawaii at the end because i want to yeah absolutely you can tell

[01:05:09] it's there's a lots of ego stroking it's to stay them is like we're going to have

[01:05:12] british babes and uh yeah and the rock is like i want to have us promote my sumo and yeah

[01:05:20] exactly it's it's not just that i wanted to take place in hawaii but it feels like total respect

[01:05:25] and go to all return of the jedi where they're all fighting each other e-walk style with this

[01:05:31] but he really wants to put the culture on like center stage like oh my god it's like a very

[01:05:36] crazy like just people with guns versus uh just like sticks right right right yeah and it's so

[01:05:45] like high tech guns that they somehow can shut off yeah yeah it's like that and they render the

[01:05:50] helicopter in operable the reason they go there is because his like brother or something used to

[01:05:56] i don't know he used to be like a hacker for some reason he's the only one in the world who can

[01:06:02] hack into this uh iowep it does make any sense it's a total plot convenience it's it's probably

[01:06:09] the mindless of the movies but i'm giving it a perfect three and a half out of five i and see i have

[01:06:15] only watched this movie once at the theater y'all not making me want to rewatch this i only saw once

[01:06:21] two i remember pretty well i think i've only said it once you don't need to rewatch you don't need

[01:06:25] to rewatch it but the only thing i remember i love the way it is i love the first 15 minutes

[01:06:29] the banter with oh yeah vinn and i mean with rock and with jason statham that is literally all i

[01:06:36] remember because i love that part so much and the i remember how crazy the scene was i guess on the

[01:06:43] island when he was back home i vaguely remember like the like were they like wreckers like they

[01:06:49] would hook up the cars right i feel like i remember thinking that was holding onto a helicopter in

[01:06:54] a tow truck yes right yes and then another car like the tow truck was getting towed

[01:07:00] yeah and they were connected to the helicopter and because it was like five or six of them at

[01:07:04] the same time like all being strung very very bizarre and because i do like the soundtrack in this

[01:07:11] minus the one rap song in the first fight scene i do think it has an unusual kinetic energy even

[01:07:17] though like you guys say it's really just a one-time watch but kudos to david leach for

[01:07:22] bringing in all his stuntmen crew who he's known since movies like safe matrix and john wick

[01:07:29] i mean it's a good looking movie you know oh yeah it is it's and it's just like an action

[01:07:33] it's a really good action movie that isn't a fast and furious movie it's not at all right

[01:07:39] it's just so strange that i think i would have loved it more if it wasn't part of this

[01:07:43] world yeah fair enough because i brought all my Shaw baggage into it because that's before they

[01:07:48] wrecked on it now it's just like no i love her the character of the franchise so

[01:07:54] screw you he's not my hero yeah yeah this is not right i don't make any sense uh helen marron

[01:08:01] is funny as his mom in prison but it's kind of out of place with the rest of the movie

[01:08:07] well so in some ways this feels like a movie that tried to branch off into a different timeline

[01:08:12] that never happened because it was a failed start kind of yeah i kind of like the netflix

[01:08:17] cartoon show you're kind of wondering what still made money it made money but it felt like they

[01:08:22] were trying to branch this off into another series well they just had to because the egos were

[01:08:28] so strong and the i wasn't saying i think this was strictly just vindi i mean the rock trying to prove that

[01:08:34] he can carry it on that yeah that he was the it totally isn't because i'm gonna call it right now

[01:08:40] i'm totally teamed in and that whole drama scene so i'm gonna put this like 10 or 11 on my list

[01:08:48] yeah i had to says 10 just because of the Shaw stuff oh fair enough ouch i think i put this

[01:08:54] one i like my number four i gave it three point fair enough fair enough but like i just say it really

[01:09:00] doesn't make sense why they decide to have this be part of it they could have just gone off and done

[01:09:03] their own movie together uh like i still want to see faster too or the rundown too i want to say more

[01:09:08] about ryan reynolds character in this that would have been great too it felt like they were gonna

[01:09:13] do something else yeah there was a lot of meat left on that bone instead they didn't notice

[01:09:17] i don't remember that at all and i love it like at the beginning i think he gives he gives him

[01:09:23] the mission he's like he's like i see that when he just like murders everybody yeah and he's like

[01:09:29] eating their food in the same place after he's killed them all i'm like really how's this be

[01:09:34] oh no and ryan reynolds at the end i think maybe it's like a post credit seat or something i think

[01:09:39] it was yeah it's like covered in blood i was like what yeah it's after credits it doesn't count

[01:09:44] for the rating that's why right didn't they do a movie a different way it's like a broken

[01:09:50] nose and something and he's like you say he's just eating everyone's food after he's killed

[01:09:55] didn't the rock and ryan reynolds do another movie yeah red notice yeah with gal Gadot which is

[01:10:03] basically you could call it a facet of furious a different spin off yeah yeah hobbs yeah you could

[01:10:08] have used ryan reynolds character from philip bell meets free guy meets deadpool yeah meets tiffin's

[01:10:14] bodyguard oh crazy okay now we're back to part nine like i said now we're going to space

[01:10:22] wait for this one who is this an improvement from the submarines or is it just as crazy

[01:10:29] um man i have to think what i remember about i'm trying to remember what even happens i was just

[01:10:34] surprised that john sena's middle name oh yeah it's the sena well why was his middle name not

[01:10:39] invisible that's a running gag where they're like you can't see john sena he he moved so fast

[01:10:49] i remember god's eye was back and god's eye mr nobody's back mr nobody yes mr no mr nobody's plane

[01:10:58] has gone down and no this is not the god's eye this is the this is called aries it's a little bit

[01:11:04] different the one that hawn comes back that's the macguffin and he does come back this is where it gets

[01:11:09] all mission impossible right i never i still don't understand how hawn survived that it was like a

[01:11:17] hologram or something like mr nobody they doesn't make any sense so we don't remember it being a

[01:11:23] hologram i think i first time through hawn gets killed in a car accident and then we find out no he

[01:11:29] lived through the car accident but jason statham executed him afterwards so we hate statham

[01:11:36] i think that was a real problem and then we find out statham was working with them

[01:11:42] and it was a fake execution right oh man yeah it made my brain hurt oh see i don't remember

[01:11:49] oh let me think i just read about this too i see i thought my understanding was that he wasn't

[01:11:54] actually in the car yeah he wasn't yeah oh he was like i think that's where the hologram i'm pretty

[01:12:01] i think jason statham character really was trying to kill him for his brother he was

[01:12:06] he was just hawn was just working for mr nobody they were trying to they were trying to get him

[01:12:11] hidden from shaw but doesn't stay down so he could protect the girl ayer uh el that has

[01:12:18] the dna for the aries whatever is in this night maybe i'm sorry i guess yeah but doesn't but doesn't

[01:12:26] hawn's uh no shaw doesn't shaw kill him like as he climbs out of the car

[01:12:33] i know he throws the lighter and blows it up yeah okay gotcha but if you watch part three that's a

[01:12:40] like that's not the most offensive read con ever because he was in the car what were you even

[01:12:45] talking about but i love hawn so much i honestly didn't even need a reason he could have just

[01:12:50] showed up and they said nothing and i would have been totally fine with it he shows up eating by the

[01:12:55] way eating is uh what is he eating yeah i love that he's always snacking did you feel like that was

[01:12:59] a reference to uh bread pitts character in oceans 11 how they're always planning and every scene he's

[01:13:05] always eating when he's not no i believe whatever whatever i've just watched him anyways just in

[01:13:11] leon his his movie better like tomorrow which has uh part of part of the show movie he did okay yeah

[01:13:21] he smokes in that movie he doesn't smoke now so it's that whole oral fixation trying not to smoke so

[01:13:25] he's eating i love hawn too he's my favorite and like i said i never ever i never bought the

[01:13:33] fact that he died in that car wreck i'm like he could have gotten out if you want to see him

[01:13:37] started posting things about hawn coming back i was literally like i was the most excited human

[01:13:42] on the planet other than maybe josh if you want to see him in a decent uh action film you i definitely

[01:13:49] recommend uh bullet to the head with stillone it's also very dumb but at least it's fun seeing him

[01:13:54] be a straight man to stillone's uh you know egomaniac good pick i will add it to my list

[01:14:02] this one also has uh doesn't vindiesel rip down a whole building with chains

[01:14:06] yes yes he does to try to sacrifice himself i think he does yes i think it's more like a oh my god

[01:14:14] it's a it's a like a smokestack yeah like it's like the metal staircase inside to uh to sacrifice

[01:14:23] himself so everyone else can get away and then underwater he has one of those i'm dying and i'm

[01:14:28] hallucinating parts of my life yeah it gives him what i would do right gives him a lot of motivation

[01:14:34] you and these kinds of movies not drowned at he swims back up to the top and everyone else dies except

[01:14:40] except for him yes something like that it's and what's your point it's kind of a rambo moment

[01:14:47] where only he can or check norris moment only he can do this he he punches the ground up so

[01:14:52] i'm surprised there haven't been fast and furious jokes you know well actually they make this is

[01:14:56] the one where they joke about it's uh tiris's character is the one that jokes about he's like

[01:15:02] man are we invincible like yes kind of a whole running joke throughout this whole movie about like

[01:15:07] because when he gets shot up at gabin and he's like look he's like i never got shot right and then

[01:15:13] he kind of goes down the list of all the things that have happened to all of them they're

[01:15:16] breaking up the stunt kind of yeah i also have the stunt in this one right where they drive

[01:15:21] the car on the bridge while it's falling or something yes and mission impossible

[01:15:26] and then they shoot one totally rip that off with their train and then don't they shoot

[01:15:32] something and then swing the car around the bridge as he's because this is my other bridge

[01:15:36] jump the shark that i'm like oh come on he there the bridge is collapsing as tej and ramsey are

[01:15:45] like somehow the car is attached to the bridge and keeps going up even though it's falling

[01:15:51] and then there's one wire still attached both sides of the thing and then the car comes and

[01:15:57] somehow it accidentally just happens to get caught onto the tire as they're running over

[01:16:04] that part of the bridge gets hooked to the tire and then that swings them around bungee style

[01:16:10] yes as you do and and able to drive off and able to drive off and then of course can't forget

[01:16:17] they build a car and launch it into space with the help of yes none other than john sooner

[01:16:24] lucas black lucas black lucas black that's right he volunteers like them and you're like i love

[01:16:30] that lucas black is here i wish he was like they did him dirty i can't believe he

[01:16:35] was the star of a whole episode in this franchise and he's just like a tiny main character he gets no

[01:16:42] screen time yeah he's barely at it for one sequence true especially when tyris and uh ludicrous are

[01:16:49] you know the secondary characters in that movie yeah no that's no that's two

[01:16:54] they either way isn't it they didn't care but they did it anyway because why not

[01:17:00] it just seems like he's your guy to fill in the role for uh he shows up on time he did his job

[01:17:08] maybe it's still because three gets so so much flak i think because of him i wonder if i wonder

[01:17:13] if vindiesel doesn't like lucas black lucas black it could be a jealousy thing i don't know

[01:17:19] this also feels like the first one where nobody said no to vindiesel at all

[01:17:25] right like he is the man on set he gets to make every call he probably does nobody can lead him

[01:17:33] like he's an egomaniac

[01:17:37] oh wild we failed to mention that uh little bow house character seems to know he's in a movie because

[01:17:43] in the thermal i forgot they brought breaks a fourth wall oh my god he looks at the camera

[01:17:49] oh my god he looks at the camera yes he does when they did that i couldn't believe it i'm like of

[01:17:56] course you do i mean they had to have thought it was just over at that point you know they didn't

[01:18:01] have anyone returning really we might as well be in somehow some network is like solid and said more

[01:18:07] we need more then well we also there's the other scene that um wasn't necessarily a crazy

[01:18:14] again i'm so back and forth with these action scenes because the do you call it a tank what do

[01:18:19] you call what do you call the whole bus thing that vins like rolling down the hill and all this

[01:18:26] is it i don't know what it's called let's just call it a bus it's that whole big military

[01:18:31] vehicle while uh what's your name because we're on nine right yes are we on that side

[01:18:39] comes back and she's in the uh drone thing or whatever and then it's rolling down the hill

[01:18:45] and then it just happens to stop just enough where he can drive it off and then he's

[01:18:49] shots the big vehicle into the drone and takes something like that yeah i love that i love

[01:18:55] to take it out the drone though because i'm like yes but the fact that it rolls down the hill

[01:18:59] and then lands on all the tires and he's able to drive it off that i don't believe oh my god yeah

[01:19:06] oh man i also forgot that john scene is in this as dominick's brother yeah you don't buy that at all

[01:19:12] but it's just funny because they go with it they're like because he's he really he knows flashback sequences

[01:19:19] they're he's in us he's in on the joke and yet at the same time he takes it so seriously still so again

[01:19:25] the tone and mood goes out the window you can't fault him he's doing a job oh no but it's

[01:19:30] it's just funny seeing him shoe up the scenery he's like i'm gonna take everything you love

[01:19:36] he's really good at comedy i will say that i love oh yeah he's great because he's always

[01:19:41] he's just all in right he does him and but tista are very underrated uh if you've seen if you want

[01:19:47] to see any comedy he does definitely see peacemaker but definitely see uh sisters are so good no

[01:19:53] uh cock cock blockers is hilarious that was fun with like barenholds but if you want to see more

[01:19:58] of them definitely see uh sisters with him and tina fey and amy polar where he's like that's he's the

[01:20:04] druggy bodyguard yeah he's like yeah i'm just one of my business yeah um yes because i like i like

[01:20:12] the scene i like showing the backstory between you know dom and his dad but the whole thing is

[01:20:18] when you go they did mess up a little because in i think it was the first movie where me is like

[01:20:25] you the only brother i've got i never had a dad and apparently me i didn't know she had another

[01:20:32] brother what she meant was he was really meant was yeah yeah he was no part no longer part of the

[01:20:39] family no longer part of the family never never spoken of all right i give this one a

[01:20:47] two point i give this one a three awesome out of five yeah i had this ninth just because it's

[01:20:54] so forgettable for me it's bad i couldn't remember anything that happened i'm like that it's it's it's

[01:21:00] in the back half of my team but i like it uh it's my seven i like that it has everybody in it you

[01:21:07] know they just throw everybody everybody they must have bumped it up just because ha came back

[01:21:13] are you saying they listened to uh at elton john go ahead and tell everybody exactly oh i'm gonna give

[01:21:21] it a negative 100 out of five negative 100 i don't even know that was on the scale i'm the worst i'm

[01:21:27] off the scale but it's a great party movie and you should see it anyway it just made just

[01:21:33] the arbor get the logic is too much in this movie i just remember the joy at the theater when i saw

[01:21:39] hon back on screen i'm like oh yeah john if you're watching these movies you gotta you can't

[01:21:45] skip this one because you got to see tej and uh what's the name uh i think go to space they go to

[01:21:52] space you're gonna if it's in space you're gonna see it at least once and i mean there's saints

[01:21:56] together just hilarious when the candy rapper says how much candy did you eat it gets a

[01:22:01] candy when i'm nervous don't think it's forgotten up there too yeah they end up at the that the

[01:22:07] space station they leave them up there on the space station yeah again that jumped the shark a little

[01:22:12] because it's like i'm fine being in the car but when they get out of the car and are floating in

[01:22:18] space i'm like nope aren't they using the steering wheel to like steer in space too i think that's

[01:22:23] right i think so now well yes and no they actually showed like outside of the car they showed

[01:22:29] you know they showed some of the thrusters like activating so maybe i think that yeah

[01:22:35] we can assume that they became unofficially part of nasa i believe or their own space force i don't know

[01:22:44] okay on to fast and which once again missed the layup of colnes fast ten your seat belts

[01:22:52] oh and charlie still on call it back i think she came back in this one right who did charlie

[01:23:00] still on yeah yes yeah she still got this beginning she's still got the spiked hair that's kind of

[01:23:06] weird to see still wondering who she worked for yeah i'm gonna just say she's works for it she's

[01:23:13] the same character as atomic one because they beat her up really bad and then she gets back up like

[01:23:17] a cartoon character uh jason mamoa she works for one member of their crew from the first movie that

[01:23:25] has never come back something like that uh did you did you see the interview with jason mamoa how

[01:23:33] i think i forgot what it was on it was either kimmel or valin or one of those shows and he was like

[01:23:38] he he deliberately in order to make his mother and family members really hate his character he

[01:23:44] dressed up in all their least favorite colors so that's why he's wearing pink throughout the movie

[01:23:48] and other bizarre design choices like i thought he was the best part of this he is absolutely

[01:23:54] and i don't like that because he were he wears pink all the time like i follow him on it i've met

[01:24:00] him by the way but he was just like so funny and he's not weird at all yeah he's going for it um

[01:24:10] yeah i dug what he was what he was like i'm gonna be the villain but i'm not gonna be a mean guy i'm

[01:24:14] not gonna be a mean villain i'm just gonna be crazy i absolutely loved the way they tied this to

[01:24:21] the fifth movie yeah reworking those scenes showing him in the same scene from yeah yeah son of

[01:24:29] both the cartel guys forget the rock just brutally murders his dad uh yeah he's on the bridge yeah

[01:24:37] doesn't even remind that but don't they don't they go back in time a few times to say that he was around

[01:24:42] something like that just to make it in integrated does happen a couple like it went too far for me

[01:24:47] that first one is fine but man the bridge scene isn't really all you needed yeah and speaking of

[01:24:53] the rock he really does phone in him coming back because you can tell you know he wanted to

[01:24:58] escape the franchise and now he has to come back because black adam bombed that movie is awful

[01:25:04] yeah uh but i i my jaw hit the floor when he showed up at the end of this you weren't

[01:25:10] i agree i had no idea none of us were expecting him to come back i went what i thought their beef was

[01:25:16] still you know all full force i didn't i didn't know he was gonna come back a couple bombs and uh

[01:25:21] things change yeah yeah you gotta remodel your brand i think they should still just do faster

[01:25:27] or run down too but it probably won't happen um brie lawrison was pretty bad in this he doesn't

[01:25:33] seem to know what she was fine oh i can hardly even remember i just watched this movie and i forgot

[01:25:38] what she was doing i mean yeah she wasn't written well she wasn't given much but she does seem to

[01:25:43] kind of because you see her in those car commercials now and it's like uh do you know what kind of

[01:25:48] movie you're in sweetheart i thought she did the best with what she was given or best she could with

[01:25:52] what she was given that's probably true oh yeah this this movie had some turmoil they started

[01:25:57] shooting and then justin lin is back he and vin and get along and then quits in like the first two

[01:26:03] weeks yeah he and vin were not getting along and he decided i'm done i'm not gonna get over this

[01:26:09] slattier i don't know the whole story maybe you never will but let's how do you come back to a

[01:26:15] franchise that you've already directed three of like you know everyone you know what you're

[01:26:18] getting into and it's so bad now in the two weeks that you're there you're like i think

[01:26:24] they both had very big heads i mean that's the difference between he was his last one was the

[01:26:28] sixth one that's the e-games that he did justin did justin did nine too yeah he did he did five he

[01:26:36] did four five six nine he did three three four five six nine yeah i just have to imagine it was so

[01:26:44] toxic on set they still gave him they still gave him writing credit only yeah yeah yeah that's union

[01:26:51] stuff but yeah leterrier was best known that's not that being nice yeah contractual you might know

[01:26:57] leterrier from uh the transporter films and incredible credible hulk and now you see me so

[01:27:03] i'm sure state them called in a favor and said hey i know someone who's good with cause i love the

[01:27:08] transporter maybe i'm surprised he that that would be a plot twist if they reworked that and

[01:27:13] said by the way the this shaw guy he's been frank martin all along well that collateral movie has

[01:27:22] might be in the they do yeah they do work it in and just out of nowhere yeah he gives tom

[01:27:29] crews a briefcase in fact do you think they'll cross this over with mission impossible at this rate

[01:27:36] no because they thought they talked about a Jurassic park and i was like oh god don't do that

[01:27:41] dino's in cars why would you do that right i forgot that was news for a hot second i had not heard

[01:27:49] about that that's universal loves to tease so get out of here with that get out of here so maybe so

[01:27:55] maybe so we won't be disappointed with what they do because i keep your dino's away from our cars

[01:28:05] so this movie originally was going to be the final installment and then they announced a sequel

[01:28:10] to this one and then they announced two sequels to this one much like saw they always claim it's the

[01:28:15] final chapter and then they go let me tell you there's a way to end a movie on a cliffhanger

[01:28:20] and this movie is not that this movie is a slap in the face to any fast and furious fan

[01:28:26] any action movie fan it doesn't end at a cliffhanger it ends in the middle of act three i completely

[01:28:34] agree so like you're setting up setting up setting up setting up and then roll the credits

[01:28:41] i hold on what it you didn't even finish the scene we were in i agree this is not a good movie that's

[01:28:47] pretty weak not a good fast and furious movie but it's it upset me so deeply i i was man i was mad

[01:28:53] at that of course i had not i did not go in knowing that they were gonna split it up so i was

[01:28:59] like this is gonna be the last movie you know whatever and then i was like what the hell

[01:29:04] i was well listen it's been done recently dune had a do you did it hangar they knew it's the same year

[01:29:11] mission impossible i had a cliffhanger where you do another one was coming but at least it ends in

[01:29:15] a way the new spider-man movie did it uh i was worried about mission impossible i love the

[01:29:21] every the whole thing i'm like oh they're gonna stop it right now they're gonna stop it

[01:29:24] right now and i was glad they had somewhat of a you can give it some closure but yeah you can have

[01:29:29] there's a way to end of a chapter but they literally just stopped it did it well this is just mid

[01:29:35] this movie stopped mid sentence yeah someone started a line and that didn't finish it i'm

[01:29:40] pretty sure the budget went more to then than it did to the writing so um i have to believe

[01:29:45] they just wrote like a whole movie and decided let's see yeah here's the middle page let's cut

[01:29:52] off right here's what you got yeah so it's not a good movie but it is a good jason's um moa

[01:29:57] performance yeah i agree with him there's just something about him that i can't take my eyes

[01:30:02] off him i'm a straight man and i just find him very charismatic did i mention i've met him a

[01:30:07] couple of times and he is one day he's dreamy he's and he's so mixed he's got like some asian

[01:30:14] in him some navajo new zealand is like born in iowa too or something iowa yeah he lived

[01:30:20] there for a while like yeah you're where i grew up he's i've been a fan of his from the beginning

[01:30:26] there was a show he did called north shore where he was like a surfer bartender at the beach in hawaii

[01:30:33] and then stargate atlanus my favorite stargate all the stargate he stole the show on that's probably

[01:30:38] his best role before he got into the aquaman game of thrones dill um yep but uh he was on

[01:30:44] game of thrones no i'm just kidding yeah there you go uh he was on baywatch hell uh but yeah so

[01:30:50] anytime another problem i had with this movie um dom's kid is just like gleefully murdering people

[01:30:58] yeah all right what's that i so do you think for a future installment they'll have them starting

[01:31:04] off the session with like a therapy sit down yeah they can't they can't they have to start it

[01:31:10] with the damn exploding over them exactly if they do anything else i think they i think i'm out

[01:31:16] guys i think i'm out if they don't they'll probably start it at the beginning of that same scene and

[01:31:22] we'll have to because i'm sorry the action in that scene was ridiculous anyway i didn't like the whole

[01:31:28] i didn't like the whole scene at all but that's probably they'll start at the beginning again

[01:31:31] and we have to watch these are definitely insane uh so how would how do you recommend people get

[01:31:38] into this because definitely it had it's kind of like those andi sardaris movies they're kind of

[01:31:43] even weirder than michael bay it's it's very very bizarre like how do you recommend people come

[01:31:48] these are definitely worth a watch i say watch it yeah but i think you should be wrong you're

[01:31:53] gonna have something worthwhile i think you should watch them in chronological order though

[01:31:58] it's much more rewarding and uh but you're gonna have to look that up on wikipedia to see

[01:32:04] which one do you think it's it's just three goes between six and seven that no don't don't

[01:32:08] don't get me wrong you're gonna watch them all regardless of where you want but you gotta

[01:32:11] watch them in order you gotta watch them in order i wouldn't start anywhere else what which

[01:32:15] do you think is the ultimate party movie the biggest party movie because it seems like part five

[01:32:24] those are the most fun i think yeah all right nice i say six is the peak it's like the mount

[01:32:30] right in the middle somewhere in there you could make a good argument for five i'm gonna go with five

[01:32:34] as the peak just because i feel like six kind of like i said it i still look i mean on any given day

[01:32:41] i will watch these movies over a lot of other movies so when i say they're a one or a two that's

[01:32:48] just out of these movies you should have seen the previous chats josh and i have done where

[01:32:51] we're like why do people want to keep going to these horror movies that they're gonna walk

[01:32:54] out of why do people want to see these action movies that drive them insane i always tell

[01:32:59] people like i think i said this at the beginning one is it brings you in it like and introduces you

[01:33:05] to the world if you could just get past two two i think is just a struggle for and like so many

[01:33:12] so many people dropped out it too and it's just like they never they're like i'm not gonna pick

[01:33:16] that back up you know they're back though because seven and eight made the most money so everyone

[01:33:22] saw those yeah we're all back i mean to be fair the last one could flop and they would

[01:33:28] still probably make a tv show for like hbo or paramount you know the most recent one didn't do

[01:33:33] that well like yeah it made 700 million dollars but it cost 340 i guarantee you and then that's not

[01:33:39] marketing compared to some of their other success it made money but it wasn't like a huge hit all right

[01:33:44] you know this is not my universal i guarantee you if mbc or peacock wants to make a tv show

[01:33:50] the they'll probably make it that was called that was a tv show called fast lane back in the

[01:33:55] oh i see what you did there i love that movie i mean that tv show it was great it only got one

[01:34:01] season if they do a show of this who's whose show will it be it'll be a spin-off i think the rock

[01:34:06] would want to be hawn oh absolutely i'm a 100 hawn yeah i would agree that's what i'd be most

[01:34:14] interested in watching but i think the the show they would make is uh geordana bruster spin-off

[01:34:19] it'd be kind of like this is kind of boring it might be

[01:34:26] it might be it might be the bad but that's who they could get yeah yeah i think what about the whole

[01:34:33] ramsey uh tej and roman uh i want to see a ramsey triangle like sitcom

[01:34:41] okay well hacker hacker chick a single camera yeah i mean laugh track and every tiris give some might

[01:34:50] just do that i don't know oh funny it's very wild very very wild oh who do you think has the biggest

[01:35:01] ego out of them is it ven still or is it still tiris statham or the rock probably

[01:35:07] ven is a statham really is known for his ego is he diesel is a black hole of ego but but he and the

[01:35:13] rock are more apparently i think it's the rock the rock well not well i i remember reading from

[01:35:20] people who worked on hawns and shawb but uh that they said like statham and the rock were trying

[01:35:25] to outdo each other in every scene but it was more of a respectful like just that seems like more

[01:35:29] of a friendly rivalry yeah yeah no that's why they decided to do it themselves so they didn't

[01:35:33] have to deal with vins you know saying i feel like the rock had had a little more because he's so

[01:35:38] charming so i think it's easier for him to slide under the radar with his ego i think you're right

[01:35:44] because i would have said vinn easy but that's a really good point i think i think vinti i mean

[01:35:51] i think rocks are great guy too because i have a friend that knows him pretty well and he's a

[01:35:55] great guy but i don't know he does seem like a decent person i mean vinti has a lot of stuff to

[01:36:00] myself he's a big teddy bear he was so nice to everybody i could oh yeah i believe he is a

[01:36:08] great guy but i think when it it was just because isn't that what the whole started the whole thing

[01:36:13] it was like well i'm the one that made this franchise what it is today and i'm like yeah

[01:36:18] yeah well i mean the rock coming back kind of like revitalized it all so there's probably

[01:36:22] a little that i don't know yep it's it's tough to say that's for sure

[01:36:31] oh but all i know is just that tyrese keeps having mental breakdowns on social media and you're like

[01:36:36] come on dude take a break apparently i don't follow him i don't know anything about his

[01:36:43] sorry what was that oh no i was just saying i don't know anything about his issues so i need

[01:36:47] to it's just a mental breakdown i think seven like a midlife crisis i'm just like hey you have a

[01:36:52] very privileged life i think you can chill well the only time i've ever seen the rock be mean in

[01:36:58] public was talking about uh his like rap album or something he did he just had a rap album yeah

[01:37:06] he did a rap music back in the wwe and he's like cursing and no the tyrese like had a tyrese

[01:37:13] i don't know if it's a rap it was some sort of music whatever it was i don't know but he's just

[01:37:18] like cursing and shitting on it ruthlessly because he doesn't he's pretty careful about his social media

[01:37:24] you know he keeps it pretty PG he just lights him up oh so the rock was talking about tyrese's album

[01:37:31] i got it okay yeah it's worth looking at it he's he's it's real mean he's very wild yeah he probably

[01:37:39] that sounds like he didn't realize that it was being recorded i think it's like a front facing like

[01:37:44] he like he just he was out for blood

[01:37:51] oh right maybe it was an inside inside joke we don't know about maybe maybe uh tyrese knew

[01:37:57] about it maybe yeah i don't know because it seemed really out of character for the rock

[01:38:02] and you know it's tough to say the dude goes for so many phases and having to recreate himself

[01:38:08] i'm sure he has an identity crisis sometimes when he's like i'm gonna do this kind of public

[01:38:12] eye persona uh what else does tyrese do these days is does he do anything other than these movies

[01:38:22] he's done some direct videos yeah he's that and was he yeah he's like one of the copter fbi guys or

[01:38:30] something he has made for red box and internet action movies that he's done lately nothing i've

[01:38:38] seen yeah yeah me either did they this is kind of an off oh did you see black and blue

[01:38:46] that was a training day type movie he did with Naomi Harris and frank rillo did they film

[01:38:52] morbius at one of the same locations they filmed um oh man i did see tyrese in another movie it was

[01:38:58] called morbius the movie the movie of that year oh no i forgot about that whoever's your question

[01:39:08] he was in legion too i think the scene where they first go into the cave in morbius is that the same

[01:39:14] location that was in uh one of these movies i think nine maybe when they're on that island

[01:39:21] trying to get the aries thing i don't know just it just i know i thought that's the one where he's

[01:39:27] like we're superheroes like we can't be killed exactly we're invincible i'm not sure oh my god

[01:39:34] i i enjoy noticing uh where things are located or we're shot because i'm that person i go to where

[01:39:43] the walking dead was filmed all the time so oh god seeing if they got that part of it right yeah

[01:39:51] oh he was in the transformer space for a while he was he apparently nearly walked off because

[01:39:55] it wasn't like he thought it would be and he realized oh i'm not the star the robots are

[01:39:59] and apparently will smith had to tell him you got to come back dude i just got to that kick was it the

[01:40:04] ones with shy or the ones with yeah the early ones like first three years he was a military guy

[01:40:10] military guy yeah and he was in legion which i also don't recommend where him and denis quaid are

[01:40:16] killing demons it's very weird it's very bad i'm in denis quaid i don't know that man it's

[01:40:24] kind of like a bad version of evil dad where he's like in there in there another movie called

[01:40:27] legion with paul betney or is that that's the one that's the one yeah oh i love that maybe but i love

[01:40:33] paul betney so well yeah betney was good um denis quaid was in that too yeah he's like one of the

[01:40:40] box in it as well are they the people at the at the cafe or whatever the casting director from

[01:40:47] fast and furious must have worked on it um borrowing the same actors baby he was getting

[01:40:53] all his friends on set with him yep come hang out you get to kill demons you'll make money

[01:41:00] uh so josh what do you got coming up on your show would like to promote um i've been on a little

[01:41:05] bit of hiatus because i started this other job it's taken up all my time but football season's

[01:41:10] almost over so we'll be coming back in the new year bring it back y'all bring it back both

[01:41:14] shows are coming back awesome awesome uh rick are any film that you can promote now that the

[01:41:22] writer strikes are finally over oh man just my own go watch my movie it's called solid rock trust

[01:41:28] yeah i'm gonna check that out you can watch it on youtube you can watch it on uh tuby you can

[01:41:34] watch it on tuby or not prime yes yeah it's cool bank heist movie that you were gonna like it's 100

[01:41:40] percent and rot tomatoes people really dig it so far the claustrophobic nature is off the charts

[01:41:45] it's super fun lots of twists uh lots of fast talking and stuff you won't see coming surprises so

[01:41:52] check it out i would love for you to go leave me a review on imdb or rot tomatoes or something

[01:41:57] absolutely watch it check it out and kathy uh anything you want to promote in any way that you're

[01:42:02] involved with actually yeah a little bit they just released a new action film face off podcast

[01:42:09] that i guest host on i love that show i was on there too yeah very cool long box long box

[01:42:14] crusade network um this episode we talk about detonator with wesley snipes and i love that

[01:42:21] was this nice film oh my god uh maybe with roger howard and i can't think of the name of

[01:42:26] they're really good for direct a video which says a lot yeah um and then that's the show i guest on

[01:42:32] and then it should be coming out soon the show i host called lbc or regulars uh shrill

[01:42:39] combs podcast it's about the 1980s to 90s uh shrill com series on um about with jeremy

[01:42:48] brett as shrill combs oh lovely that episode should be coming out in the next week or two

[01:42:54] please uh share that link i'd love to promote that shrill combs absolutely this was very fun y'all

[01:43:01] and i figure you know we knew going in this is gonna be a very divisive movie franchise but

[01:43:06] it was very fun because this is how how wacky do you want your fast and furious so most

[01:43:12] importantly is we all agree that we actually all love these movies so yeah i think we're

[01:43:16] all in the same page as i go i go into this i'm a trashy movie guy so i love all kinds of just

[01:43:23] goofy stuff that even if you don't think it's great you're gonna watch it a few times anyway

[01:43:27] just because it's just very bizarre you can't they are a perfect example of you can't take

[01:43:32] your eyes off it it's amazing spectacle so much money on the screen it is a forward commercial

[01:43:38] you can edit this out but proof that how much i love movies i broke my foot at the beginning

[01:43:43] of a five movie marathon for twilight and still stay still stayed for all five movies so

[01:43:51] i'm a movie how did you break it i gotta i fell down the stairs nice i thought it was just a

[01:43:57] really bad sprain but then i didn't know it was yeah did you know it's broken like the bone was out

[01:44:02] no i just i'm here i pay for these tickets i did not know it was a shame though you don't

[01:44:08] feel any shame like what you like it doesn't matter oh yeah there have been awful comedies that i've

[01:44:15] laughed at even though they are awful like like a perfect example of like i'm not laughing with you

[01:44:21] i'm laughing at you would probably be something like wild wild west you know or just other fast

[01:44:26] and furious knockoffs like biker boys where you're like why does this fuck oh i love biker

[01:44:32] boys well you're in it you're in luck troi not a bomb actually cried at that movie you'll find

[01:44:37] that funny check that review out i don't understand it but hey you know there are just movies although as

[01:44:44] far as motorcycle movies x versus sever as far as motorcycle movies torque is a lot better than

[01:44:49] biker boys torque is outrageous just with the ice cube puns she's like what's going on here

[01:44:56] i'm actually surprised ice cube isn't in this he he came back in triple x bring him into fast

[01:45:01] and furious there's no shortage of rappers in these movies that's how we get the good music probably

[01:45:07] i guess so yo yo yo next thing you know ice tea is going to be a space pirate or

[01:45:14] uh maybe maybe they'll bring megan the stallion and into the next one i don't know oh and what's

[01:45:21] her name cardi b was in these movies yeah well she she was playing like an nsa agent i think in

[01:45:27] part nine or something something like that or yeah nine because it was the one she was in the

[01:45:33] van when they were picking he was fine jacob's house you guys are also in luck uh the the

[01:45:39] podcasters on months since that the movies are half of them are teachers and one of them teaches a

[01:45:43] film appreciation class and one of them literally just watches all the fast and furious movies

[01:45:47] with his students since that it has them take notes i would not pay for that class i mean

[01:45:54] again hurt i guess it'd be interesting to see how many research papers are in that class is like

[01:46:00] this movie does or doesn't it work or it's so good it's bad i mean it can teach you the good and

[01:46:06] the bad of filmmaking well and how it's just that gray lines like okay it may not be good

[01:46:11] but i watch it all the time so there you go there you have it okay guys i loved talking

[01:46:19] about this franchise with you tonight i had fun and it was nice to meet y'all all of y'all i haven't

[01:46:24] met anybody on here i mean same as a blast basically this this basically created all these

[01:46:28] filmmakers career like justin lin went on to do a star trek movie and it was basically fast and

[01:46:33] furious in space you know and rob cohen he pretty much never got away from this he's like i

[01:46:38] gotta keep doing another movie like the first best and furious or triple x you know oh i think

[01:46:45] justin lin if i'm not mistaken i think he directed some back straight boys videos back in

[01:46:50] the day as well i wouldn't i would not doubt it i know before he was ever in the movies he did some

[01:46:55] of the paintball episodes of community so you got that going for you he just makes fun movies to

[01:47:02] watch i know i know community star joel mckell says he watches these the diehards and born

[01:47:07] identity movies all the time and he draw and he drives his wife crazy because he wants that

[01:47:12] watching him oh always a blast nothing nothing wrong with a great action maybe you gotta love

[01:47:21] what you love and make time for it i mean i binge watch all the equalizers so what do i know

[01:47:27] i there's something about seeing denzel washington take out the trash that i just

[01:47:31] admire i don't know what it is he takes out the trash better than anyone i ever seen

[01:47:35] somehow even a bad liam neeson movie i'll watch a few times there's something about his charisma

[01:47:40] i don't know well i would love to be included if y'all ever have another one i you mentioned

[01:47:45] missing impossible i promise i will let you guys know i'm just waiting for the last one to come out

[01:47:50] before yeah i'm i'm down for we gotta see it we gotta wait for tom cruise to die on screen first

[01:47:54] before we conclude the whole absolutely not i'm just kidding i know that's not gonna happen

[01:48:00] that's the joke he he may be crazy but that man can make for a while they were saying that

[01:48:05] Jeremy renner was gonna take it over i'm like how why did they try to have jerry renner take over

[01:48:11] franchise this for a while there you did with the born movies and that he tried to take over

[01:48:17] with hackeye and he didn't do anything i forgot he did one of the born movies was he did he did

[01:48:22] the last born movie uh no the second second the last second last he was erin cross what's funny

[01:48:27] is they kind of pulled a james bond on that one where there is actual i'm actually going through

[01:48:31] all the jason born books because news flash they're actually making new born books about the

[01:48:36] trendstone division and universal actually just announced they're actually going to do a new

[01:48:39] installment with that franchise uh but whoa yeah much like there's a new planet of the age

[01:48:45] finally coming out after the disney takeover they're still making jason born movies but

[01:48:50] i i found it interesting how there is actually a born legacy book but much like james bond they

[01:48:55] didn't follow any of the story just this they just took the title because the right book

[01:49:03] always a blast having you guys on here and kathy great having you on here as well but

[01:49:07] thank you so much for inviting me hopefully i didn't sound i never feel

[01:49:11] hopefully i didn't come off as too cranky when i'm just a very sarcastic guy no not so

[01:49:17] i hung out with the rugby team in college i'm the rugby team

[01:49:20] so do you guys prefer to call that soccer or like the baseball name football

[01:49:28] oh well i think rugby's rugby yeah rugby okay but what was soccer though would you just call it

[01:49:35] soccer i call it soccer because you know because i live in united states okay

[01:49:40] i just find that so many people still have that debate i'm like well i can go out of

[01:49:45] your way on that it's fun that's really all i work with i work at a pt clinic and both of my

[01:49:51] the pts that work where work they're both play soccer they call it soccer so

[01:49:56] you're wrong ted lasso this is called soccer i work in american football so that's that's my

[01:50:02] state yeah you tell us what from the sports guys out there uh what can you share any of your

[01:50:08] oh yeah uh check out pro football focus pro football focus yeah as we're josh's new day job

[01:50:14] i'm so happy for him because even though it's taken up a lot of your time you're way better off

[01:50:19] it's killed by other stuff but you're way you're way happier than you were at your previous gig

[01:50:23] where you're why this is that i mean that was a little bar to clear this is eating my soul you

[01:50:27] know yeah and here i am that's how finance isn't good for your soul no take it to the bank but

[01:50:33] not that way and yeah uh yeah uh what how does it like predicting these various football matches

[01:50:40] so it's not really predicting it's uh gathering all the data and uh and all that analyzing yeah

[01:50:47] because they did they their clients are like every nfl team every fbs team oh they're comparing

[01:50:54] kind of like a gold standard of that they're a little bit like like the muddy ball football

[01:50:59] like they just found a better way to to value players uh strictly a college football fan i don't

[01:51:07] i can't get into pro oh well what college football teams are you following oh i'm strictly um i'm an

[01:51:14] Auburn university grad so that's that's my team rider die rider die we blew you really just bring

[01:51:22] this back to fast and drink rider die absolutely and that's why i was like i was telling i i

[01:51:28] couldn't watch because our big rivalry game was today and so i don't watch because my heart can't

[01:51:33] handle it and people are just downright awful on social media yeah oh yes right before this about

[01:51:40] 30 minutes before this the game was over and i have the time they're not even watching the game

[01:51:44] they're just talking trash and just like you don't even watch like these guys you just talking shit

[01:51:49] dude so i'm i was not in a pleasant mood when this all started so i'm glad this got my brain

[01:51:55] away from glad we could deflate all that negativity holy yes i thought i'm db and facebook were

[01:52:01] the worst um yeah so predictions what what's next for this franchise is vin gonna become a terminator

[01:52:10] is uh they're gonna be some other what crazy actor would you like to see in this franchise i'm afraid

[01:52:15] do y'all think they're gonna do y'all think they're gonna kill him off no no i don't i think it's

[01:52:21] in his contract like jayme fox he can't die in a movie because he could never have to be too big

[01:52:26] i think they'll keep churning through uh pro wrestlers though he might lose it i i will

[01:52:31] bet you he'll lose an arm and then i'll have a roll and then he'll have a mechanical arm and

[01:52:35] they say these two are the final ones y'all don't believe it y'all don't think 13 is gonna be the

[01:52:40] last one they're gonna do spin-offs or something making money that i think they'll keep coming

[01:52:45] you can say whatever you want they don't really mean it it's the last one until

[01:52:50] it's the next one yeah i don't know but we've got i mean they have to stop sometime

[01:52:57] don't they you know just they stop making money i think they'll stop yeah i think that'll be it

[01:53:02] i could see i could see hasbro you're gonna watch all these movies you know i could see 13 being

[01:53:07] the end just because i don't know if they're gonna be as big anymore they might be costing more

[01:53:12] to make yeah i mean this last one didn't really probably make that much money i mean you never

[01:53:16] know how much marketing it's like kind of like doubled what its budget was but

[01:53:23] i mean cuz i mean van desels i mean he's my age or he may uh is he is he 50s is he 50

[01:53:32] maybe he's young i think let's look it up now old is vinniesel

[01:53:37] we're gonna say 51 they could always cross 57 56 oh my god yay somebody's older than me

[01:53:47] is 45 when johnson is 51 i can't believe that i'm older than the rock good lord what am i doing with my life

[01:53:56] i mean in all fairness i mean they could always have it cross over with now you see me or oceans 11

[01:54:04] i don't know that's my question is like if they continue it's got to be without

[01:54:10] the main folks right so we are we gonna care but the last one really really

[01:54:15] flopped really hard so they're definitely not making any more of those um

[01:54:18] i'm talking to the rock no one's like a huge like get you know out of the main cast anyways right

[01:54:26] yeah because as we said earlier tyresa is doing a lot of direct-to-video action

[01:54:31] yeah like hans a good actor but he's not like you know a list yeah i've liked him in some of his

[01:54:38] indie drama and crime movies but he's just not really a leading man so um he should be more

[01:54:44] popular he should because they're typecast and nobody wants to mess with them they kind of are

[01:54:48] typecasting them as the oranal guy of michelle rodriguez i will watch her in anything what are

[01:54:54] garbage like you know resident evil or what have you or avatar that dougie the dragons movie she's

[01:54:59] really was good at it she's still a she's still ever seen oh my god i was so disappointed i'm a

[01:55:04] big chris panfan really okay i think i think we'll do better on the second one just because

[01:55:10] that was kind of just to show what they can do uh because you know for a while they were making

[01:55:16] trashy dozen and dragons tv movies it was just like stop well and i don't know why because i love

[01:55:22] like i'm a girl i grew up in the 80s like dragons lair i love that movie and it's a good one oh my

[01:55:27] god that's super cheesy yeah well dragon movies in general are just fun but rain of fire still

[01:55:33] the best dragon yes it is oh my god by far really is that the one with Matthew mccana

[01:55:42] because the dragons are incredible is that the that's the one is christian bail in that one too

[01:55:47] yep yep yeah it's a future it's a hot something fantasy is probably my top john fantasy sci-fi

[01:55:56] and then action probably yeah that sounds about right i'm that nerdy chick that well i

[01:56:02] haven't read the lord of the rings books i've tried but i love what you love just you know that's

[01:56:08] that's what all those well i got into the books way later i had those are game those are my

[01:56:11] game of thrones right there my there you go this is my lord of the rings wall over here
